Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-collision protection structure of an LED display screen, which comprises an LED box body and a corner protector, wherein the corner protector longitudinally comprises a connecting part which is positioned at the rear end and is used for being pivoted with the LED box body and a containing part which is positioned at the front end and is used for wrapping the vertex angle of the LED display screen, the connecting part is positioned at the outer rear side of the corner of the LED box body, so that the corner protector can rotate around a rotating shaft relative to the LED box body, and the vertex angle of the LED display screen is wrapped from the outer side through the containing part. The invention also discloses an LED display screen, which comprises a plurality of the anti-collision protection structures of the LED display screen. The connecting part and the containing part of the corner protector are longitudinally arranged, so that the processing is easy, and the processing period is short; the connecting portion is located the outside rear side in LED box corner department, and it is convenient to install, and in rotatory in-process, the container portion is located the LED box outside basically, need not to carry out big change to the LED box.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of LED display screen transportation, in particular to an LED display screen anti-collision protection structure and an LED display screen.
Background
With the mature development of the LED display technology, LED display screens are increasingly used in various public places. The LED display screen is a fragile product, and the application of the anti-collision technology in the transportation process can effectively prevent the damage of the LED display screen.
In the prior art, as in patent CN207658378U, an anti-collision protection device for LED display screen is described. The device can effectively prevent the damage of the LED display screen, and the corner protector is formed by bending, so that the device has a complex structure and a longer processing period; the movable connection part of the corner protector and the LED box body is positioned at the inner side of the corner of the LED box body, so that the installation is inconvenient; in addition, an arc-shaped lifting surface occupying a larger space is designed for realizing the lifting of the corner protector, and in the rotating process, the containing part is basically positioned on the LED box body, so that the LED box body needs to be greatly modified.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an LED display screen anti-collision protection structure and an LED display screen, which have the advantages of simple structural design and convenience in installation, and do not need to greatly change an LED box body.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned aim, the invention provides an anti-collision protection structure of an LED display screen, comprising an LED box body and a corner protector, wherein the corner protector longitudinally comprises a connecting part which is positioned at the rear end and is used for being pivoted with the LED box body and a containing part which is positioned at the front end and is used for wrapping the vertex angle of the LED display screen, the connecting part is positioned at the outer rear side of the corner of the LED box body, so that the corner protector can rotate around a rotating shaft relative to the LED box body, and the vertex angle of the LED display screen is wrapped from the outer side through the containing part.
In one embodiment, the LED case and the corner protector have a housing state and a wrapping state by rotating each other, wherein in the housing state, the corner protector is housed at the rear side of the LED case, and in the wrapping state, the corner protector is wrapped at the outer side of the LED.
In one embodiment, in the process that the LED box body and the corner protector rotate from the accommodating state to the wrapping state, the corner protector rotates 270 degrees before and after the LED box body.
In one embodiment, the accommodating part is provided with an accommodating cavity, a positioning protrusion is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and in the wrapped state, the positioning protrusion abuts against the side edge of the LED box body.
In one embodiment, the LED box and the corner protector connecting portion are provided with a recess and a first protrusion, which are matched with each other, near the rotating shaft, and the first protrusion is raised along the inner wall of the recess to raise the corner protector in the process that the LED box and the corner protector rotate from the accommodating state to the wrapping state.
In one embodiment, a first fixing column is arranged on the outer side of the corner of the LED box body, a groove is correspondingly formed in the corner protection connecting portion, and the first fixing column is used for being inserted into the groove, so that the first fixing column and the groove relatively rotate to form the rotating shaft.

Detailed Description
In order to further describe the technical manner and efficacy of the present invention for achieving the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structures, features and efficacy of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1-5, an anti-collision protection structure for an LED display screen according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an LED box and a corner protector 13, where the corner protector 13 includes a connecting portion 131 located at a rear end and used for pivotally connecting the LED box and a containing portion 133 located at a front end and used for wrapping a vertex angle of the LED display screen. The connecting part 131 is positioned at the outer rear side of the corner of the LED box body, so that the corner protector 13 can rotate around a rotating shaft relative to the LED box body, and the vertex angle of the LED display screen is wrapped from the outer side through the containing part 133.
In this embodiment, the LED housing and the corner protector 13 have a housing state and a wrapping state by rotating with each other. In the accommodating state, the corner protector 13 is accommodated at the rear side of the LED box body; in the wrapped state, the corner protector 13 wraps around the outside of the LED.
The LED box body and the corner protector 13 are provided with a concave portion 1131 and a first protrusion 1317 which are matched with each other at a position close to the rotating shaft, when the corner protector 13 rotates around the rotating shaft to wrap the LED box body, the corner protector 13 firstly rotates outwards after the LED box body and then rotates inwards, and the first protrusion 1317 ascends along the inner wall of the concave portion 1131 to further lift the corner protector 13. In this design, the housing is substantially located outside the LED housing during rotation of the corner protector 13 from the housed condition to the wrapped condition, thus providing less adjustment to the shape of the LED housing.
In other embodiments, the LED housing and the corner protector 13 may be directly connected by a shaft, and the corner protector 13 is removed when the LED housing is mounted as an LED display screen.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned concave portion 1131 and the first protrusion 1317 are disposed at two positions, respectively: the concave part 1131 is arranged on the LED box body, and the first protrusion 1317 is arranged on the corner protector 13; alternatively, the recess 1131 is provided at the corner protector and the first protrusion 1317 is provided at the LED housing.
In the present embodiment, the recess 1131 is provided on the LED housing, and the first protrusion 1317 is provided on the corner protector 13.
The LED box body is square, and corner protection mounting grooves 11 and through holes 1135 for accommodating the corner protection 13 are formed in the inner sides of four corners of the LED box body. Both sides of each corner protector mounting groove 11 for rotating the corner protector 13 are openings, the corner protector mounting grooves 11 are provided with first fixing columns 113, and the first fixing columns 113 are vertically arranged outside the mounting grooves 11. The through hole 1135 penetrates through the first fixing column 113 and the corner protector mounting groove 11 from top to bottom, and a concave portion 1131 is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the through hole 1135.
In other embodiments, the inner sides of the four corners of the LED box are provided with protruding blocks and through holes 1135, the first fixing columns 113 are disposed on the protruding blocks, and the through holes 1135 penetrate through the protruding blocks from the top ends of the first fixing columns 113.
The corner protector 13 is substantially elongated. The connection part 131 is provided with a groove 1313 formed by partially recessing a lower surface of the connection part 131, a second fixing post 1315 for inserting the first fixing post 113 is provided at a bottom of the groove 1313, and the second fixing post 1315 is provided with an internal thread. A first protrusion 1317 is provided between the second fixing post 1315 and the inner wall of the groove 1313.
In other embodiments, the first protrusion 1317 is disposed on the LED housing and the recess 1131 is disposed on the corner protector 13. Specifically, the first protrusion 1317 is disposed at the top end of the first fixing post 113, and the recess 1131 is disposed at the bottom of the groove 1313.
The housing 133 is provided with a receiving chamber 1333 for wrapping the vertex angle. The receiving chamber 1333 is formed by the depression of the lower surface of the receiving part 133. The accommodating cavity 1333 is provided with a second notch 1335, and the second notch 1335 is a side wall of the accommodating cavity 1333. The inner wall of the receiving chamber 1333 opposite to the second notch 1335 is provided with a positioning protrusion 1331. In the process that the corner protector 13 rotates from the accommodating state to the wrapping state, the corner protector 13 rotates outwards after going to the LED box body and then rotates forwards and inwards by 270 degrees, the positioning protrusion 1331 abuts against the side edge of the LED box body, and the containing part 133 wraps the top angle of the LED box body. The corner protector 13 can only rotate within a certain angle range by the positioning protrusion 1331, and the rotation of the corner protector 13 is limited.
In order to ensure the stability of the installed corner protector 13, the anti-collision protection structure of the LED display screen is further provided with a screw 17 and a spring 16. The spring 16 is installed in the through hole 1135, and the screw 17 passes through the corner protector installation groove 11 from bottom to top through the through hole 1135 to be engaged with the internal thread of the second fixed column 1315, so that one end of the spring 16 abuts against the top end of the second fixed column 1315, and the other end abuts against the nut of the screw 17. In order to ensure that the corner protector moves up and down, a gap exists between the nut of the screw 17 and the lower surface of the corner protector mounting groove 11.
When in installation: firstly, a second notch of the corner protector accommodating cavity faces one side of the LED panel, which faces the opposite direction, then the second fixing column is inserted into the first fixing column, and the first protrusion is inserted into the concave part of the first fixing column, so that the corner protector is arranged on a corner protector mounting groove, then, a spring and a screw are sequentially arranged in a through hole from the bottom of the corner protector mounting groove, and the screw is meshed with an internal thread of the second fixing column.
When in use, the utility model is characterized in that: and rotating the corner protector, wherein the corner protector firstly rotates outwards after going towards the LED box body and then rotates inwards forwards, in the rotating process of the corner protector, the first bulge rises along the inner wall of the concave part, and after lifting the corner protector, the corner protector continuously rotates until the positioning bulge abuts against the side edge of the LED box body, and the corner protector wraps the top angle of the LED box body.
The embodiment also provides an LED display screen, which comprises the plurality of LED display screen anti-collision protection structures.
The present invention has a number of advantages.
1. The connecting part and the containing part of the corner protector are longitudinally arranged, so that the processing is easy, and the processing period is short; the connecting portion is located the outside rear side in LED box corner department, and it is convenient to install, and in rotatory in-process, the container portion is located the LED box outside basically, need not to carry out big change to the LED box.
2. Through the cooperation of first arch and depressed part, make the angle bead obtain the lifting, this kind of design is simple for contrast file structure, and processing is easy, and it is convenient to install, and the two shared space is less.
3. The spring realizes the return through supporting the nut of second fixed column top and screw respectively, for the contrast file, need not to design spring connection structure, simple structure, it is convenient to install.

The anti-collision protection structure for the LED display screen is characterized by comprising an LED box body and a corner protector, wherein the corner protector longitudinally comprises a connecting part which is positioned at the rear end and is used for being pivoted with the LED box body and a containing part which is positioned at the front end and is used for wrapping the vertex angle of the LED display screen, the connecting part is positioned at the outer rear side of the corner of the LED box body, so that the corner protector can rotate around a rotating shaft relative to the LED box body, and the vertex angle of the LED display screen is wrapped from the outer side through the containing part;
the LED box body and the corner protector are provided with an accommodating state and a wrapping state through mutual rotation, the corner protector is accommodated at the rear side of the LED box body in the accommodating state, and the corner protector is wrapped at the outer side of the LED box body in the wrapping state;
in the process that the LED box body and the corner protector rotate from the accommodating state to the wrapping state, the corner protector firstly rotates to the front and the back of the LED box body and then rotates to the front and the back of the LED box body for 270 degrees;
the connecting part of the LED box body and the corner protector is provided with a concave part and a first bulge which are matched with each other at a position close to the rotating shaft, and the first bulge rises along the inner wall of the concave part so as to lift the corner protector when the LED box body and the corner protector rotate from the accommodating state to the wrapping state;
the LED lamp comprises an LED box body, wherein a first fixing column is arranged on the outer side of a corner of the LED box body, a groove is correspondingly arranged at a connecting part of the corner protector, and the first fixing column is used for being inserted into the groove, so that the first fixing column and the groove relatively rotate to form a rotating shaft;
the first fixing column is provided with the concave part, the bottom of the groove is provided with the first bulge, and the first bulge is used for being inserted into the concave part.
