When dirt and floating dust in the collecting groove 12 are more, the collecting groove 12 is taken out by unlocking the lock catch of the collecting groove 12 and the vehicle body 1, and the dirt or floating dust in the collecting groove 12 is poured out and then is loaded into the vehicle body again.
When the material collecting groove 12 is drawn out, the filter plate A7 can be observed, and when the filter plate A7 is dirty, the filter plate A7 is replaced.

Finally, as the vehicle body 1 moves forward, dirty water squeezed out by the water squeezing plate 34 and dripped on the ground again contacts with the scraping strip A28 firstly, due to the structure of the scraping strip A28, the dirty water on the ground is gathered towards the middle, meanwhile, the dirty water can be brushed up and passes through the scraping strip A28 backwards, enters between the scraping strip A28 and the scraping strip B29, continues to gather towards the middle under the action of the scraping strip B29 and is scraped by the scraping strip B29, the dirty water is sucked into the water tank 24 through the water suction pipe 30, and after being filtered by the filter plate B32, the dirty water enters the water tank 24 and is used for wetting the cloth 22 on the surface of the cylinder B21.
Because dirty water drips after subaerial, the dust in the dirty water can't with ground quick contact in aqueous, even the dust in dirty water contacts the back with ground, also can't with ground effective fixed connection, still can be taken away easily by water, so dirty water drips after subaerial, before water evaporation, can not cause secondary pollution to ground. In addition, as the dirty water dropping on the ground is immediately sucked away by the water removal device, the dirty water can be ensured not to cause secondary pollution to the ground.
The filter panel B32 is viewed through the viewing window 27 and when the filter panel B32 is too dirty, the cover can be opened to replace the filter panel B32.
