In this embodiment, the membrane 7 to be bonded is placed on the bonding platform 5, and the membrane 7 and the bonding platform 5 are aligned in equal size and then placed on the bonding platform 5 based on the size of the membrane 7 and the size of the bonding platform 5.
In many mobile terminals, the size of the mobile terminal screen is typically rectangular. The size of the membrane 7 is designed to be rectangular corresponding to the size of the mobile terminal screen. The size of the mobile terminal screen may also be a special-shaped screen, etc., and the embodiment is not limited to the specific shape of the mobile terminal screen. Here, it should be noted that the size of the screen of the mobile terminal, the size of the attaching platform, and the size of the membrane 7 to be attached should be the same. When the membrane 7 to be bonded is placed on the bonding platform 5, the membrane 7 needs to be aligned with the bonding platform 5 in equal size and then placed on the bonding platform 5. It can avoid subsequent laminating error, improves laminating precision.
Optionally, after the film 7 to be laminated is placed on the lamination platform 5, the lamination method further includes:
the membrane 7 to be bonded is adsorbed by adsorption on the bonding platform 5.
After the membrane 7 to be laminated is placed on the lamination platform, in order to avoid the movement of the membrane 7 to be laminated on the lamination platform, the membrane 7 to be laminated needs to be fixed on the lamination platform. In this embodiment, at least one adsorption hole can be formed on the attaching platform, and the membrane 7 to be attached is adsorbed on the attaching platform through the adsorption hole. The position of the adsorption hole on the attaching platform can be symmetrically arranged to ensure the uniformity and compactness of adsorption.
Wherein, the adsorption hole can be connected the evacuation equipment, and the evacuation equipment can be with the diaphragm 7 of waiting to laminate on laminating platform steadily through the mode of adsorption hole evacuation.
Optionally, after nesting the attaching sleeve 6 of the semi-enclosed structure to be attached to the first dummy body 3 and the second dummy body 4, the attaching method further includes:
the first imitation body 3 moves along the surface contacted with the first base 1, so that the first arc-shaped curved surface 321 of the first imitation body 3 is attached to the sleeve body with a semi-enclosed structure at one side of the attaching sleeve; or/and
the second imitation body 4 moves along the surface contacted with the second base 2, so that the second arc-shaped curved surface 421 of the second imitation body 4 is attached to the sleeve body with the semi-enclosed structure at the other side of the attaching sleeve.
It will be appreciated that the first 3 and second 4 imitation forms are identical to the structure of the two sides of the mobile terminal. The structures on two sides of the mobile terminal can be external structures at two opposite ends of the shell of the mobile terminal, and after the attaching sleeves 6 of the semi-enclosed structure to be attached are nested on the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4, the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 are not necessarily completely and tightly attached to the inner walls of the semi-enclosed structure to be attached. At this time, the first imitation 3 can be controlled to move along the surface contacted with the first base 1, so that the first arc-shaped curved surface 321 of the first imitation 3 is attached to the half-surrounding sleeve body on one side of the attaching sleeve 6; the second copying body 4 can be controlled to move along the surface contacted with the second base 2, so that the second arc-shaped curved surface 421 of the second copying body 4 is attached to the half-surrounding sleeve body on the other side of the attaching sleeve 6. In this way, the bonding process between the membrane 7 to be bonded and the sleeve of the semi-encircling structure can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 8, this embodiment further provides a naked eye 3D mobile phone case, including a 3D membrane 7 and a mobile phone case with a semi-surrounding structure, where the naked eye 3D mobile phone case is attached to the 3D membrane 7 and the mobile phone case with the semi-surrounding structure by the attaching method of the attaching device.
It should be noted that after the 3D membrane 7 is attached to the mobile phone cover with the semi-surrounding structure by the above attaching method, an integral naked eye 3D mobile phone cover is formed. In the naked eye 3D mobile phone cover, the 3D membrane 7 and the semi-surrounding structure are completely in vacuum, and can be tightly combined under the external atmosphere. Compared with the bonding method of bonding the two through glue or other bonding bodies, the bonding method provided by the embodiment can ensure the compactness between the 3D membrane 7 and the semi-enclosed structure after bonding, can save the material of glue or other bonding bodies, saves the cost, and can effectively ensure that the problems of starting end indentation and bubbles cannot occur and improve the bonding yield of products.
Example III
As shown in fig. 9-11, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the structure of the bonding platform 5 of the bonding device of the present embodiment is different, specifically, the bonding platform 5 of the present embodiment is a T-shaped structure, and the thickness of the intermediate body 51 is greater than the thickness of the two side supporting bodies 52.
Through laminating platform 5 of T style of calligraphy structure, when first actuating mechanism drive laminating platform 5 goes up and down, its lift is more steady, and is more stable to the laminating of waiting to laminate diaphragm 7, avoids the bubble to appear.
Other structures of the attaching device of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the attaching method is also the same as that of the first embodiment, so that a detailed description thereof is omitted.
The embodiment also provides a naked eye 3D mobile phone cover, which comprises a 3D membrane and a mobile phone cover with a semi-surrounding structure, wherein the naked eye 3D mobile phone cover is attached to the mobile phone cover with the 3D membrane and the semi-surrounding structure by the attaching device and the attaching method.
Example IV
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the attaching device of this embodiment is further provided with a second driving mechanism 8, as shown in fig. 12, the second driving mechanism 8 is respectively connected to the first dummy body 3 and the second dummy body 4, and is capable of driving the first dummy body 3 to move along the surface contacting the first base 1, or/and driving the second dummy body 4 to move along the surface contacting the second base 2. The second driving mechanism 8 may be two cylinders, and output ends of the two cylinders are respectively connected to the first supporting body 31 of the first imitation body 3 and the second supporting body 41 of the second imitation body 4, and when the cylinders retract, the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 can be driven to move in a direction away from the attaching platform 5. It will be understood that the second driving mechanism 8 may be other structures capable of driving the first and second imitation bodies 3 and 4 to stretch and retract, which are common structures in the prior art, and will not be described in detail.
When the laminating device of the embodiment supports the laminating sleeve 6 with the semi-surrounding structure to be laminated, the second driving mechanism 8 drives the first imitation body 3 to move a certain distance along the surface contacted with the first base 1; or the second dummy body 4 is driven to move a certain distance along the surface contacting the second base 2; or simultaneously driving the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 to move for a certain distance, then sleeving the lamination sleeve 6 of the semi-enclosed structure to be laminated on the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 on two sides, and then driving the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 to retract again through the second driving mechanism 8 until the supporting surfaces of the first imitation body 3 and the second imitation body 4 are laminated on the inner surfaces of the side walls of the lamination sleeve 6 of the semi-enclosed structure to be laminated.
The rest of the attaching process in this embodiment is the same as that in the first embodiment, and will not be described again.
The embodiment also provides a naked eye 3D mobile phone cover, which comprises a 3D membrane and a mobile phone cover with a semi-surrounding structure, wherein the naked eye 3D mobile phone cover is attached to the mobile phone cover with the 3D membrane and the semi-surrounding structure by the attaching device and the attaching method.
It is to be understood that the above examples of the present invention are provided for clarity of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. Claims (22)

1. Laminating tool, its characterized in that includes:
a first base (1);
a second base (2);
a first dummy body (3) provided on the first base (1);
a second dummy body (4) provided on the second base (2);
and the attaching platform (5) is arranged between the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4) and moves up and down in the three-dimensional space between the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4).
2. The bonding jig according to claim 1, wherein the first and second imitation bodies (3, 4) are provided with a first and a second support surface (312, 412) for supporting the bonding platform (5), respectively.
3. The bonding jig according to claim 2, wherein the bonding stage (5) comprises:
an intermediate (51);
the two supporting bodies (52) are arranged at two ends of the intermediate body (51) and are respectively in contact connection with the first supporting surface (312) and the second supporting surface (412) so that the attaching platform (5) is arranged on the first supporting surface (312) and the second supporting surface (412).
4. The bonding jig of claim 3, further comprising:
the first driving mechanism is connected with the attaching platform (5) and is used for driving the attaching platform (5) to move up and down in the three-dimensional space between the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4).
5. The bonding jig according to claim 4, wherein when the first driving mechanism is in a non-operating state, the two supporting bodies (52) are respectively in contact connection with the first supporting surface (312) and the second supporting surface (412).
6. The bonding jig of claim 1, further comprising:
and the second driving mechanism (8) is respectively connected with the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4) and is used for driving the first imitation body (3) to move along the surface contacted with the first base (1) or/and driving the second imitation body (4) to move along the surface contacted with the second base (2).
7. The fitting jig according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the first dummy body (3) comprises:
a first support body (31) which is arranged on the first base (1) and comprises a first side end surface (311) and a first support surface (312);
the first profiling structure (32) comprises a first arc-shaped curved surface (321) and a first end surface connected with the first arc-shaped curved surface (321);
wherein the first end face includes:
a first upper end surface (322) vertically connected to the first support surface (312) of the first support body (31);
the first lower end surface is overlapped with the first side end surface (311) of the first support body (31).
8. The bonding jig according to claim 7, wherein the second dummy body (4) comprises:
a second support body (41) which is arranged on the second base (2) and comprises a second side end surface (411) and a second support surface (412);
the second profiling structure (42) comprises a second arc-shaped curved surface (421) and a second end surface connected with the second arc-shaped curved surface (421);
wherein the second end face includes:
a second upper end surface (422) vertically connected to a second support surface (412) of the second support body (41);
the second lower end surface is overlapped with a second side end surface (411) of the second support body (41).
9. The bonding jig according to claim 8, wherein a first distance is the same as a second distance between the first upper end face (322) and an opposite one side face of the nearest one of the support bodies (52), and a second distance is the distance between the second upper end face (422) and an opposite one side face of the nearest one of the support bodies (52).
10. The bonding tool according to claim 9, wherein the first distance and the second distance are both greater than 0.1 mm and less than 0.5 mm.
11. The bonding jig according to claim 8, wherein the bonding platform (5) has a size identical to that of the membrane to be bonded, and a volume of the three-dimensional space defined between the first curved arc surface (321) and the second curved arc surface (421) is identical to that of the internal three-dimensional space defined by the bonding sleeve of the semi-enclosed structure to be bonded.
12. The bonding jig according to claim 8, wherein the first support body (31) and the first profiling structure (32) are integrally formed, and the second support body (41) and the second profiling structure (42) are integrally formed.
13. The bonding jig of claim 1, further comprising:
the adsorption hole is arranged on the surface of the attaching platform (5) to adsorb the membrane to be attached.
14. A bonding method, wherein the bonding method is applied to the bonding jig according to any one of claims 1 to 13, and the bonding method comprises:
placing the membrane to be bonded on a bonding platform (5);
nesting the attaching sleeve of the semi-surrounding structure to be attached to the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4);
and in a vacuum state, the attaching platform (5) is lifted, so that the membrane to be attached is attached to the inner surface of the attaching sleeve of the semi-surrounding structure to be attached.
15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the method further comprises, before the step of raising the bonding stage (5) in a vacuum state to bond the film sheet to be bonded to the inner surface of the bonding sleeve of the semi-enclosed structure to be bonded, the method further comprising:
placing the attaching jig in the vacuum cavity, and vacuumizing the vacuum cavity to enable the inside of the vacuum cavity to reach a preset vacuum value.
16. The method according to claim 14, wherein before the film to be laminated is placed on the lamination stage (5), the method further comprises:
the attaching platform (5) is lifted, so that the horizontal height of the attaching platform (5) is greater than the horizontal heights of the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4).
17. The method according to claim 14, wherein after the placing of the membrane to be bonded on the bonding platform (5) and before the nesting of the bonding sleeve of the semi-enclosed structure to be bonded on the first and second imitation (3, 4), the method further comprises:
the attaching platform (5) descends, so that the horizontal height of the attaching platform (5) is smaller than the horizontal heights of the first imitation body (3) and the second imitation body (4).
18. The method according to claim 17, wherein the bonding stage (5) is lowered such that the bonding stage (5) is at a level less than the first (3) and second (4) imitation bodies, in particular:
the attaching platform (5) descends, so that the distance between the horizontal height of the attaching platform (5) and the horizontal height of the first imitation body (3) and the horizontal height of the second imitation body (4) is 1-2 mm.
19. The method according to claim 14, wherein said placing the film sheet to be laminated on the lamination stage (5) comprises:
based on the size of the membrane and the size of the attaching platform (5), the membrane is aligned with the size of the attaching platform (5) and then placed on the attaching platform (5).
20. The method according to claim 14, wherein after the placing of the membrane to be laminated on the lamination platform (5), the method further comprises:
and adsorbing the membrane to be laminated through adsorption on a lamination platform (5).
21. The method according to claim 14, wherein after said nesting of the conforming sleeves of the semi-enclosed structure to be bonded to the first form (3) and the second form (4), the method further comprises:
the first imitation body (3) moves along the surface contacted with the first base (1) to enable a first arc-shaped curved surface (321) of the first imitation body (3) to be attached to a sleeve body of a semi-surrounding structure at one side of the attaching sleeve; or/and
the second imitation body (4) moves along the surface contacted with the second base (2) to enable the second arc-shaped curved surface (421) of the second imitation body (4) to be attached to the sleeve body with the semi-surrounding structure at the other side of the attaching sleeve.
22. The naked eye 3D mobile phone cover comprises a 3D membrane and a mobile phone cover with a semi-surrounding structure, and is characterized in that the naked eye 3D mobile phone cover is attached to the 3D membrane and the mobile phone cover with the semi-surrounding structure by the attaching method according to any one of claims 14-21.
