本发明公开了一种农业种植覆盖地膜,它包括透明的复合层;所述复合层的上面设有黑色膜层;所述黑色膜层的中间留有一条出苗部;所述复合层的下面设有纺织纤维层;所述纺织纤维层的下面设有抗氧化层;所述复合层的两端分别设有聚氯乙烯边条。本发明结构合理,使用方便,使用完毕后可以整张取下,减少对土地的污染,并且能有效隔绝阳光减少杂草生长,有效的解决了现有技术的农用地膜存在使用不方便的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明属于农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种农业种植覆盖地膜。
背景技术
在农业种植的时候,一般在沟垄上会覆盖一层地膜,覆盖地膜的好处是增加沟垄土壤的温度和湿度,有利于秧苗成长。这种地膜的缺点也很明显,就是一次性用品,并且不容易分解,土壤污染严重。
为了克服地膜的缺陷,部分商家研制了可分解的地膜,但是地膜中都含有一定的塑化剂,所以即使能分解也需要数年时间,地膜在土壤中不仅造成污染还影响植株正常生长。地膜覆盖区域也会造成杂草的疯长,会将地膜顶起,滋生各种害虫和细菌等,使用起来不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的农用地膜存在使用不方便的技术问题,提供一种农业种植覆盖地膜,以解决现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种农业种植覆盖地膜,它包括透明的复合层;所述复合层的上面设有黑色膜层;所述黑色膜层的中间留有一条出苗部;所述复合层的下面设有纺织纤维层;所述纺织纤维层的下面设有抗氧化层;所述复合层的两端分别设有聚氯乙烯边条。
进一步的,所述黑色膜层采用黑色聚乙烯膜层。
进一步的,所述纺织纤维层采用尼龙纺织纤维层,纺织纤维层所采用的尼龙纤维丝直径为20-50um,混合编织而成。
进一步的,所述抗氧化层采用PE膜层。
进一步的,所述黑色膜层、复合层、纺织纤维层金和抗氧化层通过AB胶层粘贴连接。
进一步的,所述复合层按照如下工艺制备而得:
1)按照重量份取以下原料:低密度聚乙烯50份、高密度聚乙烯10份、环氧树脂10 份、聚四氟乙烯3份、聚乙烯醇3份、纳米硅藻土2份、沸石粉2份、羟甲基纤维素钠1份、滑石粉1份、硅烷偶联剂1份;
2)将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、环氧树脂、聚四氟乙烯以及聚乙烯醇经混料机混合,得到预混料,将预混料经过挤出造粒,制得复合材料;
3)将复合材料、纳米硅藻土、沸石粉、羟甲基纤维素钠、滑石粉以及硅烷偶联剂依次加入反应罐内,200rpm搅拌5min,进入双螺杆挤出机挤压成熔融状态,然后将熔融体排到布料器;布料器分为两层,熔融体通过布料器各层,在分料器出口把两层材料混合,通过挤出辊挤压后到冷却辊,冷却定型成膜状,最后通过收卷机收卷即得;挤出辊的温度控制在120℃,冷却辊的温度控制在30℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果主要包括但是并不限于以下几个方面:
本发明结构合理,使用方便,使用完毕后可以整张取下,减少对土地的污染,并且能有效隔绝阳光减少杂草生长,有效的解决了现有技术的农用地膜存在使用不方便的技术问题。本发明复合材料制备过程中,通过添加适量的高密度聚乙烯,能够提高复合材料的拉伸强度,化学稳定性以及耐腐蚀性能提升;纳米硅藻土、沸石粉以及羟甲基纤维素钠与有机材料相容性较好,能够起到补强性能,经过硅烷偶联剂处理,能够提高复合层的拉伸强度、撕裂强度以及耐水压性能,同时能够改善物料加工性能。

实施例1
根据图1-图2,一种农业种植覆盖地膜,它包括透明的复合层2;所述复合层2的上面设有黑色膜层1;所述黑色膜层1的中间留有一条出苗部3;所述复合层2的下面设有纺织纤维层4;所述纺织纤维层4的下面设有抗氧化层5;所述复合层2的两端分别设有聚氯乙烯边条6。
一种农业种植覆盖地膜的使用步骤为:
1).土地开垄:根据种植作物不同,将土地开为30-80cm的沟垄;
2).埋种:埋种时还要进行浇水和施肥,必要时施加农药,埋种时可扯线埋置,这样可以保证顺直;
3).覆盖地膜:将种植后的沟垄表面清理平整,然后将地膜覆盖,地膜的黑色膜层1位于上面,两边盖至沟垄斜坡的下部,然后在斜坡处压上石块等重物;
4).扣苗:种子发芽后将地膜的出苗部3处微微顶起,采用锋利工具在旁边切一小口,将秧苗露出。
所述黑色膜层1采用黑色聚乙烯膜层。
黑色膜层1可以隔绝阳光抑制杂草生长,产生高温杀灭戏剧和虫卵。
所述纺织纤维层4采用尼龙纺织纤维层,纺织纤维层所采用的尼龙纤维丝直径为20-50um,混合编织而成。
纺织纤维层4增加地膜的抗拉和抗扯能力,在使用完毕后,可以整张揭下,省时,省力,减少对土壤的危害。揭下的地膜如果完整度较高,可以进行二次利用。
所述抗氧化层5采用PE膜层。
所述黑色膜层1、复合层2、纺织纤维层4和抗氧化层5通过AB胶层粘贴连接。
所述边条6粘贴或挤压在复合层2上,在铺设过程中,防止地膜卷却、折叠、凌乱,边条具有一定韧性,可以快速舒张,将地膜铺平。
实施例2
根据图3,所述黑色膜层的中间留有两条或三条平行部分的出苗部。
根据种植物的不同,可以两排或三排进行种植,让使用范围更广。
本发明的复合层,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
1)按照重量份取以下原料:低密度聚乙烯50份、高密度聚乙烯10份、环氧树脂10 份、聚四氟乙烯3份、聚乙烯醇3份、纳米硅藻土2份、沸石粉2份、羟甲基纤维素钠1份、滑石粉1份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1份;
2)将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、环氧树脂、聚四氟乙烯以及聚乙烯醇经混料机混合,得到预混料,将预混料经过挤出造粒,制得复合材料;

本发明复合层性能测试:
设置对照组:对照组1:不添加高密度聚乙烯,其余同本发明;对照组2:不添加纳米硅藻土、沸石粉、羟甲基纤维素钠,其余同本发明;对各组别进行拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐水压测试,测试结果见表1。

实施例3
本发明的覆盖地膜,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
1).将上述制备的复合层缠绕成辊;
2).将纺织纤维层和抗氧化层进行粘贴并缠绕成辊;
3).黑色膜层绕成的辊在上面,复合层缠绕成的辊在中间,纺织纤维层和抗氧化层缠绕成的辊在下面;三辊同进行转动,黑色膜层绕成的辊以及纺织纤维层和抗氧化层缠绕成的辊在转动的同时抹胶,与复合层粘接一体;
4).粘贴完成后,在两边粘贴或挤压拉丝成型的边条,完毕后再次卷成布辊存放待使用。
本发明的复合层采用多种原料,和纺织纤维层配合使用,增加了地膜的结构强度,在使用完毕后可以快速整张取出,不会在土地内残留。
本发明结构合理,使用方便,使用完毕后可以整张取下,减少对土地的污染,并且能有效隔绝阳光减少杂草生长,有效的解决了现有技术的农用地膜存在使用不方便的技术问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植覆盖地膜,其特征是:所述黑色膜层采用黑色聚乙烯膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植覆盖地膜,其特征是:所述纺织纤维层采用尼龙纺织纤维层,纺织纤维层所采用的尼龙纤维丝直径为20-50um,混合编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植覆盖地膜,其特征是:所述抗氧化层采用PE膜层。
