本发明属于塑料组合物,尤其涉及一种耐热塑料。
背景技术
塑料是高分子量的聚合物材料。随着分子量的增加,聚合物材料从气体变为液体或固体。固体材料具有越高的分子量,它的流动性则越小,但是机械性能或耐热性会提升,并且具有可用作为日常生活中所需的材料(如金属、木材、陶瓷、橡胶等)的性能。塑料是通过混合各种类型的添加剂(包括改性剂、着色剂、加强剂、填料等)并进行成型加工而得的聚合物材料。塑料的性能由合成树脂(如PE、PP、PVC等)的化学结构决定,而相同的树脂的性能可能根据许多因素而有所不同,因此该特征可用于塑料的改性。在化学结构方面,塑料的性能根据分子量、分子量分布、基于聚合物制备(即聚合)条件的主链和侧链状态、端基、交联、立构规整性和共聚物组成分布等而变化。通常,配合(compounding)是指通过向聚合物原料添加各种类型的添加剂或各种配合剤(例如增强剂、改性剂等)而制备适于预期用途的组合物,并且由此制备的组合物以颗粒形式流通。

发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种耐候性佳、抗静电及稳定性强的耐热塑料。
技术方案:本发明的耐热塑料,包括如下组分:碳酸钙3-19份、三氯化二锑9-18份、聚丙烯10-23份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8-19份、苯基硅油5-22份。
优选的,碳酸钙8-14份。三氯化二锑12-16份。聚丙烯15-20份。羟丙基甲基纤维素12-15份。苯基硅油10-18份。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该耐热塑料不仅耐候性佳,具有较好的抗静电及稳定性、且长时间处于高温环境仍能够保持良好的机械性能、不易变脆易碎,使用寿命长,突破了传统改塑料的缺陷,具有很强的实用价值。
