At present, the thickness of the pattern plate used in the market is generally more than 2.5 mm. The 2.5-3.0 mm checkered plate can completely replace a 4.0mm flat plate in the building and machinery manufacturing industry, and the steel can be saved by 220kg per ton. In addition, when the checkered plate is used in the fields of ships, automobiles, buildings and the like, the checkered plate should be lightened as much as possible on the premise of not influencing the use performance and the appearance. However, the thin checkered plate has short rolling deformation zone, the friction coefficients of the checkered roller, the corresponding flat roller and the strip steel are inconsistent, and the dead weight of the strip steel is small, so that the problem of groove stripping is easily caused. In addition, the plate shape problem is caused by large rolling reduction of the last frame, the upward floating problem is caused by high running speed on a hot output roller way, the head folding problem is caused during winding, and the like, so that the production of the thin-specification checkered plate is extremely difficult. The production of thin hot-rolled strip steel by domestic and foreign hot continuous rolling units also has certain rolling difficulty, so that the yield of the thin checkered plates is extremely low.
The invention provides a thin checkered plate with short flow, low cost and high efficiency and a production method thereof, aiming at the application and development trend of checkered plates at home and abroad.

(5) The steel plate is cooled by adopting an air injection cooling mode after the checkered plate is rolled, so that the influence of cooling water on the plate shape is avoided, and the quality of the checkered plate is improved.
(6) The coiling temperature is 250-500 ℃, the coiling temperature is reduced, the strength of the steel plate is improved, and the thin specification, light weight and high reinforcement of the checkered plate are realized.
