Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合排污管,包括PVC管体,PVC管体的外部由内而外依次包覆有玻璃纤维层、泡沫塑料保温填充层和PAN碳纤维层,泡沫塑料保温填充层包覆在玻璃纤维层的外部,其PAN碳纤维层包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层的外部,PAN碳纤维层的外表面涂覆有一层氟橡胶防腐涂料,PVC管体的内侧涂覆有一层丁晴橡胶涂料。本发明通过在PVC管体外部由内而外依序包覆的玻璃纤维层、泡沫塑料保温填充、金属丝网层、PAN碳纤维层和氟橡胶防腐蚀涂料,使得该排污管具备了良好的抗压、抗划和耐磨的效果,以及使得该排污管的自身由内而外都具有极高的抗腐蚀性,以及抗氧化老化的效果,能够有效的延长该排污管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及排污管道技术领域,具体为一种复合排污管。
背景技术
排污管顾名思义就是用来排污的管道。现有的排污管道防腐蚀能力较弱,在长期使用中易于出现破损和漏污水的现象,并且,现有的排污管自身不具备保温隔热功能,一些裸露在外的排污管道,在冬季,极容易因温度极低,使得管道内的水凝结,从而使得管道堵塞或者使得管道破裂,对排污管道造成损坏,为排污工作带来不便,因此,为了防止管道内部温度过低,一般需要在管道外部人工包裹一层保温棉,以防止管道内部水流凝结,但该类操作,不仅费时费力,且包覆在外部的保温棉,在沾水后,其保温效果会大大的降低,难以起到理想的保温效果,并且,保温棉包覆在管道外部,长时间风吹日晒,保温棉极容易出现氧化腐蚀,需要定期的更换,提高了管道维护的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合排污管,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合排污管,包括PVC管体,所述PVC管体的外部由内而外依次包覆有玻璃纤维层、泡沫塑料保温填充层和PAN碳纤维层,所述泡沫塑料保温填充层包覆在玻璃纤维层的外部,其PAN碳纤维层包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层的外部,所述PAN碳纤维层的外表面涂覆有一层厚度为0.2-0.4毫米的氟橡胶防腐涂料,所述PVC管体的内侧涂覆有一层丁晴橡胶涂料。
优选的,所述泡沫塑料保温填充层的外部与PAN碳纤维层之间设有一层金属网层,该金属网层包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层的外部,并嵌入泡沫塑料保温填充层内。
优选的,所述泡沫塑料保温填充层为橡塑保温海绵,其厚度为5-7毫米。
优选的,所述PVC管体、玻璃纤维层、泡沫塑料保温填充层和PAN碳纤维层相邻之间均通过强力胶合剂粘接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过在PVC管体外部由内而外依序包覆的玻璃纤维层、泡沫塑料保温填充层、金属丝网层、PAN碳纤维层和氟橡胶防腐蚀涂料,使得该排污管具备了良好的抗压、抗划和耐磨的效果,以及使得该排污管自身拥有良好的保温隔热性能,能够有效的隔绝温度,避免管内温度过低,与此同时,根据设置的PVC管为该排污管的主要管体,通过设置的玻璃纤维层、PAN碳纤维层、氟橡胶防腐涂料和丁晴橡胶涂料等辅助材料,根据PVC管体和众辅助材料自身具备优良的抗腐蚀效果,使得该排污管的自身由内而外都具有极高的抗腐蚀性,以及抗氧化老化的效果,能够有效的延长该排污管的使用寿命,由于PAN碳纤维层包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层的外部,能够有效的对泡沫塑料保温填充层提供保护,避免泡沫塑料保温填充层受到损坏或者被雨水浸湿,能够有效的保证该排污管的保温隔热效果,减少管道维护成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种复合排污管,包括PVC管体1,PVC管体1的外部由内而外依次包覆有玻璃纤维层2、泡沫塑料保温填充层3和PAN碳纤维层5,泡沫塑料保温填充层3的外部与PAN碳纤维层5之间设有一层金属网层4,该金属网层4包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层3的外部,并嵌入泡沫塑料保温填充层3内,该设置一方面能够对泡沫塑料保温填充层3加以固定,另一方面还能进一步提高该排污管的抗切割能力,泡沫塑料保温填充层3包覆在玻璃纤维层2的外部,泡沫塑料保温填充层3为橡塑保温海绵,其厚度为5-7毫米,其PAN碳纤维层5包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层3的外部,PAN碳纤维层5的外表面涂覆有一层厚度为0.2-0.4毫米的氟橡胶防腐涂料6,PVC管体1的内侧涂覆有一层丁晴橡胶涂料7,PVC管体1、玻璃纤维层2、泡沫塑料保温填充层3和PAN碳纤维层5相邻之间均通过强力胶合剂粘接。
本发明通过在PVC管体1外部由内而外依序包覆的玻璃纤维层2、泡沫塑料保温填充3、金属丝网层4、PAN碳纤维层5和氟橡胶防腐蚀涂料6,使得该排污管具备了良好的抗压、抗划和耐磨的效果,以及使得该排污管自身拥有良好的保温隔热性能,能够有效的隔绝温度,避免管内温度过低,与此同时,根据设置的PVC管为该排污管的主要管体,通过设置的玻璃纤维层2、PAN碳纤维层5、氟橡胶防腐涂料6和丁晴橡胶涂料7等辅助材料,根据PVC管体1和众辅助材料自身具备优良的抗腐蚀效果,使得该排污管的自身由内而外都具有极高的抗腐蚀性,以及抗氧化老化的效果,能够有效的延长该排污管的使用寿命,由于PAN碳纤维层5包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层3的外部,能够有效的对泡沫塑料保温填充层3提供保护,避免泡沫塑料保温填充层3受到损坏或者被雨水浸湿,能够有效的保证该排污管的保温隔热效果,减少管道维护成本。
该复合排污管,通过在该排污管的外表面涂覆氟橡胶防腐涂料6,根据氟橡胶防腐涂料6自身具备的良好机械强度、抗紫外线、抗老化和抗阳极剥离的性能,能够有效的减缓该排污管的老化速度,提高该排污管的使用寿命,根据在泡沫塑料保温填充层3的外部包覆PAN碳纤维层5,一方面能够提高该排污管的抗划和耐磨性,另一方面还能对泡沫塑料保温填充层3起到良好的保护作用,保证泡沫塑料保温填充层3的隔热性能,与此同时,还能够进一步的提高该排污管外部的防腐效果,并且,配合设置的泡沫塑料保温填充,3,不仅能够对PVC管体1起到良好的保温作用,同时,还能够起到良好的隔音效果,避免排污管内部水流声音过大而对周边环境造成影响,另外,在PVC管体1的外部包覆一层玻璃纤维层2,能够进一步的提高该排污管的内部的结构强度,同时也能对于PVC管体1起到良好的保护作用,通过在PVC管体1内部涂覆一层丁晴橡胶涂料7,能够对其排污管内部流道起到良好的防腐蚀效果,提高排污管内部防腐性能,有效延长了该排污管的使用寿命。

1.一种复合排污管,包括PVC管体(1),其特征在于:所述PVC管体(1)的外部由内而外依次包覆有玻璃纤维层(2)、泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)和PAN碳纤维层(5),所述泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)包覆在玻璃纤维层(2)的外部,其PAN碳纤维层(5)包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)的外部,所述PAN碳纤维层(5)的外表面涂覆有一层厚度为0.2-0.4毫米的氟橡胶防腐涂料(6),所述PVC管体(1)的内侧涂覆有一层丁晴橡胶涂料(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合排污管,其特征在于:所述泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)的外部与PAN碳纤维层(5)之间设有一层金属网层(4),该金属网层(4)包覆在泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)的外部,并嵌入泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合排污管,其特征在于:所述泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)为橡塑保温海绵,其厚度为5-7毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合排污管,其特征在于:所述PVC管体(1)、玻璃纤维层(2)、泡沫塑料保温填充层(3)和PAN碳纤维层(5)相邻之间均通过强力胶合剂粘接。
