The garlic clove separating means that the whole garlic is divided into a plurality of garlic cloves through processing, the garlic clove separating machine is equipment capable of separating a large number of garlic cloves, a large number of garlic skin crumbs can be generated in the garlic clove separating process, and a fan is usually adopted for blowing off, but the existing garlic clove separating machine has the following defects:
because the garlic skin bits are light and thin, after the garlic skin bits are blown out of the machine box by the fan, the garlic skin bits can reversely float to the air inlet of the fan, or in the splitting process, part of the garlic skin bits float out of the feed inlet, under the action of the air suction force of the fan, the thinner garlic skin bits are sucked into the fan and adhered to the position coated with the engine oil inside the fan, so that the normal work of the fan is influenced for a long time, or the thicker garlic skin bits are adsorbed on the fan net due to the obstruction of the fan net, the air inlet can be blocked along with the increase of the garlic skin bits, and the wind force of the blown bits is influenced, so that the garlic skin bits are not thoroughly blown.

As a further scheme of the invention, the circulating chip blocking mechanism comprises an upper rotating seat, an upper rotating roller, a circulating chip blocking net, a lower rotating roller and a lower rotating seat, wherein the upper rotating seat is arranged at two ends of the upper rotating roller and welded with the inner walls at two sides of the device shell, the upper part and the lower part of the circulating chip blocking net respectively bypass the upper rotating roller and the lower rotating roller and are in meshing movable connection, and the lower rotating seat is arranged at two ends of the lower rotating roller and welded with the inner walls at two sides of the device shell.
As a further scheme of the invention, the circulating scrap blocking net vertically penetrates through the front end of the air inlet pipe of the scrap blowing fan, the width of the circulating scrap blocking net is the same as the inner diameter of the air inlet pipe of the scrap blowing fan, garlic skin scraps sucked by the fan are completely blocked, and the garlic skin scraps are prevented from entering the fan.
As a further scheme of the invention, the right end of the lower rotary roller penetrates through the lower rotary seat and is connected with a hand crank through electric welding, and the hand crank is of an L-shaped structure, so that the garlic skin bits can be driven to be discharged downwards by driving the circulating chip blocking net to slide in a hand-cranking mode.

According to a further scheme of the invention, the rotating shaft and the stressed air plate are arranged below the inner part of the air inlet pipe of the scrap blowing fan, and the stressed air plate is arranged opposite to the wind direction, so that the garlic skin scraps adhered to the circulating scrap blocking net are scraped off by taking the wind force of the fan as the driving force.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Compared with the traditional garlic clove separating machine, the garlic clove separating machine has the advantages that the garlic skin scraps sucked into the garlic clove separating machine by the fan can be blocked by the aid of the circulating scrap blocking mechanism, and the garlic skin scraps are prevented from being sucked into the garlic clove separating machine and being stuck to positions coated with engine oil to influence normal work of the garlic clove separating machine;
according to the invention, the hand crank is arranged, the circulating scrap blocking net can be driven to move in a hand-cranking mode, the part adsorbed with the garlic skin scraps moves downwards and moves out of the air inlet pipe of the fan, the garlic skin scraps lose the wind power effect and automatically fall off the circulating scrap blocking net, the garlic skin scraps are cleaned, the air inlet is prevented from being blocked, the air inlet amount is ensured, and enough air volume is provided for blowing off the garlic skin;
according to the invention, the circulating scrap blocking net is cleaned by the aid of the wind power scrap sweeping mechanism, and part of garlic skin scraps which cannot fall from the circulating scrap blocking net automatically are brushed off by the aid of wind power of the fan, so that the cleaning of the circulating scrap blocking net is ensured, the adsorbed garlic skin scraps are prevented from being blown into the fan in the upward moving process when the circulating scrap blocking net is used circularly, and the garlic skin scraps are completely blocked.

a garlic clove separating machine capable of preventing garlic skin scraps from being sucked reversely structurally comprises a clove separating machine case 1, a machine case frame 2, a garlic clove feeding pipe 3, a scrap blowing fan 4, a garlic skin scrap reverse suction prevention device 5, a sieve hopper 6 and a grading discharging hopper 7, wherein the machine case frame 2 is arranged below the clove separating machine case 1, the garlic clove feeding pipe 3 is arranged above the clove separating machine case 1 and is communicated with the garlic skin scrap reverse suction prevention device, the scrap blowing fan 4 is arranged in front of the clove separating machine case 1, the garlic skin scrap reverse suction prevention device 5 is arranged in the middle of the scrap blowing fan 4, the sieve hopper 6 is obliquely arranged on the left side of the garlic clove separating machine case 1, and the grading discharging hoppers 7 are uniformly and equidistantly arranged below the sieve hopper 6;

The right-hand member of lower rotatory roller 514 runs through and is connected through the electric welding in lower rotatory seat 515 with crank 54, crank 54 is L type structure, realizes also can drive circulation through hand mode and keep off bits net 513 and slide, drives the discharge with the garlic skin bits downwards.

Wind-force sweeps bits mechanism 53 and comprises rotation axis 531, atress aerofoil 532, drive belt 533, drive gear 534, change gear 536, connection belt 537, sweeps bits roller 538, atress aerofoil 532 is radially located rotation axis 531 surface and is connected through the electric welding, rotation axis 531 meshes swing joint with drive gear 534 through drive belt 533, change gear 536 locates drive gear 534 below and through teeth of a cogwheel meshing swing joint, change gear 536 passes through connection belt 537 and sweeps bits roller 538 meshing swing joint, sweep bits roller 538 and the contact of circulation fender bits net 513.
Rotation axis 531, atress aerofoil 532 are located the inside below of air-intake pipe of blowing bits fan 4, atress aerofoil 532 is relative form and establishes with the wind direction, realizes using the wind-force of fan as drive power, scrapes the garlic skin bits of adhesion on circulation chip blocking net 513.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: under the condition of being connected with a power supply, the garlic clove separating machine starts to work, garlic bulbs are fed into the clove separating machine case 1 from the garlic bulb feeding pipes 3, the garlic bulbs are subjected to clove separating treatment in the clove separating machine case 1, meanwhile, the crumb blowing fan 4 blows air from front to back to the inside of the clove separating machine case 1, garlic skin crumbs are fed out from the rear air outlet pipe, meanwhile, partial garlic skin crumbs can be blown out from the garlic bulb feeding pipes 3, due to the air inlet suction force of the crumb blowing fan 4, partial garlic skin crumbs are sucked into the crumb blowing fan 4 and blocked by the circulating crumb blocking net 513, a worker holds the hand crank 54 to rotate forwards along with the accumulation of the garlic skin crumbs, the hand crank 54 drives the lower rotating roller 514 to rotate forwards, the lower rotating roller 514 drives the circulating crumb blocking net 513 to rotate, and at the moment, the circulating crumb blocking net 513 on the side with the garlic skin crumbs is adsorbed to move downwards; meanwhile, the air inlet force of the crumb blowing fan 4 drives the stressed air plate 532 to rotate backwards, the stressed air plate 532 drives the rotating shaft 531 to rotate backwards, then the rotating shaft 531 drives the transmission gear 534 to rotate backwards through the transmission belt 533, the change gear 536 meshed with the transmission gear 534 to rotate forwards through the gear teeth drives the crumb sweeping roller 538 to rotate forwards through the connecting belt 537, at the moment, the crumb sweeping roller 538 and the front part of the circulating crumb blocking net 513 move relatively, the garlic crumbs adsorbed on the circulating crumb blocking net 513 are swept down by the change gear 536, the garlic crumbs are finally discharged from the crumb discharging port 55, and the operation is circulated.
The invention solves the problem that garlic skin crumbs in the garlic clove separating machine in the prior art are light and thin, and can reversely float to an air inlet of a fan after being blown out of a machine box by the fan, or part of the garlic skin crumbs float out of the air inlet in the process of separating garlic skin crumbs, under the action of the air suction force of the fan, the thinner garlic skin crumbs are sucked into the fan and adhered to the position coated with engine oil in the fan, so that the normal work of the fan is influenced for a long time, or the thicker garlic skin crumbs are adsorbed on a fan net due to the obstruction of the fan net, the air inlet is blocked with the increase of the garlic skin crumbs, the wind force of the garlic skin crumbs is influenced, and the garlic skin crumbs are not thoroughly blown off, through the mutual combination of the components, the garlic skin crumbs sucked into the fan can be blocked by a grid through the arranged circulating chip blocking mechanism, so that the garlic skin crumbs are prevented from being sucked into the fan and adhered, the normal work of the fan is influenced; through the arrangement of the hand crank, the circulating scrap blocking net can be driven to move in a hand-cranking mode, the part adsorbed with the garlic skin scraps moves downwards and moves out of the air inlet pipe of the fan, the garlic skin scraps lose the wind power effect and automatically fall off the circulating scrap blocking net, the garlic skin scraps are cleaned, the air inlet is prevented from being blocked, the air inlet amount is ensured, and sufficient air volume is provided for blowing off the garlic skins; sweep bits mechanism through the wind-force that is equipped with, the entering wind-force of usable fan keeps off the bits net to the circulation and cleans, and the garlic skin bits that can't keep off the bits net from the circulation by oneself brush and fall, guarantees the cleanness that the bits net was kept off in the circulation, prevents that it from recycling when using, moves the in-process on last, and inside absorbent garlic skin bits were blown into the fan, the realization was to the thorough stopping of garlic skin bits.
