The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
First, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a control method of an air conditioner of the present invention will be described. Wherein, fig. 1 is a system schematic diagram of an air conditioner of the present invention; fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to solve the problem that a condenser 2 is easily blocked when the existing air conditioner operates in a dust environment, the air conditioner mainly comprises a controller, and a compressor 1, the condenser 2, a throttling device 3 and an evaporator 4 which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, wherein the condenser 2 is provided with an outer fan 5, the evaporator 4 is provided with an inner fan 6, the pipeline is filled with a refrigerant, and the refrigerant is driven by the compressor 1 to refrigerate the indoor environment through circulation among the components. Wherein the throttling means 3 is an electronic expansion valve. In particular, the air conditioner further comprises a pressure reducing branch 7, and two ends of the pressure reducing branch 7 are respectively communicated with a liquid outlet of the throttling device 3 and a suction port of the compressor 1, namely are connected with the evaporator 4 in parallel. Wherein, the decompression branch 7 is preferably communicated with the inlet of the gas-liquid separator of the compressor 1, a valve mechanism 8 is further arranged on the throttling branch, and the valve mechanism 8 is an electromagnetic valve. The controller can control the air conditioner to switch among different operation modes, control the power on and off and operation parameters of the compressor 1, the outer fan 5 and the inner fan 6, and control the opening degrees of the throttling device 3 and the valve mechanism 8. In addition, the air conditioner is also provided with a remote controller, the remote controller is connected with the controller in a wireless mode such as infrared or Bluetooth, a 'dust mode' button (or named Sand button) is arranged on the remote controller, and when the 'dust mode' button is pressed, the remote controller sends an instruction to the controller, so that the controller can control the air conditioner to switch the operation mode into the dust mode based on the instruction.
As shown in fig. 2, in the setting mode of the air conditioner, the control method of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring an operation mode of the air conditioner, for example, directly calling the current operation mode of the air conditioner by a controller;
s200, when the operation mode is the sand-dust mode, controlling the outer fan 5 to perform a speed reduction operation, for example, the controller calls the current operation mode and then determines, if the current operation mode is the sand-dust mode, controlling the outer fan 5 to perform the speed reduction operation, for example, the rotating speed of the outer fan 5 is reduced to 60% of the current rotating speed, and certainly, the specific value of the rotating speed reduction of the outer fan 5 is not unique, and a person skilled in the art can change the specific value so that the specific application scenario can be adapted to, for example, the rotating speed of the outer fan 5 can be reduced to 50% -70% or lower of the current rotating speed, and the like, as long as the phenomenon that the air conditioner pressure protection cannot operate due to the increase of the system pressure of the air conditioner does not occur after the rotating speed of the outer fan 5 is reduced;
s300, opening the control valve mechanism 8 at the same time, before or after the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed, and opening the control valve mechanism 8 to enable the pressure reduction branch 7 to be conducted if the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed, so that the impact of the system pressure rise on the compressor 1 when the outer fan 5 reduces the speed can be reduced, and certainly, the control valve mechanism 8 can be opened at the same time or after the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed;
s400, controlling the compressor 1 to maintain the current operating frequency at the same time, before or after the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed, for example, after the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed, controlling the compressor 1 to maintain the current operating frequency to operate in the whole operating process of the dust and sand mode, and of course, maintaining the operating frequency of the compressor 1 at the same time or before the outer fan 5 starts to reduce the speed.
As can be seen from the above description, the control method of the present invention switches the operation mode of the air conditioner to the dust mode in the dust weather, and can reduce the rotation speed of the external fan 5 on the premise of ensuring the refrigeration effect, thereby reducing the suction of wind and sand in the outdoor unit and the accumulation of dust and sand in the condenser 2, and improving the service life of the air conditioner. Specifically, in a dust and sand weather, the air conditioner enters a dust and sand mode, at the moment, the control valve mechanism 8 is opened and the compressor 1 is controlled to maintain the current running frequency by controlling the outer fan 5 to run at a reduced speed, the control method of the invention can ensure that part of the liquid refrigerant in the air conditioning system after passing through the throttling device 3 enters the evaporator 4, and the rest of the liquid refrigerant directly enters the gas-liquid separator from the air suction port of the compressor 1 through the pressure reducing branch 7 to unload the air conditioning system, thereby reducing the suction temperature of the compressor 1, ensuring that the compressor 1 can continuously work when the outer fan 5 runs at the reduced speed, obviously reducing the suction air volume of the outdoor unit on the premise of not influencing the use effect of a user, further avoiding the outdoor unit from sucking a large amount of dust and sand, avoiding the situation that the condenser 2 is dirty and blocked, and prolonging the service life of the air conditioner, the use experience of the user is improved.
Although the control unit of the air conditioner is not specifically described in this embodiment, those skilled in the art will understand that the form of the control unit is not exclusive, and the control unit may be a control chip disposed in an indoor unit, a controller specially used for executing the method of the present invention, or a functional module or a functional unit of a general air conditioner controller.
The control method of the present invention is further explained with further reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a possible implementation, after step S200, the control method further includes:
acquiring the temperature of a coil of the evaporator 4 every set time length; and selectively controlling the inner fan 6 to run at a reduced speed based on the temperature of the coil. Specifically, after the air conditioner is operated in the sand wind mode for a period of time, for example, after 5 minutes of operation, the operation state of the air conditioner is already stable, at this time, the temperature of the coil of the evaporator 4 is obtained by the temperature sensor arranged on or near the coil of the evaporator 4, the temperature of the coil is compared with the temperature threshold corresponding to the current gear of the inner fan 6, and the inner fan 6 is selectively controlled to operate at a reduced speed based on the comparison result. For example, in a preferred embodiment, the gears of the inner fan 6 are divided into a high speed, a medium speed and a low speed, the temperature thresholds respectively include a first threshold, a second threshold and a third threshold corresponding to the three gears, and the first threshold, the second threshold and the third threshold decrease sequentially. After acquiring the temperature of the coil, the controller may determine a corresponding temperature threshold based on a gear at which the current inner fan 6 is located, then compare the temperature of the coil with the temperature threshold, if the temperature of the coil is smaller than the corresponding temperature threshold, further determine whether the gear of the current inner fan 6 is the lowest gear, if so, control the inner fan 6 to maintain the lowest gear, otherwise, control the inner fan 6 to decrease to the next gear, and then repeatedly acquire the temperature of the coil of the evaporator 4 at an interval of 5 minutes to perform determination again.
The control mode has the advantages that: firstly, as the lower the wind speed of the inner fan 6 is, the less the heat exchange amount of the refrigerant is, the lower the temperature of the refrigerant returning to the compressor 1 correspondingly is, and further the temperature of the refrigerant of the whole air conditioning system is correspondingly reduced, the working pressure of the compressor 1 can be further reduced, and the compressor 1 can be ensured to work continuously. Secondly, because the refrigerant temperature reduces, the temperature of evaporimeter 4 also maintains at lower level, and the air-out temperature of indoor air after 4 heat exchanges in evaporimeter also reduces by a wide margin to guarantee that user's body feels the temperature low, promote user experience by a wide margin.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described preferred embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and that those skilled in the art may adjust the above-described control scheme so that it is suitable for more specific application scenarios without departing from the principles of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the "dust mode" button may be integrated with the "mode" button of the remote controller, or provided on the indoor unit, etc., instead of being provided on the remote controller, and such adjustment of the setting position does not depart from the principle of the present invention.
For another example, in another alternative embodiment, the throttling device 3 may be a common expansion valve or a solenoid valve, etc. in addition to the electronic expansion valve; the valve mechanism 8 may be a valve type member such as an electronic expansion valve whose opening and closing can be controlled by a control unit, in addition to the electromagnetic valve; the remote controller may be connected to the controller in a wired manner, as well as in a wireless manner.
For another example, in another alternative embodiment, the set time period may be any time period other than 5 minutes as long as the time period is set to ensure that the operation state of the air conditioner has been stabilized.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the number of gears of the inner fan 6, the specific value of the temperature threshold, and the like may be adjusted based on the actual application scenario, and these adjustments do not depart from the principle of the present invention and therefore all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For another example, in another alternative embodiment, the step of selectively controlling the inner fan 6 to run at a reduced speed based on the coil temperature may further comprise: simultaneously comparing the coil temperature with the first threshold, the second threshold and the third threshold; and adjusting the rotating speed of the inner fan 6 according to the comparison result. For example, when the coil temperature is less than a first threshold and greater than a second threshold, the inner fan 6 is controlled to be lowered to a medium-speed operation; if the coil temperature acquired again after 5 minutes is greater than the first threshold value or is still between the first threshold value and the second threshold value, the current gear of the inner fan 6 is maintained unchanged, and if the coil temperature acquired again after 5 minutes is less than the second threshold value and greater than the third threshold value or the coil temperature is less than the third threshold value, the inner fan 6 is directly controlled to be lowered to the low-speed operation.
For another example, the step of determining whether the inner fan 6 is in the lowest gear may be performed after the step of determining whether the coil temperature is less than the temperature threshold, or may be performed after the step of obtaining the coil temperature of the evaporator 4 and before the step of determining whether the coil temperature is less than the temperature threshold; or to adjust the steps to be performed just prior to entering the sand wind mode, etc., without departing from the principles of the invention.
A control procedure of the control method of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a logic diagram of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner is operated in a cooling mode and the gear of the inner fan 6 is a high speed. In the Sand or dust storm weather, a user presses a Sand key on a remote controller, and the controller switches the operation mode of the air conditioner to be a Sand mode, namely, the electromagnetic valve is opened to enable the pressure reduction branch 7 to be conducted, the outer fan 5 is controlled to reduce the speed to 60% of the current rotating speed, and the current frequency of the compressor 1 is kept unchanged; after the operation is carried out for 5 minutes, the controller acquires the coil temperature of the evaporator 4, and if the coil temperature is less than a first threshold value, the controller controls the inner fan 6 to shift down to a middle gear; after the operation is carried out for 5 minutes, the temperature of the coil of the evaporator 4 is stable, the temperature of the coil of the evaporator 4 is collected again at the moment, and if the temperature of the coil is smaller than a second threshold value at the moment, the controller controls the inner fan 6 to downshift to a low gear again; after the operation is carried out for 5 minutes, the temperature of the coil pipe of the evaporator 4 is stable, the temperature of the coil pipe of the evaporator 4 is collected again, and if the temperature of the coil pipe is smaller than a third threshold value, the controller controls the inner fan 6 to be maintained in low-speed operation because the inner fan 6 is in the lowest gear at the moment. At the moment, the wind speed of the fan 6 in the air conditioner is low, the temperature sensed by the outlet wind is low, and the refrigeration requirement of a user is met.
In addition, the invention also provides an air conditioner, and a controller of the air conditioner can execute the control method in any one of the above embodiments.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
