The preparation method of the non-woven fabric base layer comprises the steps of melting polypropylene and color master batches, then extruding, stretching the extruded polypropylene melt to form continuous filaments, laying the filaments into a fiber net, and thermally bonding and chemically bonding the fiber net to form the non-woven fabric base layer.
Specifically, the non-woven fabric base layer is provided with a printing pattern on the side which is not bonded with the casting film, and the application range of the non-woven fabric is marked in the printing pattern.
The nonwoven fabric produced in this example was randomly held in a tensile tester to measure the longitudinal tensile properties under the following test conditions: the temperature is 27 ℃, the clamping length is 200mm, and the test speed is 200 mm/min. The test results are shown in Table 5

The nonwoven fabric manufactured in this example was randomly held in a water vapor transmission rate tester to measure the water vapor transmission rate under the following test conditions: the temperature is 38 ℃, the relative humidity is 98 percent, and the wind speed is 2 m/s. The test results are shown in table 6:

The existing non-woven fabric is randomly held in a tensile tester to measure the longitudinal tensile property, and the test conditions are as follows: the temperature is 27 ℃, the clamping length is 200mm, and the test speed is 200 mm/min. The test results are shown in Table 7

The existing non-woven fabric is randomly added and held in a water vapor transmission rate tester to measure the water vapor transmission rate, and the test conditions are as follows: the temperature is 38 ℃, the relative humidity is 98 percent, and the wind speed is 2 m/s. As can be seen from tables 1 to 8, the tensile properties and barrier properties of the nonwoven fabric including the cast film of the present invention are higher than those of the conventional nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric including the cast film prepared in example 1 is suitable for producing a packaging product with a light weight, and the nonwoven fabric including the cast film prepared in example 3 is suitable for producing a packaging product with a heavy weight.
To sum up, this non-woven fabrics that contains casting film, be provided with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer through casting film, make the tensile properties of the non-woven fabrics that contains casting film higher, and make the non-woven fabrics that contains casting film have higher tension and toughness, be provided with amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer through casting film, make the barrier property of the non-woven fabrics that contains casting film higher, better rain-proof has, dampproofing, the mould proof performance, be polypropylene through the non-woven fabrics, make the quality of non-woven fabrics lighter, and the compliance of non-woven fabrics is higher, and polypropylene is easily degraded, the pollution of non-woven fabrics to the environment has been reduced, through the masterbatch that adds different colours in the non-woven fabrics, make the style of the non-woven fabrics that contains casting film comparatively changeable, the aesthetic property of non-woven fabrics has been improved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (7)

1. A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film comprising a nonwoven fabric base layer, characterized in that: the material of non-woven fabrics is polypropylene (PP), and the proportion of polypropylene is three fifths of cotton, and the non-woven fabrics basic unit that polypropylene fiber constitutes has porosely, and polypropylene's chemical structure is insecure, and the molecular chain just can break very easily, and the upper surface of non-woven fabrics basic unit is provided with propenyl elastomer tie coat, the upper surface of propenyl elastomer tie coat is provided with curtain coating film, through first tie coat adhesion between non-woven fabrics basic unit and the curtain coating film, the curtain coating film is multilayer coextrusion membrane, curtain coating film contains and includes: a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) layer, a Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) layer and an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET) layer, wherein the content of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is 70-80 parts, and the content of the low density polyethylene is 3-5 parts; the content of the non-crystallized polyethylene terephthalate is 15 to 20 parts.

A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cast film is prepared by proportionally injecting the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, the low-density polyethylene and the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate into a casting machine, and producing a non-stretched and non-oriented cast film through melt casting and quenching.

A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer is a supporting layer, plays a role in supporting the casting film and enhancing the tensile property and the aging resistance of the casting film, the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer is a composite layer and plays a role in high barrier effect on the casting film, and the low-density polyethylene layer is a bonding layer and used for bonding the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer and the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer.

A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the steps of adding color master batches in the preparation process of the non-woven fabric base layer, wherein the diameter of each color master batch is 2-4mm, and the water content of each color master batch is less than 0.05%.

A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickness of the casting film is 0.15mm-0.22mm, wherein the thickness of the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate layer and the thickness of the adhesive thermoplastic polyurethane elastic layer are both 0.05-0.1mm, and the thickness of the low-density polyethylene layer is 0.02 mm.

A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 4, characterized in that: the preparation method of the non-woven fabric base layer comprises the steps of melting polypropylene and color master batches, then extruding, stretching the extruded polypropylene melt to form continuous filaments, laying the filaments into a fiber net, and thermally bonding and chemically bonding the fiber net to form the non-woven fabric base layer.
7. A nonwoven fabric comprising a cast film according to claim 1, characterized in that: the side of the non-woven fabric base layer, which is not bonded with the casting film, is provided with a printing pattern, and the application range of the non-woven fabric is marked in the printing pattern.
