背景技术
织带因其原料、组织结构的多样性,形状、尺寸、色彩、图案的灵活性,以及既有点缀装饰的效果,又同时具有功能性的特点,在服用、家纺、产业用纺织品领域均有着广泛的应用,尤其是在产业用方面,包括箱包行业有着广泛的应用。
在箱包行业,织带主要用于密码行李带、拉杆箱包绑带、十字打包带、箱包手提带、防滑带、装饰带等。在箱包领域产品内出现的质量问题,很大程度上是因为箱包织带不耐磨易破损,且箱包织带用过一段时间很容易变脏,极大的影响用户的使用感官体验,箱包的耐久度因此而缩短。作为本领域技术人员,亟待开发出新型的耐磨防污箱包织带。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将高熔点热塑性聚氨酯铺设在织带的一面,然后在120~140℃的温度下经平面压烫复合成型,得到双面为高熔点热塑性聚氨酯,其中高熔点热塑性聚氨酯的熔点大于160℃;(2)配制箱包织带涂层,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂为3~5份、硅酸钙粉末为1~2份、二氧化硅粉末为1~2份,聚乙烯醇叔丁醛为5~9份、己二酸二辛脂为3~5份、达玛树脂为7~10份、乙酸乙酯为5~7份、氧化镁为4~6份、氧化锌为3~4份、乙醇为15~19份,加热后将以上混合均匀;(3)取箱包织带面料,展开后喷洒蒸馏水到箱包织带面料上,再在60℃~65℃下烘干;(4)将涂层液均匀的刮涂在箱包织带面料的外层上,刮涂层的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm;(5)表面发泡处理,经过烘筒整形之后,再经过上胶黏剂槽,利用蒸汽上胶,整个产品匀速的从胶黏剂槽里通过之后再经过两个压辊之间把胶水压干,将适量发泡微胶囊加入到黏合剂中,在充分搅拌均匀后将发泡浆涂在松紧带上,经热处理后,物理发泡微胶囊发泡,微胶囊内低沸点溶剂汽化,推动受热软化的壁壳向外膨胀,从而使整个涂层凸起,冷却后经有机硅表面活性剂处理,得到带有细腻疏水发泡涂层的箱包织带。
进一步的,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇的纯度为99.5%。
进一步的,上述步骤(2)中,聚丙烯酸钠的固体含量30%。

本发明提供的耐磨防污织带的制备方法,操作简单,绿色环保,可在上色后的织带表面处理,不会影响织带的装饰效果和各项力学性能,但是能有效的提升织带防污性能,减少了织带的清洗次数,有效的延长了织带的使用寿命。有效的提升了织带的防污性能表面与水的接触角,可以使水完整均匀的在织带表面铺展开来,形成均匀水膜,完全的浸润涂膜和污染物,通过水的重力将污染物携带去掉,达到自清洁效果,使得织带保持长期洁净。

实施例1
一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将高熔点热塑性聚氨酯铺设在织带的一面,然后在120~140℃的温度下经平面压烫复合成型, 得到双面为高熔点热塑性聚氨酯,其中高熔点热塑性聚氨酯的熔点大于160℃;(2)配制箱包织带涂层,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂为5份、硅酸钙粉末为2份、二氧化硅粉末为2份,聚乙烯醇叔丁醛为9份、己二酸二辛脂为5份、达玛树脂为10份、乙酸乙酯为7份、氧化镁为6份、氧化锌为4份、乙醇为119份,加热后将以上混合均匀;(3)取箱包织带面料,展开后喷洒蒸馏水到箱包织带面料上,再在60℃~65℃下烘干;(4)将涂层液均匀的刮涂在箱包织带面料的外层上,刮涂层的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm;(5)表面发泡处理,经过烘筒整形之后,再经过上胶黏剂槽,利用蒸汽上胶,整个产品匀速的从胶黏剂槽里通过之后再经过两个压辊之间把胶水压干,将适量发泡微胶囊加入到黏合剂中,在充分搅拌均匀后将发泡浆涂在松紧带上,经热处理后,物理发泡微胶囊发泡,微胶囊内低沸点溶剂汽化,推动受热软化的壁壳向外膨胀,从而使整个涂层凸起,冷却后经有机硅表面活性剂处理,得到带有细腻疏水发泡涂层的箱包织带。

注:采用本发明公开的方法制备的耐磨防污箱包织带耐磨次数可达到10000次以上。
拒油性防脏评定,参照3M标准评定整理后织物的拒油防脏性能。采用一系列不同表面张力的烃类作为标准液,滴于织物表面上,观察溶液在织物表面的润湿情况。拒油级别以织物表面不润湿的测试液体的最高等级确定。拒油标准液、对应等级与表面张力详见表2。

具体操作方法:用取液枪取1级标准试液50μ,在织物表面间隔一定距离同时滴5滴,每滴直径大约5mm,以45°角观察液滴在30s内的反光程度、边缘稳定性。如果反光程度、边缘稳定性好,再滴加高一级的标准试液,观察30s,继续此步操作,直到某级标准试液滴在织物表面上30s后铺展为止,使其表面不铺展的最后一个等级为该织物的拒油等级。

(1)将高熔点热塑性聚氨酯铺设在织带的一面,然后在120~140℃的温度下经平面压烫复合成型, 得到双面为高熔点热塑性聚氨酯,其中高熔点热塑性聚氨酯的熔点大于160℃;(2)配制箱包织带涂层,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂为3~5份、硅酸钙粉末为1~2份、二氧化硅粉末为1~2份,聚乙烯醇叔丁醛为5~9份、己二酸二辛脂为3~5份、达玛树脂为7~10份、乙酸乙酯为5~7份、氧化镁为4~6份、氧化锌为3~4份、乙醇为15~19份,加热后将以上混合均匀;(3)取箱包织带面料,展开后喷洒蒸馏水到箱包织带面料上,再在60℃~65℃下烘干;(4)将涂层液均匀的刮涂在箱包织带面料的外层上,刮涂层的厚度为0.2mm~0.4mm;(5)表面发泡处理,经过烘筒整形之后,再经过上胶黏剂槽,利用蒸汽上胶,整个产品匀速的从胶黏剂槽里通过之后再经过两个压辊之间把胶水压干,将适量发泡微胶囊加入到黏合剂中,在充分搅拌均匀后将发泡浆涂在松紧带上,经热处理后,物理发泡微胶囊发泡,微胶囊内低沸点溶剂汽化,推动受热软化的壁壳向外膨胀,从而使整个涂层凸起,冷却后经有机硅表面活性剂处理,得到带有细腻疏水发泡涂层的箱包织带。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,乙醇的纯度为99.5%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,聚丙烯酸钠的固体含量30%。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨防污箱包织带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述织带的材质为尼龙、特多龙、丙纶、亚克力、涤纶中的任意一种或它们的混纺织物。
