The rotisserie oven according to claim 1, further comprising a spray head fixed to a side wall of the oven rack, a solenoid valve having one end communicating with a water inlet of the spray head, a guide tube having the other end communicating with the cleaning solution containing tank, and a cleaning solution containing tank, the solenoid valve being mounted on the guide tube.

The rotisserie oven according to claim 5, further comprising: the blowdown assembly comprises a collecting tank, a blowdown pipe and a collecting tank, a blowdown channel is enclosed by one end of the vitreous body and the furnace frame, the collecting tank is arranged below the blowdown channel, one end of the blowdown pipe is communicated with the collecting tank, and the other end of the blowdown pipe is communicated with the collecting tank.
