In the embodiment of the invention, the control device can generate the interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user to interact with the target user by acquiring the motion trail information of the target user in the preset area and monitoring the position information of the target user when the motion trail information of the target user indicates that the target user enters the current financial point, so that the interaction with the user in the whole financial technology process can be realized, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control device is adapted to perform the method described above. As shown in fig. 4, the control device 400 in the present embodiment may include: one or more processors 401 and memory 402. Optionally, the control device may also include one or more user interfaces 403, and/or one or more communication interfaces 404. The processor 401, user interface 403, communication interface 404, and memory 402 may be connected by a bus 405, which is illustrated in fig. 4, or may be connected in other ways. Wherein the memory 402 is adapted to store a computer program comprising program instructions and the processor 401 is adapted to execute the program instructions stored by the memory 402.
Wherein the processor 401 may be configured to call the program instruction to perform the following steps: acquiring motion trail information of a target user in a preset area, wherein the preset area is an inlet area of a current gold melting point; when the motion trail information of the target user indicates that the target user enters the current financial point, acquiring the identity information of the target user; and monitoring the position information of the target user, generating an interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and interacting with the target user according to the interaction strategy.
Optionally, the identity information includes face information of the target user; when the processor 401 executes the interaction policy generated according to the identity information and the location information of the target user, and interacts with the target user according to the interaction policy, it may specifically be configured to:
determining a target display screen faced by the target user according to the face information and the position information of the target user, and determining display information of the target user, wherein the display information comprises one or more of birthday blessing words, greeting words, service recommendation information and service ranking information;
and controlling the target display screen to output the display information of the target user.
Optionally, the identity information further includes a birthday date of the target user; when the processor 401 determines the display information of the target user, it may specifically be configured to: acquiring current system time information, wherein the current system time information comprises a current date;
detecting whether the current date is the birthday date of the target user;
and if the current date is the birthday date of the target user, generating display information comprising the birthday blessing words of the target user.
Optionally, when the processor 401 executes the determining of the display information of the target user, it may specifically be configured to:
acquiring historical service information of the target user, wherein the historical service information comprises various services handled by the target user in a historical record and frequency or frequency information corresponding to the various services, and the services comprise one or more of financial management services, loan services and cash services;
and generating display information comprising service recommendation information aiming at the target user according to the historical service information of the target user.
Optionally, an intelligent robot is configured in the current financial point; when the processor 401 executes the interaction policy generated according to the identity information and the location information of the target user, and interacts with the target user according to the interaction policy, it may specifically be configured to:
obtaining the information of the to-be-handled service of the target user;
and sending the information of the to-be-handled service, the identity information and the position information of the target user to the intelligent robot, so that the intelligent robot identifies the target user according to the identity information and the position information of the target user and guides the target user to handle the service according to the information of the to-be-handled service of the target user.
Optionally, when the processor 401 executes the interaction policy generated according to the identity information and the location information of the target user, and interacts with the target user according to the interaction policy, it may specifically be configured to:
acquiring a handling request of the target user for a target service;
responding to the transaction request, determining the queuing number of the target service for the target user, and monitoring the number calling information of the target service;
when the queuing number of the target user is called, determining a target loudspeaker of which the distance to the target user is less than a preset first distance according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and prompting the target user to handle the target service through the target loudspeaker.
Optionally, an intelligent teller machine is configured in the current financial point, and the intelligent teller machine is used for guiding a user to conduct business handling;
when the processor 401 executes the interaction policy generated according to the identity information and the location information of the target user, and interacts with the target user according to the interaction policy, it may specifically be configured to:
when the fact that the distance between the position indicated by the position information of the target user and the position of the intelligent teller machine is smaller than a preset second distance is detected, determining a display menu of the target user according to the identity information of the target user, wherein the display menu comprises function items of which the click frequency of the target user exceeds a preset frequency threshold value or the click frequency exceeds a preset number threshold value in a historical record;
and controlling the intelligent teller machine to output the display menu of the target user.
The Processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or other general-purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, a discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The user interface 403 may include input devices, which may include a touch pad, microphone, etc., and output devices, which may include a display (LCD, etc.), speakers, etc.
The communication interface 404 may include a receiver and a transmitter for communicating with other devices.
Memory 402 may include both read-only memory and random access memory and provides instructions and data to processor 401. A portion of the memory 402 may also include non-volatile random access memory. For example, the memory 402 may also store the above-described correspondence between function pointers and functions, and the like.
In a specific implementation, the processor 401 and the like described in the embodiment of the present invention may execute the implementation manners described in the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and may also execute the implementation manners of the units described in fig. 3 in the embodiment of the present invention, which is not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when executed by a processor, the computer program may implement part or all of the steps in the full-scene interaction method described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 2, or may implement the functions of the control device in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 of the present invention, which is not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer program product including instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform some or all of the steps of the above method.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the control device according to any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the control device. The computer-readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the control device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), or the like provided on the control device.
In this application, the term "and/or" is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
In the embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A full scene interaction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring motion trail information of a target user in a preset area, wherein the preset area is an inlet area of a current gold melting point;
when the motion trail information of the target user indicates that the target user enters the current financial point, acquiring the identity information of the target user;
and monitoring the position information of the target user, generating an interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and interacting with the target user according to the interaction strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information comprises face information of the target user; the generating an interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and interacting with the target user according to the interaction strategy comprises the following steps:
determining a target display screen faced by the target user according to the face information and the position information of the target user, and determining display information of the target user, wherein the display information comprises one or more of birthday blessing words, greeting words, service recommendation information and service ranking information;
and controlling the target display screen to output the display information of the target user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the identity information further comprises a date of birth of the target user; the determining the display information of the target user includes:
acquiring current system time information, wherein the current system time information comprises a current date;
detecting whether the current date is the birthday date of the target user;
and if the current date is the birthday date of the target user, generating display information comprising the birthday blessing words of the target user.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the presentation information of the target user comprises:
acquiring historical service information of the target user, wherein the historical service information comprises various services handled by the target user in a historical record and frequency or frequency information corresponding to the various services, and the services comprise one or more of financial management services, loan services and cash services;
and generating display information comprising service recommendation information aiming at the target user according to the historical service information of the target user.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein an intelligent robot is configured within the current golden point; the generating an interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and interacting with the target user according to the interaction strategy comprises the following steps:
obtaining the information of the to-be-handled service of the target user;
and sending the information of the to-be-handled service, the identity information and the position information of the target user to the intelligent robot, so that the intelligent robot identifies the target user according to the identity information and the position information of the target user and guides the target user to handle the service according to the information of the to-be-handled service of the target user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an interaction policy based on the identity information and the location information of the target user and interacting with the target user according to the interaction policy comprises:
acquiring a handling request of the target user for a target service;
responding to the transaction request, determining the queuing number of the target service for the target user, and monitoring the number calling information of the target service;
when the queuing number of the target user is called, determining a target loudspeaker of which the distance to the target user is less than a preset first distance according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and prompting the target user to handle the target service through the target loudspeaker.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein an intelligent teller machine is configured in the current financial point, and the intelligent teller machine is used for guiding a user to conduct business handling;
the generating an interaction strategy according to the identity information and the position information of the target user, and interacting with the target user according to the interaction strategy comprises the following steps:
when the fact that the distance between the position indicated by the position information of the target user and the position of the intelligent teller machine is smaller than a preset second distance is detected, determining a display menu of the target user according to the identity information of the target user, wherein the display menu comprises function items of which the click frequency of the target user exceeds a preset frequency threshold value or the click frequency exceeds a preset number threshold value in a historical record;
and controlling the intelligent teller machine to output the display menu of the target user.
8. A control device, characterized by comprising means for performing the method of any one of claims 1-7.
9. A control device comprising a processor, a user interface, a communication interface and a memory, the processor, user interface, communication interface and memory being interconnected, wherein the memory is for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
