Meanwhile, hot air in the drying box is sucked out of the exhaust hole by the high-pressure draught fan, the hot air is pressurized and injected into the first hot air box through the air inlet hole, the hot air is blown in an aligned mode through the centers of the three-way shoe covers close to the air outlet hole on one side of the air inlet hole, high-pressure hot air blown out of the air outlet holes promotes exchange between water and the hot air attached to the surfaces of the shoe covers on the one hand, meanwhile, water drops on the surfaces of the shoe covers are blown away by wind power, a plurality of groups of air outlet holes one side of the first hot air box are blown directly towards the outside of the shoe covers, part of the water drops attached to the. The water which does not form steam flows into the settling tank from the drain hole at the bottom of the drying tank.
