本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油。
背景技术
滑油基础油主要分矿物基础油、合成基础油以及植物油基础油三类。矿物基础油应用广泛,用量很大(约90%以上),但有些应用场合则必须使用合成基础油和植物油基础油调配的产品,酯类油做为滑油高端使用。
如申请号为CN201610185462.4的专利,其公开了一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,包括基础油和添加剂,基础油为全合成聚α-烯烃基础油,添加剂由粘度指数改进剂、复合清净剂、复合分散剂、复合抗氧抗腐剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂和抗泡沫剂,所述各组分使用的质量百分比为:基础油75%-87%;粘度指数改进剂3%-6%;复合清净剂5%-9%;复合分散剂3%-6%;复合抗氧抗腐剂1.5%-3%;金属钝化剂0.06%-0.1%;防锈剂0.05%-0.3%;抗泡沫剂0.02%-0.05%。上述发明润滑油由全合成聚α-烯烃基础油、复合抗氧抗腐剂、复合金属清净剂、复合无灰分散剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、抗泡沫剂、粘度指数改进剂组成。本发明实现了润滑油节能、换油周期长、减少废油、废气和颗粒物的排放,生物可降解性相对传统润滑油高,提高了发动机的燃料经济性以及使用寿命,抑制发动机中油泥和积碳的产生。
但是,上述方案在使用中存在如下缺陷:采用聚α-烯烃基础油单一成分,性能单一,另外,当机械表面接触时,无法在油膜中形成缓冲效果,容易造成油膜破裂,降低了润滑防护效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,按重量份数计称取如下各组分:基础油50-70份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份,清净剂1-3份、分散剂2-3份、极压抗磨剂3-5份、摩擦改性剂2-4份、粘度指数改进剂4-8份、金属钝化剂0.2-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3-0.5份、抗泡沫剂0.2-0.6份,并按照如下方法进行制备:
S1:将基础油置于搅拌罐中,并于60-80℃条件下搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中加入抗氧化剂,持续搅拌20-30分钟,得基础液,备用;
S2:向基础液中添加纳米二氧化硅、清净剂、分散剂,在40-60℃,3-5MPa压强下持续搅拌15-20分钟,搅拌完成后,将温度提高至60-70℃,保温10-20分钟;
S3:将极压抗磨剂、摩擦改性剂、金属钝化剂加入上述混合料中,于常温状态下向混合料中持续通入氢气,并以200-300r/min转速进行搅拌,持续10-15分钟;
S4:将抗泡沫剂加入上述混合料中,搅拌均匀后加热至40-60℃后加入至均质机中,以10000-14000psi压力进行处理,柱塞频率为40-60次/分,持续20-30分钟;
S5:使用600-800目不锈钢滤网对上述混合液进行过滤,除去杂质后得节能环保型发动机润滑油。
所述基础油中各组分按重量份数计为:合成基础油20-30份、植物油30-40份。
优选的,所述清净剂为磺酸钙、双挂丁二酰亚胺和高分子量丁二酰亚胺中的任意一种。
优选的,所述分散剂为硬脂酸钡、己烯基双硬脂酰胺中的一种。
优选的,所述极压抗磨剂具体包括以下步骤:
向80-90mg镧硝酸盐溶液中加入110-120mg的硼砂进行反应,反应时间为2-6h;
再向镧硝酸盐溶液中加入85-90mg的正丁醇进行酯化反应,反应时间为3-8h;
酯化反应结束之后,再加入95-105mg的十二醇修饰的氧化石墨烯,进行酯交换反应,得到初步反应液;
将初步反应液做蒸馏去杂质处理,得到十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯,该十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯即为极压抗磨剂。
优选的,所述摩擦改性剂为硫化棉籽油、磷酸酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼中的一种。

一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,按重量份数计称取如下各组分:基础油50份,纳米二氧化硅1份,清净剂1份、分散剂2份、极压抗磨剂3份、摩擦改性剂2份、粘度指数改进剂4份、金属钝化剂0.2份、抗氧化剂0.3份、抗泡沫剂0.2份,其中所述基础油中各组分按重量份数计为:合成基础油20份、植物油30份。所述清净剂为磺酸钙。所述分散剂为硬脂酸钡。所述极压抗磨剂具体包括以下步骤:向80mg镧硝酸盐溶液中加入110mg的硼砂进行反应,反应时间为2h;再向镧硝酸盐溶液中加入85mg的正丁醇进行酯化反应,反应时间为3h;酯化反应结束之后,再加入95mg的十二醇修饰的氧化石墨烯,进行酯交换反应,得到初步反应液;将初步反应液做蒸馏去杂质处理,得到十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯,该十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯即为极压抗磨剂。所述摩擦改性剂为硫化棉籽油。所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物。所述抗氧化剂为有机铜盐,并按照如下方法进行制备:

S3:将极压抗磨剂、摩擦改性剂、金属钝化剂加入上述混合料中,于常温状态下向混合料中持续通入氢气,并以250r/min转速进行搅拌,持续12分钟;
S4:将抗泡沫剂加入上述混合料中,搅拌均匀后加热至50℃后加入至均质机中,以12000psi压力进行处理,柱塞频率为50次/分,持续25分钟;

实施例3
一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,按重量份数计称取如下各组分:基础油70份,纳米二氧化硅3份,清净剂3份、分散剂3份、极压抗磨剂5份、摩擦改性剂4份、粘度指数改进剂8份、金属钝化剂0.5份、抗氧化剂0.5份、抗泡沫剂0.6份,其中所述基础油中各组分按重量份数计为:合成基础油30份、植物油40份。所述清净剂为高分子量丁二酰亚胺。所述分散剂为己烯基双硬脂酰胺。所述极压抗磨剂具体包括以下步骤:向85mg镧硝酸盐溶液中加入115mg的硼砂进行反应,反应时间为4h;再向镧硝酸盐溶液中加入87mg的正丁醇进行酯化反应,反应时间为5.5h;酯化反应结束之后,再加入100mg的十二醇修饰的氧化石墨烯,进行酯交换反应,得到初步反应液;将初步反应液做蒸馏去杂质处理,得到十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯,该十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯即为极压抗磨剂。所述摩擦改性剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼。所述粘度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯,所述金属钝化剂为噻二唑衍生物。所述抗氧化剂为有机铜盐,并按照如下方法进行制备:
S1:将基础油置于搅拌罐中,并于80℃条件下搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中加入抗氧化剂,持续搅拌30分钟,得基础液,备用;
S2:向基础液中添加纳米二氧化硅、清净剂、分散剂,在60℃,5MPa压强下持续搅拌20分钟,搅拌完成后,将温度提高至70℃,保温20分钟;
S3:将极压抗磨剂、摩擦改性剂、金属钝化剂加入上述混合料中,于常温状态下向混合料中持续通入氢气,并以300r/min转速进行搅拌,持续15分钟;
S4:将抗泡沫剂加入上述混合料中,搅拌均匀后加热至60℃后加入至均质机中,以14000psi压力进行处理,柱塞频率为60次/分,持续30分钟;
S5:使用800目不锈钢滤网对上述混合液进行过滤,除去杂质后得节能环保型发动机润滑油。
本发明通过将合成基础油和植物油进行混合,使得基础油同时具有合成油和植物油的特点,降低了废润滑油的处理成本,协同润滑效果更好,通入氢气进行加氢处理,可经一步对基础油进行改性处理,提高基础油的品质,通过添加纳米二氧化硅,可在油膜结构中形成缓冲粒子,保持油膜稳定,降低机械结构之间的磨损,降低了机械表面之间的摩擦,有利于发动机节能环保的发展要求。

Claims (8)

1.一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于,按重量份数计称取如下各组分:基础油50-70份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份,清净剂1-3份、分散剂2-3份、极压抗磨剂3-5份、摩擦改性剂2-4份、粘度指数改进剂4-8份、金属钝化剂0.2-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3-0.5份、抗泡沫剂0.2-0.6份,并按照如下方法进行制备:
S1:将基础油置于搅拌罐中,并于60-80℃条件下搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中加入抗氧化剂,持续搅拌20-30分钟,得基础液,备用;
S2:向基础液中添加纳米二氧化硅、清净剂、分散剂,在40-60℃,3-5MPa压强下持续搅拌15-20分钟,搅拌完成后,将温度提高至60-70℃,保温10-20分钟;
S3:将极压抗磨剂、摩擦改性剂、金属钝化剂加入上述混合料中,于常温状态下向混合料中持续通入氢气,并以200-300r/min转速进行搅拌,持续10-15分钟;
S4:将抗泡沫剂加入上述混合料中,搅拌均匀后加热至40-60℃后加入至均质机中,以10000-14000psi压力进行处理,柱塞频率为40-60次/分,持续20-30分钟;
S5:使用600-800目不锈钢滤网对上述混合液进行过滤,除去杂质后得节能环保型发动机润滑油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述基础油中各组分按重量份数计为:合成基础油20-30份、植物油30-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述清净剂为磺酸钙、双挂丁二酰亚胺和高分子量丁二酰亚胺中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述分散剂为硬脂酸钡、己烯基双硬脂酰胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂具体包括以下步骤:
向80-90mg镧硝酸盐溶液中加入110-120mg的硼砂进行反应,反应时间为2-6h;
再向镧硝酸盐溶液中加入85-90mg的正丁醇进行酯化反应,反应时间为3-8h;
酯化反应结束之后,再加入95-105mg的十二醇修饰的氧化石墨烯,进行酯交换反应,得到初步反应液;
将初步反应液做蒸馏去杂质处理,得到十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯,该十二烷氧基硼酸镧修饰的石墨烯即为极压抗磨剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述摩擦改性剂为硫化棉籽油、磷酸酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物和聚异丁烯中的一种,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物和噻二唑衍生物中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型汽油发动机润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为有机铜盐,所述抗泡沫剂为聚甲基硅烷。
