As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3: in order to effectively standardize the nursing operation flow and reduce the workload of medical staff, the nursing box comprises a nursing box 1, wherein a cleaning article placing area for placing cleaning articles and a pollutant placing area for placing wastes are arranged in the nursing box 1, a cleaning area closing cover 2 capable of being opened and closed and a pollutant area closing cover capable of being opened and closed are arranged on the nursing box 1, the cleaning article placing area can be closed through the cleaning area closing cover 2, and the pollutant placing area can be closed through the pollutant area closing cover;
the contaminant placement area includes a sharps container placement channel 27 that allows placement of sharps container 24, and sharps container 24 is separable from sharps container placement channel 27 of nursing container 1, and is configured to receive a used sharps through sharps container 24.
Specifically, the nursing box 1, the cleaning area closing cover 2 and the pollution area closing cover are all made of materials meeting medical standards, and in the embodiment of the invention, the nursing box 1, the cleaning area closing cover 2 and the pollution area closing cover can be made of Polypropylene Plastic (PP), and after the nursing box 1, the cleaning area closing cover 2 and the pollution area closing cover are made of polypropylene plastic, the nursing box has the characteristics of portability, safety, no toxicity, puncture resistance, no leakage, easiness in high-temperature incineration and the like. The nursing box 1 is in a cuboid shape, the storage area in the nursing box 1 is divided into a cleaning article placing area and a pollutant placing area, namely, cleaning articles are placed in the cleaning article placing area, and pollutants are placed in the pollutant placing area, so that separation of the cleaning articles and the pollutant is realized. The cleaning object placing area can be sealed by the cleaning object sealing cover 2, and the pollutant placing area can be sealed by the pollutant sealing cover, so that pollution caused by the mutual intersection between cleaning objects and pollutant objects in the using and taking processes is avoided. When the cleaning article placing area of the nursing box 1 is in an open state by the cleaning area closing cover 2, cleaning articles can be placed in the cleaning article placing area or the cleaning articles in the cleaning article placing area can be taken out for use. When the pollutant placement zone in the nursing box 1 is in an open state by the pollutant zone closing cover, pollutant can be placed in the pollutant placement zone or removed from the pollutant placement zone.
In the embodiment of the invention, the contamination preventer comprises a sharp-edged box placing groove 27, the sharp-edged box 24 can be placed in the sharp-edged box placing groove 27, and the sharp-edged box 24 can be taken out from the sharp-edged box placing groove 27. The sharps are received by the sharps container 24 and include post-use needles, glass, and distal blood collection needles, among others, which are well known to those skilled in the art and are not listed herein. After the sharp device is stored by the sharp device box 24, the risk caused by the conditions of overflow and the like of the sharp device is reduced, the damage caused by secondary treatment of the sharp device is avoided, and the device is convenient to use, safe and reliable.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the sharps container 24 includes a sharps container 28 adapted to the sharps container holding groove 27, a container positioning groove 29 configured to facilitate holding the sharps container 28 is provided at an upper end of the sharps container 28, and a sharps inlet 34 is provided at an upper end of the sharps container 28, and the sharps inlet 34 is in communication with the sharps container 28.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sharps container 28 is square, the upper end of the sharps container 28 is provided with the container positioning groove 29, and when the sharps container 28 is placed in the sharps container placing groove 27, the sharps container 28 forms a space for holding the sharps container 28 with the inner wall of the sharps container placing groove 27 through the container positioning groove 29, thereby facilitating the removal of the sharps container 28 from the sharps container placing groove 27. The sharps access opening 34 is located at the upper end of the sharps storage box 28, and the sharps access opening 34 penetrates through the upper end of the sharps storage box 28, i.e. the sharps can be placed in the sharps storage box 28 through the sharps access opening 34, so that the sharps can be stored.
Further, the bottom of the sharps storage box 28 is provided with a storage box bottom plate 30 for closing the bottom of the sharps storage box 28, the storage box bottom plate 30 can be connected with the sharps storage box 28 in an adapting way through a box bottom plate switch, and when the storage box bottom plate 30 is closed to the sharps storage box 28 through the box bottom plate switch, sharps stored in the sharps storage box 28 can be poured out.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the sharps storage box 28 can be sealed through the storage box bottom plate 30 by adapting the storage box bottom plate 30 to the sharps storage box 28, one end of the storage box bottom plate 30 is hinged with the sharps storage box 28, the other end of the storage box bottom plate 30 is connected with the sharps storage box 28 through a box bottom plate switch, and when the storage box bottom plate 30 is connected with the bottom end of the sharps storage box 28 through the box bottom plate switch, the bottom of the sharps storage box 28 can be sealed, namely the sharps storage box 28 can be effectively reserved in the sharps storage box 28; when the connection of the sharps container 28 is released from the container bottom plate 30, the sharps contained in the sharps container 28 can be poured out, and the sharps container can be handled after being stored.
In specific implementation, the box body bottom plate switch comprises a clamping head 31 arranged on the storage box body bottom plate 30, a clamping head groove 32 matched with the clamping head 31 is arranged on the sharp instrument storage box body 28, the clamping head 31 can be clamped into the clamping head groove 32, and when the clamping head 31 is clamped into the clamping head groove 32, the storage box body bottom plate 30 can be connected with the sharp instrument storage box body 28. The chuck 31 has elasticity, and when the chuck 31 is pushed and the chuck 31 is separated from the chuck groove 32, the connection between the housing case bottom plate 30 and the sharps housing case 28 can be released. Of course, the case bottom switch may be in any other desired form, and may be specifically selected as desired, so long as the connection between the case bottom 30 and the sharps container 28 is facilitated.
Further, a storage positioning cover 33 is arranged at the upper end of the sharps container body 28, and the sharps inlet 34 is positioned in the central area of the storage positioning cover 33;
the sharp instrument is characterized by further comprising an inlet closing plate 35 matched with the sharp instrument inlet 34, the inlet closing plate 35 is hinged with the inner wall of the storage positioning cover 33, and the inlet closing plate 35 is connected and matched with the storage positioning cover 33 through a torsion spring.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the accommodating and positioning cover 33 is in a horn shape, the opening of the accommodating and positioning cover 33 is located at the top end of the sharps accommodating box 28, the sharps inlet 34 is located at the bottom end of the accommodating and positioning cover 34, and the receiving surface of the sharps can be enlarged by the accommodating and positioning cover 33. To avoid spillage of the housed sharps, sharps access door 34 can be closed with access cover 35. In specific implementation, the back of the storage positioning cover 34 is provided with a connecting seat 37, the inlet sealing plate 35 is hinged to the connecting seat 37 through a connecting shaft 40, a torsion spring is sleeved on the connecting shaft 40 and comprises a torsion spring body 38, a torsion spring first connector 36 and a torsion spring second connector 39, the torsion spring first connector 36 is connected with the back of the inlet sealing plate 35, and the torsion spring second connector 39 is in contact with the back of the storage positioning cover 33. When the sharps are required to be put into the sharps storage box body 28, the inlet sealing plate 35 is required to be pushed towards the direction in the sharps storage box body 28, and after the pushing of the inlet sealing plate 35 is released, the inlet sealing plate 35 can be enabled to reclose the sharps inlet 34 under the action of the torsion spring, so that the sharps in the sharps storage box body 28 can be effectively prevented from overflowing from the sharps inlet 34.
Further, a plurality of sharps container magnetic bodies 23 capable of attracting sharps entered into sharps container 24 are provided in sharps container holding groove 27. In the embodiment of the present invention, since the sharps contained in the sharps container 24 are generally made of metals such as iron, and have high hardness, in order to keep the sharps entering the sharps container 24 stable, a plurality of sharps container magnetic bodies 23 are disposed in the sharps container placement groove 27, the sharps container magnetic bodies 23 may be conventional magnets, and the sharps container magnetic bodies 23 may be in a block shape. The sharps container magnet 23 may be located outside of the sharps container 24 and/or below the bottom of the sharps container 24. In specific implementation, the sharps box magnetic body placing groove 26 is formed in the sharps box placing groove 27, the sharps box magnetic body 23 can be embedded in the sharps box magnetic body placing groove 26, namely, the sharps box magnetic body 23 can be assembled in the sharps box placing groove 27 through the sharps box magnetic body placing groove 26, and the sharps box magnetic body 23 can be separated from the sharps box magnetic body placing groove 26. When the sharps container magnetic body 23 is placed in the sharps container magnetic body placing groove 26 and the sharps container 24 is placed in the sharps container placing groove 27, the sharps container magnetic body 23 is positioned at two sides of the sharps container 24, and the magnetic attraction of the sharps container magnetic body 23 to the sharps container in the sharps container 24 is utilized, so that the sharps container can be kept stable in the sharps container 24.

In the embodiment of the invention, the glucometer, the insulin syringe, the disposable insulin syringe needle, the blood glucose test paper, the peripheral blood taking needle and the disinfection hemostat are all commonly used instruments in diabetes nursing, the glucometer placing groove 17 is matched with the glucometer, the syringe placing groove 18 is matched with the insulin syringe, the syringe needle placing groove 19 is matched with the disposable insulin syringe needle, the peripheral blood taking needle placing groove 25 is matched with the peripheral blood taking needle, and the disinfection hemostat placing groove 41 is matched with the disinfection hemostat so as to be stably placed in the nursing box 1. The blood glucose meter can adopt a common structural form, the insulin syringe can adopt a form of injection needle, the disposable insulin injection needle is matched with the insulin syringe, the blood glucose test paper can adopt a common test paper form, and the peripheral blood taking needle is used for taking blood so as to utilize the blood glucose test paper to carry out blood glucose test after blood taking. The disinfection hemostat can be in the form of common alcohol cotton and the like, and can be specifically selected according to the needs.
In the embodiment of the invention, the blood glucose meter placing groove 17 is positioned at the end part of the nursing box 1, the length of the blood glucose meter placing groove 17 is also maximum, the syringe placing groove 18 and the syringe needle placing groove 19 are adjacent to the blood glucose meter placing groove 17, the syringe needle placing groove 19 is positioned at the end part of the syringe placing groove 18, the syringe needle placing groove 19 and the syringe placing groove 18 are coaxially distributed, the blood glucose test paper placing groove 20, the tip blood taking needle placing groove 25 and the disinfection hemostat placing groove 41 are distributed side by side, and the blood glucose test paper placing groove 20 and the blood glucose meter placing groove 18 are distributed at two sides of the syringe placing groove 18. Further, the cleaning area closing cover 2 is hinged with the nursing box 1, a cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5 is arranged on the cleaning area closing cover 2, a closing cover connecting plate hole 16 is arranged on the cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5, and the cleaning area closing cover 2 can be connected with the cleaning area closing cover connecting plate connecting block 6 on the nursing box 1 in an adapting way through the closing cover connecting plate hole 16.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning area closing cover 2 is in a cuboid shape, the cleaning area closing cover 2 is hinged with the nursing box 1 through the cleaning area closing cover hinge 3, the cleaning area closing cover handle 4 is arranged on the cleaning area closing cover 2, and the cleaning area closing cover 2 can be conveniently pressed on the nursing box 1 or the cleaning area closing cover 2 can be conveniently separated from the nursing box 1 through the cleaning area closing cover handle 4. The end part of the cleaning area closing cover 2 is provided with a cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5, the cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5 is perpendicular to the cleaning area closing cover 2, the cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5 is provided with two closing cover connecting plate holes 16, and the closing cover connecting plate holes 16 penetrate through the cleaning area closing cover connecting plate 5. Of course, in the specific implementation, other connection and locking modes, such as magnetic attraction connection, or other switch modes, can be adopted between the cleaning area closing cover 2 and the nursing box 1, and the selection can be specifically performed according to the needs, which will not be repeated here.
Further, the pollutant placement zone further comprises an infectious trash placement groove 22 and a domestic waste placement groove 21, and the domestic waste placement groove 21, the infectious trash placement groove 22 and the sharps box placement groove 27 are separated from each other.
In the embodiment of the invention, the infectious waste placement groove 22, the domestic waste placement groove 21 and the sharps container placement groove 27 are distributed side by side, and the sharps container placement groove 27 and the glucometer placement groove 17 are respectively positioned at two ends of the nursing box 1. Specifically, the contaminated zone enclosure includes a sharps box-holding tank enclosure 7 for closing the sharps box-holding tank 27, an infectious waste holding tank enclosure 8 for closing the infectious waste holding tank 22, and a domestic waste holding tank enclosure 9 for closing the domestic waste holding tank 21, the sharps box-holding tank enclosure 7, the infectious waste holding tank enclosure 8, and the domestic waste holding tank enclosure 9 being independent of each other.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the sharps container cover 7, the infectious trash container cover 8 and the domestic waste container cover 9 are independent of each other, the operations of the contaminant placement area are not affected, that is, the current states of the infectious trash container 21 and the domestic waste container 22 are not affected when the sharps container is placed in the sharps container.
During the concrete implementation, sharp machine box standing groove closing cap 7, infectious waste standing groove closing cap 8 and domestic waste standing groove closing cap 9 all articulate with nursing box 1, still set up sharp machine box lid board connecting plate 10 at the tip of sharp machine box standing groove closing cap 7, sharp machine box lid board connecting plate 10 and sharp machine box standing groove closing cap 7 mutually perpendicular. As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 13, the sterilizer casing includes a sterilizer casing base 54 and a sterilizer casing cover 42 adapted to the sterilizer casing base 54, the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is adapted to be connected with the sterilizer casing base 54, the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is perpendicular to the sterilizer casing base 54, the sterilizer casing cover 42 is detachably separated from the sterilizer casing base 54, and the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is located in the sterilizer casing cover 42 when the sterilizer casing cover 42 is connected with the sterilizer casing base 54.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sterilizer casing base 54 is circular, the sterilizer casing cover 42 is cylindrical, the interior of the sterilizer casing cover 42 is hollow, when the sterilizer casing cover 42 is in fit connection with the sterilizer casing base 54, a space for accommodating a sterilizer is formed in the sterilizer casing cover 42, the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is mutually perpendicular to the sterilizer casing base 54, and the height of the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is smaller than that of the sterilizer casing cover 42, so that when the sterilizer casing cover 42 is connected with the sterilizer casing base 54, the sterilizer connecting shaft 56 is positioned in the sterilizer casing cover 42. Further, the sterilizer coupling shaft 56 is fixed to the sterilizer casing base 54; the sterilizer casing cover 42 is capable of interlocking with the sterilizer casing base 54 by a cover locking mechanism;
the cover locking mechanism comprises a locking plate 45 and a locking connecting column 59 arranged on the locking plate 45, a connecting threaded hole 57 matched with the locking connecting column 59 is arranged at the end part of the sterilizing body connecting shaft 56, and connecting column threads capable of being meshed with the connecting threaded hole 57 are arranged on the locking connecting column 59; a locking connection groove 58 allowing the locking plate 45 to be embedded is arranged on the sterilizer casing cover 42, and the sterilizer casing cover 42 can be locked on the sterilizer casing base 54 when the locking plate 45 is arranged in the locking connection groove 58 and the locking connection post 59 is correspondingly connected with the connection threaded hole 57.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizer coupling shaft 56 is fixed to the sterilizer casing base 54, and the sterilizer casing cover 42 can be locked to the sterilizer casing base 54 by the cover locking mechanism, and when the locked state of the cover locking mechanism is released, the sterilizer casing cover 42 can be detached from the sterilizer casing base 54.
As shown in fig. 14, the locking plate 45 has a circular shape, but the locking plate 45 may have a square shape or the like, and may be selected as needed. The locking connection post 59 is vertically fixed to one side of the locking plate 45, the connection screw hole 57 extends from the end of the sterilizing body connection shaft 56 to a direction approaching the sterilizing body case base 54, the length of the connection screw hole 57 is smaller than that of the sterilizing body connection shaft 56, and an internal thread is provided in the connection screw hole 57. A post thread is provided on the locking post 59, and an external thread on the locking post 59 is engageable with an internal thread in the threaded bore 57. A locking attachment slot 58 is provided in the central region of the sterilizer casing hood 42, the locking attachment slot 58 being capable of allowing the locking plate 45 to be nested. When the locking plate 45 is inserted into the locking connection groove 58, the locking connection post 59 can be aligned with the connection screw hole 57, and when the locking connection post 59 is correspondingly connected with the connection screw hole 57, the sterilizer casing cover 42 and the sterilizer casing base 54 can be locked with each other by the locking plate 45.
The locking plate 45 can be further provided with a locking plate rotating block 60, the locking plate rotating block 60 and the locking connecting column 59 are respectively positioned at two sides of the locking plate 45, and the locking connecting column 59 can be conveniently rotated through the locking plate rotating block 60, so that the communication between the locking connecting column 59 and the connecting threaded hole 57 can be conveniently adjusted, and the connection state between the sterilizer box cover 42 and the sterilizer box base 54 can be realized.
In specific implementation, the coiled disinfection body is sleeved on the disinfection body connecting shaft 56, and the coiled disinfection body can rotate on the disinfection body connecting shaft 56; the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51 is provided on the sterilizing box body cover 42, and the length direction of the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51 is consistent with the length direction of the sterilizing box body cover 42.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the sterilizing body connecting shaft 56 is fixed to the sterilizing body housing base 54, in order to ensure the rotation of the rolled sterilizing body in the housing, the rolled sterilizing body needs to be sleeved on the sterilizing body connecting shaft 56. Of course, the coiled disinfectant may also be fixed to the disinfectant connecting shaft 56, and in this case, the disinfectant connecting shaft 56 needs to be rotated relative to the base 54 of the disinfectant box, that is, the normal pulling and use of the disinfectant will not be affected. When the box body is formed by matching the sterilizer box body cover 42 with the sterilizer box body base 54, the sterilizer body pulling outlet 51 is arranged on the sterilizer box body cover 42, the length direction of the sterilizer body pulling outlet 51 is consistent with the length direction of the sterilizer box body cover 42, and the length of the sterilizer body pulling outlet 51 is smaller than the length of the sterilizer box body cover 42.
Further, the cover of the box body of the sterilizer comprises a cover body 43 which can be connected with the box body of the sterilizer in an adapting way, one end of the cover body 43 is hinged with the box body of the sterilizer, the other end of the cover body 43 forms a curled edge 44 which is bent outwards, side plates 48 are arranged on two sides of the cover body 43, and when the cover body 43 contacts with the box body cover 42 of the sterilizer to be matched with seal the pulling outlet 51 of the sterilizer, two ends of the box body are positioned between the side plates 48 on two sides of the cover body 43.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizer casing cover 42 may be cylindrical, and for cooperation with the sterilizer casing cover 42, the cover 43 is arc-shaped, the bead 44 is located at the end of the cover 43, and the cover 43 can be operated by using the bead 44, so that the cover 43 is used to close the sterilizer drawing outlet 51 conveniently, or the cover 43 closing the sterilizer drawing outlet 51 is in an open state. In practice, when the bead 44 of the closure body 43 is remote from the sterilizer casing hood 42, the sterilizer draw-out port 51 is in an open state; when the bead 44 of the closure 43 is brought close to the sterilizer casing hood 42, the sterilizer drawing outlet 51 can be closed by the closure 43. The side plates 48 are arranged on two sides of the sealing cover body 43, when the sealing cover body 43 contacts and cooperates with the box body cover 42 of the sterilizer to seal the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51, two ends of the box body are positioned between the side plates 48, and the sterilizing body positioned outside the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51 can be effectively sealed due to the fact that the width of the sterilizing body is not larger than the length of the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51, namely, the cooperation of the side plates 48 and the box body is utilized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the connecting sleeve 5 is arranged on the box body, the cover body connecting shaft capable of being embedded in the connecting sleeve 5 is arranged at the end part of the cover body 43, and when the cover body connecting shaft of the cover body 43 is embedded in the connecting sleeve 5, the cover body 43 rotates relative to the box body. Specifically, the connecting sleeve 5 is fixedly arranged on the sterilizer box cover 42, and when the cover connecting shaft is embedded in the connecting sleeve 5, the cover 43 can rotate relative to the sterilizer box cover 42, namely the hinge joint of the cover 43 and the sterilizer box cover 42 is realized.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the cover body 43 is provided with cover cutting teeth 47 for cutting off the sterilizing body, the box body is provided with cutting tooth positioning grooves 55 for allowing the cover cutting teeth 47 to be embedded, and when the cover body 43 contacts and cooperates with the box body 1 to seal the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51, the cover cutting teeth 47 can be placed in the cutting tooth positioning grooves 55.
In the embodiment of the invention, the length direction of the seal cover cutting teeth 47 is consistent with the width direction of the seal cover body 43, the seal cover cutting teeth 47 are in a saw-tooth shape, the seal cover cutting teeth 47 can be utilized to conveniently intercept the pulling outlet 51 of the disinfection body, and the convenience of using the disinfection body is improved. When the cover cutting teeth 47 are provided on the cover body 43, in order not to affect the sealing of the sterilizing body pulling outlet 51, it is necessary to provide a cutting tooth positioning groove 55 on the sterilizing body casing 42, said cutting tooth positioning groove 55 being adapted to the cover cutting teeth 47 so that the cover cutting teeth 47 can completely heal within the cutting tooth positioning groove 55.
Further, a cover pressing strip 50 for pressing the sterilizing body is further disposed in the cover 43, the cover pressing strip 50 is convexly disposed on the inner wall of the cover 43, and a cover pressing strip inserting groove 52 allowing the cover pressing strip 50 to be inserted is disposed on the box.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the pressure cover strip 50 is located in the cover 43, the pressure cover strip 50 protrudes from the inner wall of the cover 43, and when the cover 43 approaches to and contacts the outer wall of the sterilizer casing 42, the pressure cover strip 50 can be used to press the sterilizer onto the sterilizer casing 42. When the cover strip 50 is used for pressing, in order not to influence the sealing of the disinfection body pulling outlet 51, the cover box 42 is provided with the cover strip embedding groove 52, the cover strip embedding groove 52 is matched with the cover strip 50, and the cover strip 50 is embedded in the cover strip embedding groove 52 and cannot influence the sealing of the disinfection body pulling outlet 51.
Further, the sterilizer cover box connecting mechanism can enable the sterilizer box cover to be in close contact with the sterilizer box. In the embodiment of the invention, the connection mechanism of the cover box body of the sterilizer comprises a first magnetic body 49 of the sterilizer arranged in the cover body 44 and a second magnetic body 53 of the sterilizer arranged in the box body of the sterilizer, wherein the first magnetic body 49 of the sterilizer and the second magnetic body 53 of the sterilizer can be in magnetic attraction connection. The first magnetic body 49 and the second magnetic body 53 can attract each other after approaching, and the sealing of the pulling outlet 51 of the sterilizer is not affected after the first magnetic body 49 and the second magnetic body 53 are connected in attraction.
As shown in fig. 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19: in order to improve the convenience and reliability of the use of the medical needle 68, the tip blood taking device comprises a needle box 61 and a medical needle body arranged in the needle box 61, wherein the medical needle body comprises a plurality of medical needles 68 distributed side by side, the needle heads 69 of the medical needles 68 in the needle box 61 correspond to needle body outlets 84 at the head ends of the needle box 61, a longitudinal pushing mechanism for gradually pushing the medical needles 68 in the needle box 61 out of the needle body outlets 84 is arranged at the head ends of the needle box 61, a transverse pushing mechanism connected with the medical needles in an adapting way is arranged at the tail parts in the needle box 61, and the medical needles in the needle box 61 can be pushed to and tightly attached to the longitudinal pushing mechanism through the transverse pushing mechanism;
the medical needle 68 adjacent to the head end of the needle box 61 in the medical needle is a standby needle, and the medical needle 68 adjacent to the standby needle in the medical needle is a secondary standby needle; the needle 69 of the needle body to be used is pushed out from the needle body outlet 84 by a longitudinal pushing mechanism, and after the longitudinal pushing mechanism is reset, the tail part of the needle body to be used can be kept in contact fit with a pushing positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism by a transverse pushing mechanism;

Specifically, the needle box 61, the medical needle, the transverse pushing mechanism and the longitudinal pushing mechanism are all made of materials meeting medical standards, the cross section of the needle box 61 is rectangular, a medical needle placing cavity 87 is formed in the needle box 61, and the medical needle is placed in the medical needle placing cavity 87 of the needle box 61. The needle outlet 84 is located at a side of the head end of the needle box 61, and the needle outlet 84 communicates with the medical needle placement chamber 87. The medical needle body comprises a plurality of medical needles 68, the medical needles 68 are in the same arrangement mode, the length of each medical needle 68 is smaller than the height of the medical needle body placing cavity 87, the length direction of each medical needle body is consistent with the length direction of the needle body box 61, and the length direction of each medical needle 68 is mutually perpendicular to the length direction of the needle body box 61. In particular, the medical needles 68 in the medical needle body are connected with each other, and the medical needles 68 can be bonded or connected in a magnetic mode, namely, the medical needles 68 are tightly connected with each other, and the connection condition of the medical needles 68 can refer to the condition of the existing staples.
The medical needle 68 in the medical needle body is in a single-row form, the medical needle 68 is in the needle body box 61, the tail part of the medical needle 68 is positioned in a needle body guide groove in the needle body box 61, the head end of the medical needle 68 is in a suspension state, namely, a needle head placing area 81 is arranged in the needle body box 61, when the medical needle 68 is pushed, the needle head 69 of the medical needle 68 can penetrate out from the needle body outlet 84, and after the needle head 69 of the medical needle 68 penetrates out, the needle head 69 of the medical needle 68 can be utilized for blood taking and other operations. The length of needle 69 is typically 1mm to 5mm. The needle head 69 of the medical needle 68 can be used to achieve a desired distal blood taking operation, such as a blood taking operation at the finger.
The lateral pushing mechanism is located at the tail of the needle body box 61, and can push the medical needles 68 to move along the length direction of the needle body box 61 through the lateral pushing mechanism, namely, the medical needles 68 have a trend of moving towards the head end of the needle body box 61 through the lateral pushing mechanism, so that the medical needles can be tightly attached to the longitudinal pushing mechanism, and the longitudinal pushing mechanism can push the medical needles 68 in the needle body box 61 out of the needle body outlet 84 one by one. The movement direction of the longitudinal pushing mechanism pushing the medical needle 68 is perpendicular to the length direction of the needle body box 61, i.e. the movement direction of the longitudinal pushing mechanism 8 pushing the medical needle 68 is perpendicular to the movement direction of the transverse pushing mechanism pushing the medical needle 68.
For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the medical needle 68 in the needle box 61 near the head end of the needle box 61 is a standby needle, the medical needle 68 adjacent to the standby needle is a secondary standby needle, that is, during the use, the standby needle is pushed out of the needle outlet 84 by the longitudinal pushing mechanism and used, when the standby needle is used, the standby needle needs to be pushed out of the needle box 61, and the secondary standby needle is pushed out of the needle outlet 84 and used conveniently, that is, after the standby needle is used, the secondary standby needle is changed into the standby needle, and the next corresponding adjacent medical needle 68 is changed into the secondary standby needle. After being pushed by the longitudinal pushing mechanism, the medical needle 68 in the needle body box 61 repeats the above-mentioned processes of the standby needle body and the secondary standby needle body until the medical needle 68 in the needle body box 61 is fully used, and after the medical needle 68 in the needle body box 61 is fully used, the whole needle body box 61 is discarded to the corresponding position for no use.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standby needle body is tightly attached to the longitudinal pushing mechanism under the action of the transverse pushing mechanism, so that the longitudinal pushing mechanism pushes the standby needle body. The longitudinal pushing mechanism pushes the needle to be used and then performs resetting operation so as to push the needle to be used next time. When the tail part of the needle body to be used is kept in contact fit with the pushing positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism, the stability and the reliability of the needle body to be used in the using process can be ensured. In the specific implementation, after the standby needle body is pushed by the longitudinal pushing mechanism, the standby needle body can keep contact and match with the pushing positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism under the action of the transverse pushing mechanism, and the secondary standby needle body can be tightly attached to the longitudinal pushing mechanism. When the secondary needle is pushed by the longitudinal pushing mechanism and is contacted and matched with the pushing and positioning part, the secondary needle can be separated from the needle box 61, namely the separation of the needle after the use is completed, the secondary needle contacted with the pushing and positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism becomes the needle to be used, and the medical needle 68 in close proximity becomes the needle to be used. The above-described process is repeated, and the medical needles 68 can be used and separated one by one, thereby improving the convenience and reliability of the use of the medical needles 68.
As shown in fig. 21, the medical needle 68 is provided with a needle step 88, the medical needles 68 in the needle box 61 are arranged in the same way, and the needle step 88 of the medical needle 68 is adjacent to the head end of the needle box 61; when the tail of the standby needle is contacted and matched with the pushing positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism, the needle step 88 of the secondary standby needle is contacted with the tail end of the standby needle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the needle body step 88 is located at the middle of the medical needles 68, and the needle heads 69 of all the medical needles 68 correspond to the needle body outlet 84 so that the needle heads of the medical needles 68 can be pushed out from the needle body outlet 84. When the tail of the standby needle body is contacted and matched with the pushing and positioning part of the longitudinal pushing mechanism, and the tail of the standby needle body is also contacted with the needle body step 88 of the secondary standby needle body, after the tail of the standby needle body is contacted with the pushing and positioning part and the needle body step 88 of the secondary standby needle body at the same time, the stability and the reliability of the operations such as puncturing and the like of the needle head 69 of the standby needle body can be ensured.
Further, the lateral pushing mechanism comprises a lateral pushing elastic body 67 in a compressed state in the needle body box 61, one end of the lateral pushing elastic body 67 is contacted with the tail end of the needle body box 61, and the other end of the lateral pushing elastic body 67 is contacted with a medical needle 68 adjacent to the tail end of the needle body box 61 in the medical needle body.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lateral pushing elastic body 67 may be made of an elastic member such as a spring, and may be specifically selected according to needs. The length direction of the transverse pushing elastic body 67 is consistent with the arrangement direction of the medical needles 68 in the medical needle body, namely the medical needle body can be always clung to the longitudinal pushing mechanism by transversely pushing the elastic body 67, so that the longitudinal pushing mechanism can be convenient to push the standby needle body or the secondary standby needle body.
As shown in fig. 22, the longitudinal pushing mechanism comprises a needle body pushing rod 76, a pushing needle block 90 arranged at the upper part of the needle body pushing rod 76 and a pushing rod elastic body 77 sleeved on the needle body pushing rod 76; the push pin block 90 protrudes from the side of the needle push rod 76; the pushing positioning part is a push rod lower positioning step 92 arranged at the lower part of the needle push rod 76, and the push rod lower positioning step 92 and the push needle block 90 are positioned at the same side of the needle push rod 76; a push needle handle 78 is arranged at the top end of the needle body push rod 76, and the push rod elastic body 77 is positioned between the push needle block 90 and the push needle handle 78;
the push-needle block 90 of the needle body push rod 76 contacts with the tail of the medical needle 68, when the needle head 69 of the medical needle 68 is pushed out from the needle body outlet 84 through the needle body push rod 76, the push rod elastic body 77 is in a compressed state, when the needle body push rod 76 is reset through the push rod elastic body 77, the tail of the medical needle 68 contacts and cooperates with the push rod lower positioning step 92, and after the needle body push rod 76 is reset, the needle body push rod 76 contacts and cooperates with the tail of the needle body to be used next time through the push-needle block 90.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the length direction of the needle push rod 76 is perpendicular to the length direction of the needle box 61, and the needle push rod 76 can move along the length direction of the needle push rod 76 in the needle box 61, i.e. the movement direction of the needle push rod 76 in the needle box 61 is consistent with the length direction of the medical needle 68. The needle body push rod 76 between the needle pushing handle 78 and the needle pushing block 90 forms an elastic body sleeving part 89, the push rod elastic body 77 is sleeved on the elastic body sleeving part, the push rod elastic body 77 can be made of elastic components such as a spring, when the needle body push rod 76 pushes the medical needle 68 out of the needle body outlet 84, the push rod elastic body 77 is in a compressed state, and after the acting force on the needle body push rod 76 is removed, the needle body push rod 76 can realize resetting under the action of the push rod elastic body 77.
In the initial state, the push-pin block 90 of the needle push-rod 76 can be contacted with the tail of the needle to be used, the needle 69 of the needle to be used is pushed out from the needle outlet 84 through the needle push-rod 76, and the push-rod elastic body 77 can be in a compressed state in the process of pushing the needle to be used. When the needle body push rod 76 is reset through the push rod elastic body 77, namely the needle body push rod 76 moves in a direction away from the needle body outlet 84, under the action of the transverse pushing elastic body 67, the push rod lower positioning step 92 at the lower part of the needle body push rod 76 can be contacted with the tail part of the needle body to be used; meanwhile, the push pin block 90 of the reset needle push rod 76 can be contacted with the tail of the secondary standby needle, so as to prepare for pushing the secondary standby needle through the needle push rod 76.
As shown in fig. 20, a push rod mounting positioning hole 85 is further provided on the needle body box 61, the needle body push rod 76 is mounted in the needle body box 61 through the push rod mounting positioning hole 85, and the push needle handle 78 of the needle body push rod 76 is positioned outside the needle body box 61;
a push rod positioning ring 86 matched with the needle push rod 76 is arranged in the push rod installation positioning hole 85, a push rod block 90 is positioned between the push rod positioning ring 86 and the needle outlet 84, and a push rod elastic body 77 is positioned between the push rod positioning ring 86 and the push rod handle 78.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the push rod installation positioning hole 85 penetrates through the needle box 61, the push rod installation positioning hole 85 and the needle outlet 84 are respectively located at two sides of the needle box 61, and the push rod installation positioning hole 85 and the needle outlet 84 are coaxially distributed, so that the bottom end of the needle push rod 76 can penetrate out from the needle outlet 84 after the needle push rod 76 is connected with the needle box 61 in an adapting manner through the push rod installation positioning hole 85. The length of the needle ram 76 is greater than the width of the needle cartridge 61, i.e., greater than the distance between the ram mounting location hole 85 and the needle outlet 84. The push handle 78 is located outside the needle body case 61.
A push rod positioning ring 86 is provided in the push rod mounting positioning hole 85, the needle push rod 76 can pass through the push rod positioning ring 86, and the push rod elastic body 77 on the needle push rod 76 is defined between the push rod handle 78 and the push rod positioning ring 86. When the needle body push rod 76 is reset under the action of the push rod elastic body 77, the push needle block 90 on the needle body push rod 76 is contacted with the push rod positioning ring 86, and the push needle block 90 is always positioned between the push rod positioning ring 86 and the needle body outlet 84 in the process of moving the needle body push rod 76; that is, the push rod positioning ring 86 is used to limit the position of the push rod block 90, so that when the needle body push rod 76 is reset, the push rod block 90 is just abutted with the tail of the corresponding medical needle 68, thereby providing convenience for the subsequent pushing of the medical needle 68.
Further, a push rod positioning step 91 adapted to the push rod positioning ring 86 is provided on the needle push rod 76, the push rod positioning step 91 and the push rod block 90 are respectively located on the corresponding side surfaces of the needle push rod 76, and the upper surface of the push rod positioning step 91 and the upper surface of the push rod block 90 are located on the same horizontal plane.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the needle body push rod 76 is rectangular, and the push rod positioning step 91 and the push rod block 90 are respectively located on two corresponding sides of the needle body push rod 76, and when the push rod block 90 is abutted or contacted with the push rod positioning ring 86, the push rod positioning step 91 can also be abutted or contacted with the push rod positioning ring 86. In the needle body push rod 76, a portion between the push rod positioning step 91 and the bottom end of the needle body push rod 76 forms a push rod lower body 93, and the push rod lower positioning step 92 is provided on the push rod lower body 93. In addition, the medical needle 68 is also rectangular in cross-section.
Further, a box body bin gate 62 is arranged at the tail end of the needle body box 61, a bin gate connecting lock column 64 for locking the box body bin gate 62 on the needle body box 61 is arranged on the needle body box 61, and an elastic locking plate 65 is arranged on the bin gate connecting lock column 64;
one end of the box body bin gate 62 is hinged with the needle body box 61, a bin gate locking hole 66 allowing the bin gate connecting lock column 64 and the elastic locking plate 65 to pass through is formed in the other end of the box body bin gate 62, and after the bin gate connecting lock column 64 and the elastic locking plate 65 penetrate out of the bin gate locking hole 66, the box body bin gate 62 and the needle body box 61 can be locked with each other by utilizing the matching of the elastic locking plate 65 and the locking step 94 in the bin gate locking hole 66.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tail end of the needle body box 61 is provided with an opening through the box body bin gate 62, and the medical needle body can be conveniently placed in the needle body box 61 through the opening at the tail end of the needle body box 61; after the medical needle is placed in the needle box 61, the tail end of the needle box 61 needs to be closed by a box bin gate 62. In order to realize the closure to the tail end of the needle body box 61, a bin gate connecting lock column 64 is arranged on the needle body box 61, the length direction of the bin gate connecting lock column 64 is consistent with that of the needle body box 61, one end of the bin gate connecting lock column 64 is connected with the needle body box 61, the other end of the bin gate connecting lock column 64 is provided with an elastic locking plate 65, and the elastic locking plate 65 can be symmetrically distributed at the end part of the bin gate connecting lock column 64.
One end of the box body bin gate 62 is hinged with the needle box 61, the other end of the box body bin gate 62 is provided with a bin gate locking hole 66, the bin gate locking hole 66 penetrates through the box body bin gate 62, and a locking step 94 is arranged in the bin gate locking hole 66. When the box body bin gate 62 and the needle body box 61 are locked, the elastic locking plate 65 is tightly attached to the end part of the bin gate connecting lock column 64 by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic locking plate 65, so that the bin gate connecting lock column 64 and the elastic locking plate 65 penetrate through the bin gate locking hole 66, after penetrating through the bin gate locking hole 66, the elastic locking plate 65 is in an open state, and the elastic locking plate 65 is matched with the locking step 94, so that the box body bin gate 62 is prevented from being opened abnormally in the using process, namely, after the tail end of the needle body box 61 is closed by the box body bin gate 62, the stability and the reliability of a medical needle body in the needle body box 61 can be ensured.
In addition, still set up the connecting plate and place the constant head tank 23 in box body bin gate 62, place horizontal promotion elastomer connecting plate 3 in connecting plate and place the constant head tank 23, horizontal promotion elastomer 67 can be connected with box body bin gate 62 through horizontal promotion elastomer connecting plate 3, and horizontal promotion elastomer connecting plate 3 can adopt fixed connection with the tip of horizontal promotion elastomer 67, can conveniently realize installing horizontal promotion elastomer 67 in needle body box 61.
Further, a needle outlet shutter 70 is provided on the needle box 61, and the needle outlet 84 of the needle box 61 can be opened or closed by the needle outlet shutter 70.

when the side connecting posts 79 are embedded in the side connecting grooves 80, the needle outlet seal door 70 can seal the needle outlet 84, and when the head end sealing plate connecting posts 72 are embedded in the head end sealing plate connecting grooves 75, the needle outlet 84 of the needle box 61 is in an open state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the connector mounting groove 82 is arranged on the head end sealing plate 74, the door sealing connector 13 is mounted on the head end sealing plate 74 through the connector mounting groove 82, and after the needle outlet door seal 70 is connected with the door sealing connector 13, the hinge joint of the needle outlet door seal 70 and the head end sealing plate 74 can be realized. The door sealing connector 13 may be in a common hinge or other form, and may be specifically selected according to needs, which will not be described herein.
The side connection groove 80 and the needle outlet 84 are located on the same side of the needle box 61, and when the side connection post 79 is embedded in the side connection groove 80, the connection between the needle outlet shutter 70 and the side of the needle box 61 can be realized, as shown in fig. 1. When the head end sealing plate connecting post 72 is embedded in the head end sealing plate connecting groove 75, the needle outlet 84 is opened, and meanwhile, the needle outlet sealing door 70 and the head end sealing plate 74 can be connected, that is, the needle outlet sealing door 70 cannot influence the normal use of the needle outlet 84, as shown in fig. 16, 17, 18 and 19. Of course, when the needle outlet 84 needs to be sealed again by the needle outlet door 70, the head end sealing plate connecting post 72 and the head end sealing plate connecting groove 75 need only be separated, and the side connecting post 79 and the side connecting groove 80 need only be connected and matched.
