Abstract
本发明提供了一种聚乙烯发泡材料,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯50‑60份,高密度聚乙烯10‑15乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物10‑15份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙5份,交联剂0.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺8份,氧化锌0.5份,二氧化硅3份,硬脂酸锌0.2份和抗氧剂0.2份。本发明所述的聚乙烯发泡材料,通过适量的加入高密度聚乙烯和乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物,减少了减少的聚乙烯的使用,在保持发泡材料弹性的基础上,提高该材料的刚性、硬度和压缩强度,同时降低材料密度,成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于聚乙烯发泡材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚乙烯发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯发泡材料(EPE)是一种新型环保材料,非交联闭孔结构,它由低密度聚乙烯脂加入超细滑石料和抗缩剂单甘油脂采用丁烷经物理发泡成形的,具有高强缓冲能力的新型环保包装材料,具有保温、防潮、耐腐蚀、重量轻、缓冲性能好、耐摩擦等性能特点,广泛适用于电子产品、仪表仪器、家具、玻璃、陶瓷、酒类、工艺品等产品的内包装和特殊包装,在物流行业车辆运输和快递包装中也运用极广,成为运输包装最重要的缓冲与保护材料之一。现有技术中,聚乙烯发泡材料的缓冲性能,韧性和强度有待改进。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种聚乙烯发泡材料;本发明还提供了所述聚乙烯发泡材料的制备方法,
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种聚乙烯发泡材料,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯50-60份,高密度聚乙烯10-15乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-15份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4-5份,交联剂0.5-1份,偶氮二甲酰胺8-12份,氧化锌0.1-0.5份,二氧化硅1-3份,硬脂酸锌0.2-0.8份和抗氧剂0.2-0.4份。
本发明所述聚乙烯发泡材料,其中,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯55份,高密度聚乙烯15份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4份,交联剂0.6份,偶氮二甲酰胺10份,氧化锌0.3份,二氧化硅2份,硬脂酸锌0.5份和抗氧剂0.3份。
本发明所述聚乙烯发泡材料,其中,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种或两种。
本发明所述聚乙烯发泡材料,其中,所述抗氧剂为4,4’-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)和抗氧剂1010中的一种或两种。
本发明有益效果:
本发明所述的聚乙烯发泡材料,通过适量的加入高密度聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,减少了聚乙烯的使用,在保持发泡材料弹性的基础上,提高该材料的刚性、硬度和压缩强度,同时降低材料密度,成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚乙烯发泡材料,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯55份,高密度聚乙烯13份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4份,交联剂0.6份,偶氮二甲酰胺10份,氧化锌0.3份,二氧化硅2份,硬脂酸锌0.5份和抗氧剂0.3份,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
实施例2
一种聚乙烯发泡材料,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯60份,高密度聚乙烯15份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4份,交联剂1份,偶氮二甲酰胺12份,氧化锌0.1份,二氧化硅1份,硬脂酸锌0.8份和抗氧剂0.4份,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;所述抗氧剂为4,4’-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)。
实施例3
一种聚乙烯发泡材料,由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯50份,高密度聚乙烯10份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙5份,交联剂0.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺8份,氧化锌0.5份,二氧化硅3份,硬脂酸锌0.2份和抗氧剂0.2份,所述交联剂为过氧化苯甲酰;所述抗氧剂为4,4’-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)和抗氧剂1010。

1.一种聚乙烯发泡材料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯50-60份,高密度聚乙烯10-15乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10-15份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4-5份,交联剂0.5-1份,偶氮二甲酰胺8-12份,氧化锌0.1-0.5份,二氧化硅1-3份,硬脂酸锌0.2-0.8份和抗氧剂0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯发泡材料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分组成,低密度聚乙烯55份,高密度聚乙烯15份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份,钛酸酯改性碳酸钙4份,交联剂0.6份,偶氮二甲酰胺10份,氧化锌0.3份,二氧化硅2份,硬脂酸锌0.5份和抗氧剂0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯发泡材料,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的聚乙烯发泡材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为4,4’-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)和抗氧剂1010中的一种或两种。
