the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric is prepared by the following steps:
step S1: clamping and fixing the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body through a hot-pressing compound machine after aligning corners and adjusting the position of the PE cast film layer between a first PP non-woven fabric layer and a second PP non-woven fabric layer;
the hot-pressing compound machine comprises a working platform (1), a clamping component (2), a moving component (3) and a hot-pressing component (4), wherein the clamping component (2) and the moving component (3) are installed on the working platform (1), the hot-pressing component (4) is installed on the moving component (3), the working platform (1) is in a shape that the two sides are high and the middle is low, and the two sides of the working platform (1) are high and vertical plates are arranged;
the clamping assembly (2) comprises a clamping groove (21) and bolts (22), the clamping groove (21) is formed in the bottom end of the inner side of a vertical plate of the working platform (1), two bolt holes are symmetrically formed in two ends of the top of the vertical plate of the working platform (1), and each bolt hole is in threaded connection with a bolt (22);
the movable assembly (3) comprises a fixed plate (31), a servo motor (32), a side plate (33), a fixed groove (34), a threaded rod (35) and a sliding block (36), the fixed plate (31) is installed at the top of a vertical plate of the working platform (1), the fixed groove (34) is formed in the inner side of the fixed plate (31), the servo motor (32) is fixed on one side of the fixed plate (31) through screws, two sides of the fixed groove (34) are correspondingly connected with two ends of the threaded rod (35), an output shaft of the servo motor (32) is in transmission connection with one end of the threaded rod (35) through a coupler, a threaded hole is formed in the central position of one side of the sliding block (36), the sliding block (36) is sleeved on the threaded rod (35), one end of the sliding block (36) is clamped in the fixed groove (34), and the top and the bottom of the sliding block (36), two side plates (33) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the other end of the sliding block (36), and the two side plates (33) on the sliding block (36) are divided into a group A and a group B;

step S2: preheating one surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body by a hot-pressing compound machine at the preheating temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 1-2 min, and preheating the other surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body at the preheating temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 1-2 min;
step S3: carrying out hot-pressing bonding on one surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body through a hot-pressing compound machine, wherein the hot-pressing bonding temperature is 240 ℃, the hot-pressing bonding time is 5min, and the hot-pressing bonding pressure is 1-2 MPa;
step S4: and cooling one surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body after hot-press bonding by using a hot-press compound machine for 2min, carrying out hot-press bonding on the other surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body by using the hot-press compound machine at the hot-press bonding temperature of 240 ℃ for 5min, wherein the hot-press bonding pressure is 1-2 MPa, and then carrying out cooling treatment.

The environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the first PP non-woven fabric layer and the second PP non-woven fabric layer are both polypropylene material members, the PE cast film layer is a polyethylene material member, and the first PP non-woven fabric layer and the second PP non-woven fabric layer are both spun-bonded filament non-woven fabrics.
3. The environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the combined thickness of the first PP non-woven fabric layer, the PE cast film layer and the second PP non-woven fabric layer is 1-5 mm.

the hot-pressing compound machine comprises a working platform (1), a clamping component (2), a moving component (3) and a hot-pressing component (4), wherein the clamping component (2) and the moving component (3) are installed on the working platform (1), the hot-pressing component (4) is installed on the moving component (3), the working platform (1) is in a shape that the two sides are high and the middle is low, and the two sides of the working platform (1) are high and vertical plates are arranged;
the clamping assembly (2) comprises a clamping groove (21) and bolts (22), the clamping groove (21) is formed in the bottom end of the inner side of a vertical plate of the working platform (1), two bolt holes are symmetrically formed in two ends of the top of the vertical plate of the working platform (1), and each bolt hole is in threaded connection with a bolt (22);

step S3: carrying out hot-pressing bonding on one surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body through a hot-pressing compound machine, wherein the hot-pressing bonding temperature is 240 ℃, the hot-pressing bonding time is 5min, and the hot-pressing bonding pressure is 1-2 MPa;
step S4: and cooling one surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body after hot-press bonding by using a hot-press compound machine for 2min, carrying out hot-press bonding on the other surface of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric body by using the hot-press compound machine at the hot-press bonding temperature of 240 ℃ for 5min, wherein the hot-press bonding pressure is 1-2 MPa, and then carrying out cooling treatment.
5. The production process of the environment-friendly waterproof non-woven fabric according to claim 4, wherein the electric heating tube (43) is electrically connected with a temperature adjusting device, and the temperature adjusting device is any temperature adjuster.
