fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an operation method for controlling reliability of an air conditioner includes the steps of:
judging whether the temperature sensor fails according to a temperature signal sent by the temperature sensor, if so, continuously acquiring the real-time outdoor environment temperature by the air conditioner, automatically matching each operation parameter of the system corresponding to the outdoor temperature by the air conditioner according to the real-time outdoor temperature, and continuously operating according to each operation parameter of the automatically matched system; otherwise, the normal mode operation is continued.
The control method can continue to control the normal operation of the air conditioner after the temperature sensor fails, thereby meeting the normal use of people.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, an operation method for controlling reliability of an air conditioner specifically includes the following steps:
s1, judging whether the temperature sensor detects that the temperature deviates from +/-55 ℃ on the basis of the normal range, if so, continuing to count the time continuously deviating from the normal range; otherwise, continuing to operate according to the normal mode;
s2, judging whether the time continuously deviating from the normal range is greater than a first preset time, if so, determining that the sensor is invalid; otherwise, continuing to operate according to the normal mode;
the first preset time range is as follows: 40-70 s; preferably, the first preset time is as follows: for 60 s.
It should be noted that the first preset time may be changed according to experimental data or the type of the air conditioner.
S3, acquiring the outdoor environment temperature in real time after determining that the sensor is invalid; automatically matching each operation parameter of a system factory corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature according to the outdoor environment temperature;
for example: when the exhaust temperature sensor fails, the real-time outdoor environment temperature is 35 ℃, and the air conditioner automatically calls each operation parameter stored at 35 ℃ when leaving the factory and matches the current operation parameter.
If the system stores parameters at the current ambient temperature, other parameters than the exhaust temperature are satisfied. The exhaust temperature in the system operation process is used as the actual temperature to control the operation according to the stored exhaust temperature by default, and other operation parameters are kept unchanged.
The parameter error of the system matching is +/-2 ℃, and the overload operation of the air conditioner caused by the error of the parameter matching is prevented.
The invention avoids the problem that the air conditioner cannot run due to the failure of the sensor, further improves the comfort level of the user and effectively reduces the complaint rate of the user.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and the above-mentioned embodiment is that after automatically matching each operation parameter of the system factory corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature, the method further includes the following steps:
and S4, automatically matching each operation parameter of the system factory corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature, and automatically matching the air conditioner once every 2 minutes in the operation process. The invention can effectively prevent other parameter changes caused by load changes.

And the module temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of an electric control device in the electric control box in the compressor.
Note that the normal range of the temperature of the discharge port of the compressor detected by the discharge temperature sensor is: 62-100 ℃.
The normal temperature range of the middle part of the coil pipe of the heat exchanger detected by the cold and middle temperature sensors is as follows: -22 ℃ to 60 ℃.
