本发明公开了一种多孔陶瓷及其制造方法,多孔陶瓷所使用的瓷料含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:氧化铝、堇青石、莫来石中的至少一种60份‑90份;电气石5份‑30份;稀土0.5份‑20份;二氧化钛0.5份‑18份;结合剂1.2‑18份;水10份‑30份。本发明能够释放负氧离子,并具有光催化效果,从而改善生活环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,由于工业发展日日加快,工业污染对环境的影响也日日加剧,需要采取措施降低工业污染,改善生活环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种多孔陶瓷,它能够释放负氧离子,并具有光催化效果,从而改善生活环境。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种多孔陶瓷,它所使用的瓷料含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
氧化铝、堇青石、莫来石中的至少一种60份-90份;
电气石5份-30份;
稀土0.5份-20份;
二氧化钛0.5份-18份;
结合剂1.2-18份;
水10份-30份。
本发明还提供了一种多孔陶瓷的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
按各组分和各组分的质量份备料并制成浆料,然后依次经过脱泡、浸渍、挤压多余浆料、定型、干燥和1200-1350℃烧制而成。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的配方能够释放负氧离子,并具有光催化效果,从而改善生活环境。

实施例一
一种多孔陶瓷,它所使用的瓷料含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
氧化铝、堇青石、莫来石的混合物60份;
电气石5份;
稀土0.5份;
二氧化钛0.5份;
结合剂1.2份;
水10份。
该多孔陶瓷的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
按各组分和各组分的质量份备料并制成浆料,然后依次经过脱泡、浸渍、挤压多余浆料、定型、干燥和1200-1350℃烧制而成。
实施例二
一种多孔陶瓷,它所使用的瓷料含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
氧化铝和堇青石的混合物90份;
电气石30份;
稀土20份;
二氧化钛18份;
结合剂18份;
水30份。
该多孔陶瓷的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
按各组分和各组分的质量份备料并制成浆料,然后依次经过脱泡、浸渍、挤压多余浆料、定型、干燥和1200-1350℃烧制而成。
实施例三
一种多孔陶瓷,它所使用的瓷料含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
氧化铝、堇青石、莫来石的混合物75份;
电气石20份;
稀土10份;
二氧化钛9份;
结合剂9份;
水20份。
该多孔陶瓷的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
按各组分和各组分的质量份备料并制成浆料,然后依次经过脱泡、浸渍、挤压多余浆料、定型、干燥和1200-1350℃烧制而成。
以上三个实施例制备得到的多孔陶瓷,经过使用后发现,其能够释放负氧离子,并具有光催化复合技术,能够改善环境,达到设计要求。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的多孔陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于方法的步骤中含有:
按各组分和各组分的质量份备料并制成浆料,然后依次经过脱泡、浸渍、挤压多余浆料、定型、干燥和1200-1350℃烧制而成。
