Abstract

本发明涉及一种高聚氨基复合物,其重量百分比组份为:甲醛40~48%;三聚氰胺15~18%;纤维浆料23~30%;乌洛托品7.5~10%;乙醇胺2~3%;尿素0.3~0.7%;增塑剂BOP 0.1~0.2%;硬脂酸0.8~1.3%;增白剂0~0.6%。经聚合反应、混合、烘干、磨粉、筛分等工艺而制得。其主要技术指标明显优于普通的氨基塑料粉。主要用于生产质轻、不易碎、易去污的餐具和生活用品,是生产取代陶瓷日用品的理想材料。

Description

高聚氨基复合物
本发明涉及一种高聚氨基复合物。
日常生活中的餐具和生活用品,一类是由普通塑料制成,一类为普通无机陶瓷,但普通塑料制品不耐热,普通无机陶瓷易碎、质重。传统用于生产取代陶瓷日用品的材料主要是氨基塑料粉。但由氨基塑料粉生产的餐具及生活用品存在抗冲击强度低、抗弯曲强度低以及游离甲醛偏高等缺点。
本发明的目的在于克服氨基塑料粉存在的缺点,研究开发一种其机械性能好、而游离甲醛含量低的复合新型物质,作为生产取代陶瓷日用品的理想材料。
本高聚氨基复合物,按下列配方反应制得:(A)甲醛                              40~48%;(B)三聚氰胺                          15~18%;(C)纤维浆料                          23~30%;(D)乌洛托品                          7.5~10%;(E)  乙醇胺                          2~3%;(F)尿素                              0.3~0.7%;(G)增塑剂邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯            0.1~0.2%;(H)硬脂酸                            0.8~1.3%;(I)增白剂                            0~0.6%。
由以上配方所制得的高聚氨基复合物,经有关产品质量监督检验部门参照国家现执行的标准HG2-887-76《氨基塑料粉》进行检验,其检验结果明显优于国家标准所规定的指标,如主要技术指标:抗冲击强度达0.82J/cm2(国家标准为≥0.69J/cm2)、抗弯曲强度达102MPa(国家标准为≥88.2 MPa)、游离甲醛低至3mg/L(国家标准为≤30mg/L)。由本高聚氨基复合物生产的餐具和日用品,经委托有关权威检测机构检测,各项技术指标达到或超过国外同类产品水平。本高聚氨基复合物主要用于生产质轻、不易碎、易去污的餐具和生活用品,是生产取代陶瓷日用品的理想材料。
实施例、选取如下组份及其重量百分比:(A)甲醛                               44%;(B)三聚氰胺                           16%;(C)纤维浆料                           26%;(D)乌洛托品                           9%;(E)乙醇胺                             2.5%;(F)尿素                               0.6%;(G)增塑剂邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯             0.2%;(H)硬脂酸                             1.2%;(I)增白剂                             0.5%。
其生产过程为:1、将配方量的三聚氰胺、甲醛、乌洛托品、乙醇胺在反应罐中聚合,得到树脂胶液;2、在树脂胶液中加入配方量的纤维浆料、尿素、增塑剂BOP、硬脂酸、增白剂,在混合、捏合等设备中进行混合和捏合反应,得到半成品湿料。本例所述纤维浆料主要作为填料,与聚氨基树脂混合后成复合物质;3、脱水烘干,可在烘箱中进行;4、磨粉、筛分;5、包装、打标,得到成品。

1.一种高聚氨基复合物,按下列配方反应制得:(A)甲醛                          40~48%;(B)三聚氰胺                      15~18%;(C)纤维浆料                      23~30%;(D)乌洛托品                      7.5~10%;(E)乙醇胺                        2~3%;(F)尿素                          0.3~0.7%;(G)增塑剂邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯         0.1~0.2%;(H)硬脂酸                        0.8~1.3%;(I)增白剂                        0~0.6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高聚氨基复合物,其特征为:最佳配方为:(A)甲醛                          44%;(B)三聚氰胺                      16%;(C)纤维浆料                      26%;(D)乌洛托品                      9%;(E)乙醇胺                        2.5%;(F)尿素                          0.6%;(G)增塑剂邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯         0.2%;(H)硬脂酸                        1.2%;(I)增白剂                        0.5%。
