When the cloth material has a larger deviation, the range covered by the cloth material above the two air suction holes is also larger (when the cloth material deviates to one side, the air suction hole on the side is covered more by the cloth material, and the air suction hole on the other side is covered less by the cloth material). At the moment, the air inlet volumes of the two air suction pipes are obviously different, so that the air flow velocities in the two air suction pipes are greatly different even if the rotating speeds of the air guide fans are the same, so that the rotating speeds of the two air guide impellers are different, and the rotating speeds of the two cloth poking wheels are different. In a self-adjusting mechanism: and an air blowing nozzle used for blowing air to the cloth on the cloth guide flat plate is arranged beside the cloth guide flat plate, a connecting air pipe is arranged on the air blowing nozzle, one end of the connecting air pipe is communicated with the air blowing nozzle, the other end of the connecting air pipe is communicated with an outlet of a third air pipe, and the air blowing nozzle is fixed on the adjusting rack through a nozzle connecting rod. Generally, the soot blowing operation needs to be performed on only one side of the cloth, since most of the cloth is permeable to air. If the cloth is airtight, the blowing nozzle can be arranged at the bottom of the cloth at the inspection position according to requirements, and the blowing nozzle at the bottom of the cloth is communicated with the outlet of the third air pipe through an additional connecting air pipe.
In a self-adjusting mechanism: a plurality of adjusting transition belt wheels 564 are arranged on the adjusting frame, and the transmission belt bypasses all the adjusting transition belt wheels. The transition belt wheel can change the trend of the transmission belt and avoid the interference between the transmission belt and other structures. The arrangement position and the number of the transition pulleys can be determined according to the actual structure position and the requirement.
Two traverse devices which are symmetrically arranged along the symmetrical plane are arranged between the main frame and the winding frame, the traverse devices correspond to the self-adjusting mechanisms one by one, each traverse device comprises an electric slide rail and an electric slide block matched with the electric slide rail, the slidable direction of the electric slide block is vertical to the symmetrical plane, and in the traverse devices and the self-adjusting mechanisms which correspond to each other: the self-adjusting mechanism is arranged on the electric sliding block. When the width of the cloth to be detected is different from that of the cloth detected last time, the cloth inspection device can be adaptively adjusted, and only the two sliding blocks are required to slide to drive the two self-adjusting mechanisms to be close to or far away from each other so as to adjust the cloth to a proper position (the cloth can cover a part of the air suction hole but does not completely cover the air suction hole).

two self-adjusting mechanisms and at least one adjusting transition roller are arranged between the main rack and the winding frame, the two self-adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged along a symmetrical plane, the axis of the inspection main roller is perpendicular to the symmetrical plane, each self-adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting rack, a cloth poking wheel, a blower, an air guide impeller, an air suction pipe arranged on the adjusting rack and a cloth guide flat plate used for being attached to the bottom surface of cloth to support the cloth, and the axis of the cloth poking wheel is horizontal and perpendicular to the axis of the inspection main roller;
