环氧树脂具有附着力强、硬度高、耐磨、耐酸碱等优点,因此在重防腐漆、船舶漆、集装箱漆等,特别是环氧漆得到广泛应用。随着经济的快速发展,现代工业、办公环境、医院等公共场所对环境的要求越来越高,传统涂料难以满足现代工业等的要求。传统的溶剂型环氧漆在生产、施工、固化过程中会排出大量有机溶剂(VOC),造成环境污染,并影响人体健康。近几年,世界各国对涂料制定了相应的法规以限制溶剂的排放量。高固体分环氧防腐涂料具有低VOC排放、良好的附着力、较高防腐性、使用面广泛、大大提高施工效率等优点,在防腐要求高的施工领域得到广泛的应用。表述了高固体分涂料的配制设计及技术性能指标。
工程中各种金属结构所处的环境及运行工况十分复杂,大量建筑物、闸门、钢结构制件经常受到上游漂浮物、水中泥沙的冲刷和磨损,从而导致涂层的破坏和失效,涂料的耐磨性能直接影响到涂层的抗冲耐磨损性,同时在一定程度上也反映了涂料的使用寿命。

实施例1:
一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,包括主剂和固化剂。
按重量份数计所述主剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂1是17份,环氧树脂2是5.5份,活性稀释剂5.5份,正丁醇7.25份,二甲苯10.85份,防沉剂2.0份,分散剂0.6份,滑石粉600目12.5份,长石粉25份,云母粉9.0份,氧化铁红2.0份,偶联剂0.8份,非浮铝粉2.0份。
按重量份数计所述固化剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂固化剂95.3份,环氧树脂促进剂4.70份。
所述主剂和固化剂的质量配比为9:1。
所述主剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:将12.5份环氧树脂1、5.5份环氧树脂2、5.5份活性稀释剂、2.7份正丁醇、7.0份二甲苯、2.0份防沉剂、0.30份分散剂依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液。
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入600目滑石粉12.5份、长石粉25.0份、云母粉9.0份、氧化铁红2.0份,搅拌30分钟,使其充分混合。
步骤3:向混合液依次加入环氧树脂1为4.5份、偶联剂0.8份、4.55份正丁醇、二甲苯1.5份、非浮铝粉2.0份、分散剂0.3份、二甲苯2.35份,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
所述固化剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:按量将环氧树脂固化剂和环氧树脂促进剂两种反应液混合加入反应釜中,搅拌5-10min得到固化剂溶液。
实施例2:
一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,包括主剂和固化剂,其特征在于:
按重量份数计所述主剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂1是38份,环氧树脂2是3.5份,活性稀释剂3.0份,正丁醇3.61份,二甲苯8.74份,防沉剂1.0份,分散剂0.2份,滑石粉600目13.8份,长石粉15.0份,云母粉8.0份,氧化铁红1.0份,偶联剂0.6份,非浮铝粉4.0份;按重量份数计所述固化剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂固化剂99.75份,环氧树脂促进剂0.25份;所述主剂和固化剂的质量配比为9:1。
所述主剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:将29.5份环氧树脂1、3.5份环氧树脂2、3.0份活性稀释剂、1.2份正丁醇、5份二甲苯、1.0份防沉剂、0.1份分散剂依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液。
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入600目滑石粉10.3份、长石粉15.0份、云母粉8.0份、氧化铁红1.0份,搅拌30分钟,使其充分混合。
步骤3:向混合液依次加入环氧树脂1为8.5份、偶联剂0.6份、2.41份正丁醇、二甲苯0.5份、非浮铝粉4.0份、分散剂0.1份、二甲苯2.24份,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
所述固化剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:按量将环氧树脂固化剂和环氧树脂促进剂两种反应液混合加入反应釜中,搅拌5-10min得到固化剂溶液。
实施例3:
一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,包括主剂和固化剂,
按重量份数计所述主剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂1是26.86份,环氧树脂2是4.5份,活性稀释剂4.0份,正丁醇4.61份,二甲苯3.73份,防沉剂1.5份,分散剂0.3份,滑石粉600目7.3份,长石粉37.0份,云母粉5.0份,氧化铁红1.5份,偶联剂0.7份,非浮铝粉3.0份;按重量份数计所述固化剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂固化剂97份,环氧树脂促进剂3份;所述主剂和固化剂的质量配比为9:1。
所述主剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:将20.36份环氧树脂1、4.5份环氧树脂2、4.0份活性稀释剂、2.0份正丁醇、2.0份二甲苯、1.5份防沉剂、0.15份分散剂依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液。
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入600目滑石粉7.3份、长石粉37.0份、云母粉5.0份、氧化铁红1.5份,搅拌30分钟,使其充分混合。
步骤3:向混合液依次加入环氧树脂1为6.5份、偶联剂0.7份、2.61份正丁醇、二甲苯0.5份、非浮铝粉3.0份、分散剂0.15份、二甲苯1.23份,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
所述固化剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:按量将环氧树脂固化剂和环氧树脂促进剂两种反应液混合加入反应釜中,搅拌5-10min得到固化剂溶液。
将以上实施例制得的高固体环氧耐磨涂料进行性能检测,检测数据如下表所示。
从上表中可以看出,制得的高固体环氧耐磨涂料,具有极好的耐腐蚀性,极好的防腐性能,可承受海水浸泡,极好的表面适应性能,漆膜坚韧强硬,极好的耐磨损性,用于海洋和工业腐蚀环境下高耐磨损要求部位。

Claims (9)
1.一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,包括主剂和固化剂,其特征在于:
按重量份数计所述主剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂1是17-38份,环氧树脂2是3.5-5.5份,活性稀释剂3.0-5.5份,正丁醇3.61-7.25份,二甲苯3.73-10.85份,防沉剂1.0-2.0份,分散剂0.2-0.64份,滑石粉600目7.3-14.5份,长石粉15.0-37.0份,云母粉5.0-9.0份,氧化铁红1.0-2.0份,偶联剂0.6-0.8份,非浮铝粉2.0-4.0份;
按重量份数计所述固化剂包括如下组份:环氧树脂固化剂95.3-99.75份,环氧树脂促进剂0.25-4.70份;
所述主剂和固化剂的质量配比为9:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:环氧树脂1是E51,环氧树脂2是E44。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为脂肪族酰胺类分散剂,所述防沉剂是聚烯烃蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂固化剂是通过腰果油改性酚醛胺技术合成制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂促进剂是DMP-30。
6.根据权利要求1的所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述活性稀释剂是腰果酚改性环氧树脂类活性稀释剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:
所述主剂由包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
步骤1:将12.5-29.5份环氧树脂1、3.5-5.5份环氧树脂2、3.0-5.5份活性稀释剂、1.2-2.7份正丁醇、2.0-7.0份二甲苯、1.0-2.0份防沉剂、0.1-0.34份分散剂依次加入反应釜中,进行高速搅拌得到混合液;
步骤2:在高速搅拌下,向混合液依次缓缓加入600目滑石粉7.3-14.5份、长石粉15.0-37.0份、云母粉5.0-9.0份、氧化铁红1.0-2.0份,搅拌30分钟,使其充分混合;
步骤3:向混合液依次加入环氧树脂1为4.5-8.5份、偶联剂0.6-0.8份、2.41-4.55份正丁醇、二甲苯0.5-1.5份、非浮铝粉2.0-4.0份、分散剂0.1-0.3份、二甲苯1.23-2.35份,经高速剪切分散均匀,调配成主剂。
9.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种高固体环氧耐磨涂料,其特征在于:
