本发明公开了一种止滑人造革,属于人造革的制造领域,本发明的人造革为四层结构,通过在布层向上依次设置发泡层、面层、止滑层;止滑层内部填充有活性炭颗粒;止滑层的表面为粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面,粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面设置有吸水变色硅胶,吸水变色硅胶在止滑层内部与活性炭颗粒接触,吸水变色硅胶设置为不规则的毛刷状,且在止滑层的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面上设置并伸出至粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面;本发明的皮革表面的粗糙度高,摩擦力达,吸水硅胶还能在最大程度上吸走人造革表面的水分,保持人造革的干燥值,延长人造革的使用寿命。

一种止滑人造革
技术领域
本发明属于人造革的制造领域,具体是一种止滑人造革。
背景技术
由于真皮制品的限制使用,人造革的使用迅速发展。但是对于人造革的研究中,人们的关注点多数局限于仿制真皮,譬如在真皮的质感、透气性能或者防磨性能等等,很少人会关注在人造革的放话性能上。
由于人造革的就是在仿制真皮,由于材料的使用,造成人造革的表面多数都是光滑的表面。在有些领域,例如在服装领域,需要人造革的光滑表面来提升人造革的光滑度以及质感,光滑的人造革表面在服装领域也是分辨人造革质量高低的标准之一,但是除了服装领域,在医用或者其他家具、汽车的使用领域,光滑表面的人造革并不是这些领域所需求的,此外,光滑的质感还限制了人造革在汽车领域的使用。例如,在汽车坐垫中,若使用光滑质感的人造革,会降低乘客的坐稳安全;在医疗器械用革中,也同样面临这类的问题。在某些领域需要的就是表面摩擦力较高的人造革。
但是现有技术中,增强人造革表面的摩擦力,一般是采用在人造革表面印花的技术来增强人造革表面的涩度,以用来增加防滑效果,但是,作为常识,我们都清楚的是印花表面的人造革并没有对表面摩擦力有质的提高,适得其反,设置各种印花表面,也需要成本,更为重要的是,人造革表面的印花在长时间的试用下,印花便不会太明显,事实上并没有起到止滑的效果。此外,人造革的透气性能较差,倘若人造革吸水较多,便在内部损坏,从而限制了人造革的适用范围以及人造革的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,公开了一种止滑人造革,通过在表层,即在本发明的止滑层表面设置粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面,并在面内外设置毛刷状吸水变色硅胶,首先增大了皮革表面的粗糙度以达到增强摩擦力的作用,吸水硅胶还能在最大程度上吸走人造革表面的水分,保持人造革的干燥值,延长人造革的使用寿命。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种止滑人造革,包括布层,所述的布层向上依次为发泡层、面层、止滑层;所述的止滑层内部填充有活性炭颗粒;所述的止滑层的表面为粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面,所述的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面设置有吸水变色硅胶,所述的吸水变色硅胶在止滑层内部与活性炭颗粒接触,所述的吸水变色硅胶设置为不规则的毛刷状,且在止滑层的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面上设置并伸出至粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面。本发明在止滑层表面再涂饰一层粘性的聚氨酯弹性体,能够做大程序上加强表面涩度,增加本发明人造革的防滑效果。此外,在粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面的面内外填充吸水变色硅胶,能够起到吸湿的效果,同时吸水变色硅胶设置成毛刷状,又能够提高人造革的表面平滑度,进一步起到人造革止滑的效果。
进一步,所述的发泡层的内部填充有弹性纤维,所述的弹性纤维设置为两排,并且规则地设置在发泡层与布层、面层的连接处。通过在发泡层中设置两层弹性纤维,能够提高本发明人造革的弹性,一定程度上也可以进一步提高本发明人造革的柔软度。
进一步,所述的PVC使用S-250型树脂。
进一步,所述的布层、发泡层、面层、止滑层的厚度相等。
进一步,所述的面层采用NBR丁腈橡胶与PVC混合改性,比例为1:3~6。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚,明确,以下列举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当指出此处所描述的具体实施仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的人造革为四层结构,包括布层1,在布层1上面依次设置发泡层2、面层3、止滑层4。
在止滑层4内部填充有活性炭颗粒7,活性炭的颗粒均匀分布;同时在止滑层4的表面为粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面6,粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面6能够提高人造革表面的涩度,起到防滑的效果。粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面6设置有吸水变色硅胶5,所述的吸水变色硅胶5在止滑层4内部与活性炭颗粒7接触,吸水变色硅胶能够起到吸湿的效果,此外,倘若吸水变色硅胶变为粉色,此时表明吸湿达到饱和的状态,此时只需要将人造革进行烘干即可,当吸水变色硅胶5恢复成白色时,便可以继续使用。所述的吸水变色硅胶5设置为不规则的毛刷状,且在止滑层4的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面6上设置并伸出至粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面6。
本发明中的发泡层2为PVC膜,并且发泡层2PVC使用S-250型树脂的内部填充有弹性纤维8,所述的弹性纤维8设置为两排,并且规则地设置在发泡层2与布层1、面层3的连接处;面层3采用NBR丁腈橡胶与PVC混合改性,比例为1: 3~6。
本发明的表面涩度高,可以起到很好的防滑效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种止滑人造革,包括布层(1),其特征在于,所述的布层(1)向上依次为发泡层(2)、面层(3)、止滑层(4);所述的止滑层(4)内部填充有活性炭颗粒(7);所述的止滑层(4)的表面为粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面(6),所述的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面(6)设置有吸水变色硅胶(5),所述的吸水变色硅胶(5)在止滑层(4)内部与活性炭颗粒(7)接触,所述的吸水变色硅胶(5)设置为不规则的毛刷状,且在止滑层(4)的粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面(6)上设置并伸出至粘性聚氨酯弹性体表面(6)。
2.根据权利1所述的一种止滑人造革,其特征在于,所述的发泡层(2)的内部填充有弹性纤维(8),所述的弹性纤维(8)设置为两排,并且规则地设置在发泡层(2)与布层(1)、面层(3)的连接处。
3.根据权利2所述的一种止滑人造革,其特征在于,所述的发泡层(2)为PVC膜,所述的PVC使用S-250型树脂。
4.根据权利1所述的一种止滑人造革,其特征在于,所述的布层(1)、发泡层(2)、面层(3)、止滑层(4)的厚度相等。
5.根据权利1所述的一种止滑人造革,其特征在于,所述的面层(3)采用NBR丁腈橡胶与PVC混合改性,比例为1:3~6。
