技术领域
本发明涉及松紧带技术领域,具体涉及一种多层弹力线松紧带及其织造工艺。
背景技术
松紧带按织造方法不同分为机织松紧带、针织松紧带、编织松紧带;公知的技术中,松紧带内的弹力线一般采用单层结构,拉伸的强度和收缩度不够高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种多层弹力线松紧带及其织造工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种多层弹力线松紧带,其创新点在于:包括纬线和经线,所述纬线包括至少四列分开的纬线组一、纬线组二、纬线组三、纬线组四,且每组纬线至少包括五根纬线,所述经线包括经线一、经线二、经线三、经线四、经线五、经线六和经线七,其中经线一、经线二、经线三、经线四均为面线,所述经线五、经线六和经线七均为弹力线。
进一步的,所述面线的材质包括包括涤纶、丙纶、晴纶、棉、涤棉、尼龙。
进一步的,所述弹力线的材质包括氨纶、乳胶、橡胶、乳胶。
一种多层弹力线松紧带的织造工艺,其创新点在于,工艺流程为:1-4纬为一个组织循环,织1-2纬时,经线一二上二下斜纹组织交织,经线二二上二下斜纹组织交织,且经线一和经线二交织方向相反;织3-4纬时,经线三二上二下斜纹组织交织,经线四二上二下斜纹组织交织,且经线三和经线四交织方向相反;织2纬时,经线五一上一下平纹组织交织;织3纬时,经线六一上一下平纹组织交织;织2-3纬时,经线七二上二下斜纹组织交织,最终形成多层弹力线松紧带。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:
本发明采用多层弹力线进行制备,整体工艺简单、成本较低、易于推广,同时具备更强的拉伸强度和收缩度,满足在更加严峻的条件下使用。

参看图1,一种多层弹力线松紧带,包括纬线和经线,纬线包括至少四列分开的纬线组一11、纬线组二12、纬线组三13、纬线组四14,且每组纬线至少包括五根纬线,经线包括经线一21、经线二22、经线三23、经线四24、经线五25、经线六26和经线七27,其中经线一21、经线二22、经线三23、经线四24均为面线,经线五25、经线六26和经线七27均为弹力线。
本实施例中,面线的材质包括包括涤纶、丙纶、晴纶、棉、涤棉、尼龙。
本实施例中,弹力线的材质包括氨纶、乳胶、橡胶、乳胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层弹力线松紧带,其特征在于:所述面线的材质包括包括涤纶、丙纶、晴纶、棉、涤棉、尼龙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层弹力线松紧带,其特征在于:所述弹力线的材质包括氨纶、乳胶、橡胶、乳胶。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述一种多层弹力线松紧带的织造工艺,其特征在于,工艺流程为:1-4纬为一个组织循环,织1-2纬时,经线一二上二下斜纹组织交织,经线二二上二下斜纹组织交织,且经线一和经线二交织方向相反;织3-4纬时,经线三二上二下斜纹组织交织,经线四二上二下斜纹组织交织,且经线三和经线四交织方向相反;织2纬时,经线五一上一下平纹组织交织;织3纬时,经线六一上一下平纹组织交织;织2-3纬时,经线七二上二下斜纹组织交织。
