本发明公开一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置,有横推定位固定板(1),所述横推定位固定板(1)置于滑轨(2)上且与由第一步进电机(3)驱动的第一齿形带(4)相接,与横推定位固定板(1)前端相接有横推夹持定位块(5),所述横推定位固定板(1)的后端固定有第二步进电机(6),第二步进电机(6)通过第二齿形带(7)带动齿形带轮(8),所述齿形带轮(8)与偏心轮(9)同轴相接,在滑轨(2)侧面固定有传感器片(10),所述传感器片(10)的输出信号控制第一步进电机(3)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪横推装置,尤其是一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置。
背景技术
糖化血红蛋白是血液中的葡萄糖与血红蛋白交联产物,当血液中葡萄糖浓度较高时,人体所形成的糖化血红蛋白含量也就相对较高。因此,糖化血红蛋白作为糖尿病筛选、诊断、血糖控制、疗效考核的有效检测指标,已在临床中得到广泛的使用。目前,糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测时,需要将多个内有待测血液标本(血样)的试管排列放置在试管架内,每次用探针取一个血液标本,然后经过滤等处理后,再送至色谱柱进行分离、检测等……循环往复,直至所有血样分析完毕。现有糖化血红蛋白分析仪设有试管架竖推装置及横推装置,其中的横推装置是有横推定位固定板,横推定位固定板置于滑轨上且与由步进电机驱动的齿形带相接,横推定位固定板前端相接有横推夹持定位块。当试管架由竖推装置推到位后,试管架前端抵住横推夹持定位块,试管架后端由步进电机驱动的推动爪推动前行,按设定时间控制步进电机间歇工作,以期试管架达到设定位置便于探针取样。然而,现有横推装置的推动爪并不能保证试管架直线前行且常因电机漏步等原因,造成试管架并非精准到位,影响探针取样,甚至造成探针及设备损坏,以致糖化血红蛋白分析仪不能正常工作。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置,有横推定位固定板,所述横推定位固定板置于滑轨上且与由第一步进电机驱动的第一齿形带相接,与横推定位固定板前端相接有横推夹持定位块,所述横推定位固定板的后端固定有第二步进电机,第二步进电机通过第二齿形带带动齿形带轮,所述齿形带轮与偏心轮同轴相接,在滑轨侧面固定有传感器片,所述传感器片的输出信号控制第一步进电机。
本发明所设置的偏心轮在第二步进电机及传动副作用下,可将试管架牢固地抵在前端的横推夹持定位块上,确保试管架随横推定位固定板直线前行;所涉置的传感器片可按试管架的实际位置发出信号控制电机间歇工作,避免电机因漏步等原因导致试管架定位不准的问题,确保试管架精准到位,提高糖化血红蛋白分析的可靠性。

具体实施方式
本发明的糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置如图1所示,有横推定位固定板1,横推定位固定板1置于滑轨2上且与由第一步进电机3驱动的第一齿形带4相接,与横推定位固定板1前端相接有横推夹持定位块5,横推定位固定板1的后端固定有第二步进电机6,第二步进电机6通过第二齿形带7带动齿形带轮8,齿形带轮8与偏心轮9同轴相接,在滑轨2侧面固定有传感器片10,传感器片10的输出信号控制第一步进电机3。传感器片10可为上可设置多个定位通孔,传感器则可以是设置在第二步进电机6下面的红外发射管及多个定位通孔下面的接收管,接收管输出通过控制电路控制电机启动、停止。
工作时可由现有的竖推装置将试管架11推到位后,试管架前端至横推夹持定位块2,试管架11后端由第二步进电机6、第二齿形带7及齿形带轮8驱动偏心轮9转动,将试管架11牢固地抵在前端的横推夹持定位块5上;控制器控制第一步进电机3驱动的第一齿形带4带动横推定位固定板1及试管架11向前沿滑轨2直线移动,安装在第二步进电机6下面的红外发射管随之前行,当通过多个定位通孔时,红外接收管接收到红外发射管发出的信号,继而控制第一步进电机3停止工作,但延迟至设定的取样时间,控制器控制第一步进电机启动……直至取样完成。

1.一种糖化血红蛋白分析仪控制试管架精准到位的横推装置,有横推定位固定板(1),所述横推定位固定板(1)置于滑轨(2)上且与由第一步进电机(3)驱动的第一齿形带(4)相接,与横推定位固定板(1)前端相接有横推夹持定位块(5),其特征在于:所述横推定位固定板(1)的后端固定有第二步进电机(6),第二步进电机(6)通过第二齿形带(7)带动齿形带轮(8),所述齿形带轮(8)与偏心轮(9)同轴相接,在滑轨(2)侧面固定有传感器片(10),所述传感器片(10)的输出信号控制第一步进电机(3)。
