本发明公开了一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,属于充电桩领域,包括箱体和充电枪,所述箱体上设置有用于容纳充电枪的容纳腔,容纳腔的内壁上设有贯穿容纳腔内壁的孔洞,孔洞内设有销轴,箱体内设有直线驱动机构,所述直线驱动机构的输出端连接有推杆,推杆横截面尺寸小于孔洞内径,推杆自由端连接有弹簧,弹簧自由端与销轴连接,推杆、销轴、弹簧共轴线;所述充电枪包括插头与壳体,所述壳体上设有与销轴相适配的销孔或者凹槽。本发明不但能够锁定充电枪,还能够防止锁紧力对充电枪造成破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩领域,特别涉及一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩。
背景技术
目前,充电桩自带的充电枪不带有锁定装置,任何人都能够将充电枪取下,但是充电枪连接着电,容易发生漏电的情况,这就存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的充电桩上的充电枪不能锁定的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,包括箱体和充电枪,所述箱体上设置有用于容纳充电枪的容纳腔,容纳腔的内壁上设有贯穿容纳腔内壁的孔洞,孔洞内设有销轴,箱体内设有直线驱动机构,所述直线驱动机构的输出端连接有推杆,推杆横截面尺寸小于孔洞内径,推杆自由端连接有弹簧,弹簧自由端与销轴连接,推杆、销轴、弹簧共轴线;所述充电枪包括插头与壳体,所述壳体上设有与销轴相适配的销孔或者凹槽。
优选的,所述直线驱动机构为电动推杆或者气缸。
优选的,所述孔洞有若干个,若干个孔洞分布在容纳腔内壁的同一圆周上,每个孔洞内均设有销轴。
进一步的,所述销孔或者凹槽的顶端设有倒角或者圆角,所述销轴的自由端设有倒角或者圆角。
优选的,所述凹槽为环形凹槽。
采用上述技术方案,由于容纳腔及销轴、弹簧与直线驱动装置的设置,使得充电枪在放置在容纳腔中后,销轴能够在直线驱动装置的推动下插入充电枪壳体上的销孔或者凹槽内,从而将充电枪锁定;弹簧的设置,使得充电枪与销轴之间的刚性得到降低,有效的避免了销轴破坏壳体的情况发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例一
如图1-3所示,一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,包括箱体1和充电枪2,箱体1为充电桩的外壳,其内部包含有电路,箱体1上设置有用于容纳充电枪2的容纳腔3,容纳腔3为一体成型于箱体1上凹腔,其外形与充电枪2的外形相适配。
容纳腔3包括内壁31,内壁31上设有贯穿内壁31的孔洞4,孔洞4内设有销轴5,销轴5与孔洞4间隙配合以使得销轴5能够在孔洞4内顺畅移动。
充电枪2包括插头21与壳体22,为了方便使用与美观,壳体22包括一段圆柱形外壁,相应的,容纳腔3的内壁31包括一段圆柱形内壁,上述的孔洞4则设置在此段圆柱形内壁上。
壳体22上的一段圆柱形外壁上设有与销轴5相适配的销孔9,销孔9的顶端设有倒角或者圆角,同样的,销轴5的自由端设有倒角或者圆角,为了驱动销轴5动作,箱体1内设有直线驱动机构6,直线驱动机构6为电动推杆或者气缸,直线驱动机构6的输出端连接有推杆7,推杆7横截面尺寸小于孔洞4的内径;为了保证销轴5不会损坏壳体22,推杆7的自由端连接有弹簧8,弹簧8的自由端与销轴5连接,推杆7、销轴5、弹簧8共轴线。
实施例二
如图4所示,其与实施例一的区别仅在于:在本实施例中,孔洞4设有若干个,若干个孔洞4分布在内壁31的同一圆周上,每个孔洞4内均设有销轴5;相应的,壳体22上也设有数量与孔洞4相同的销孔9。
实施例三
如图5所示,其与实施例一或实施例二的区别仅在于:在本实施例中,壳体22上设有与销轴5相适配的凹槽10,凹槽10为环形凹槽,环形凹槽10用于取代销孔9,凹槽10的顶端设有倒角或者圆角。

1.一种具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,其特征在于:包括箱体和充电枪,所述箱体上设置有用于容纳充电枪的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的内壁上设有贯穿容纳腔内壁的孔洞,所述孔洞内设有销轴,所述箱体内设有直线驱动机构,所述直线驱动机构的输出端连接有推杆,所述推杆横截面尺寸小于所述孔洞内径,所述推杆自由端连接有弹簧,所述弹簧自由端与所述销轴连接,所述推杆、所述销轴、所述弹簧共轴线;所述充电枪包括插头与壳体,所述壳体上设有与所述销轴相适配的销孔或者凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,其特征在于:所述直线驱动机构为电动推杆或者气缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,其特征在于:所述孔洞有若干个,每个孔洞内均设有销轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,其特征在于:所述销孔或者凹槽的顶端设有倒角或者圆角,所述销轴的自由端设有倒角或者圆角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有充电枪锁定功能的充电桩,其特征在于:所述凹槽为环形凹槽。
