一种电梯触摸按键:具有接口、MCU、触控板;所述接口具有信号接口和电源接口,电源接口与外部电源连接为内部元件供电,电梯控制器通过信号接口与MCU连接;MCU与触控板连接;所述的触控板具有触控屏、显示屏、振动马达、偏心轮,触控屏设置在显示屏上层,振动马达能够通过带动偏心轮旋转进而带动触控板振动;所述显示屏安装在PCB板上,显示屏和PCB板之间存在间隙,间隙中设置压力传感器用于检测触控时显示屏压力,压力传感器与MCU连接。本发明在保留触摸按键使用寿命长,不易损坏的前提下,有效的提高触摸按键的按键反馈,提升用户体验。

本发明涉及电梯操作领域,具体涉及一种电梯触摸按键。
背景技术
现今电梯用触摸按键在进行按键操作时仅仅通过按键显示进行视觉反馈,在显示装置损坏或环境光照过亮时反馈效果不好。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种电梯触摸按键。
本发明的技术方案具体为:
一种电梯触摸按键:具有接口、MCU、触控板;所述接口具有信号接口和电源接口,电源接口与外部电源连接为内部元件供电,电梯控制器通过信号接口与MCU连接;MCU与触控板连接;所述的触控板具有触控屏、显示屏、振动马达、偏心轮,触控屏设置在显示屏上层,振动马达能够通过带动偏心轮旋转进而带动触控板振动;所述显示屏安装在PCB板上,显示屏和PCB板之间存在间隙,间隙中设置压力传感器用于检测触控时显示屏压力,压力传感器与MCU连接。
进一步的:所述显示屏和PCB板之间设置有支架。
进一步的:所述显示屏和PCB板之间的间隙中设置弹簧。
进一步的:还具有电源芯片,电源接口连接电源芯片,外部电源通过电源接口接入电源芯片,通过电源芯片管理元器件的供电。
进一步的:所述的触摸屏采用电容式触摸屏。
相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,在保留触摸按键使用寿命长,不易损坏的前提下,有效的提高触摸按键的按键反馈,提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
如附图1-2所示,一种电梯触摸按键,具有接口、MCU、触控板;所述接口具有信号接口和电源接口,电源接口与外部电源连接为内部元件供电,电梯控制器通过信号接口与MCU连接;MCU与触控板连接;所述的触控板具有触控屏、显示屏1、振动马达、偏心轮,触控屏设置在显示屏1上层,振动马达能够通过带动偏心轮旋转进而带动触控板振动;所述显示屏1安装在PCB板4上。
所述显示屏1和PCB板4之间存在间隙,间隙中设置压力传感器3用于检测触控时显示屏1压力,压力传感器3与MCU连接。
如附图3所示,在用户进行触控操作时,显示屏1会因压力而产生弯曲,触控屏产生的弯曲形变通过压力传感器3检测到,MCU通过压力传感器3的压力信号控制振动马达运行,进而带动触控板振动。用户能够通过振动反馈提高使用体验。在用户触控结束后,触控屏因自身弹性恢复形变弯曲,MCU控制振动马达停止振动。
为保护显示屏在按压式不被损坏,在显示屏和PCB板之间设置支架2。
并且可通过压力传感器3检测到用户触控时的具体压力,根据具体压力调节振动幅度。
所述显示屏1和PCB板3之间的间隙中可设置弹簧,能够在用户触控时提供阻力,提高触控手感,并且能够有效的加快形变复原的时间,在短时间内多次连续触控时避免形变未完全复原时造成的振动问题。
本发明还具有电源芯片,电源接口连接电源芯片,外部电源通过电源接口接入电源芯片,通过电源芯片管理元器件的供电,并且能够通过电源芯片检测电源质量,避免外部电源与内部元件不匹配造成的元件损坏问题。
所述的触摸屏采用电容式触摸屏。

1.一种电梯触摸按键,其特征在于:具有接口、MCU、触控板;所述接口具有信号接口和电源接口,电源接口与外部电源连接为内部元件供电,电梯控制器通过信号接口与MCU连接;MCU与触控板连接;所述的触控板具有触控屏、显示屏、振动马达、偏心轮,触控屏设置在显示屏上层,振动马达能够通过带动偏心轮旋转进而带动触控板振动;所述显示屏安装在PCB板上,显示屏和PCB板之间存在间隙,间隙中设置压力传感器用于检测触控时显示屏压力,压力传感器与MCU连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯触摸按键,其特征在于:所述显示屏和PCB板之间设置有支架。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯触摸按键,其特征在于:所述显示屏和PCB板之间的间隙中设置弹簧。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种电梯触摸按键,其特征在于:还具有电源芯片,电源接口连接电源芯片,外部电源通过电源接口接入电源芯片,通过电源芯片管理元器件的供电。
