The real-time loading and scheduling process of the flexible line task comprises the following steps: the task to be distributed issued on the site for acquiring the flexible line comprises the following steps: the production line codes, plan numbers, products, quantity, start-up time and priority, if the tasks are insufficient, the flexible line processing tasks can be newly issued, wherein the flexible line processing tasks comprise the production line codes, the plan numbers, the products, the quantity, the start-up time, the priority and the like, and then the selected production line personnel need to participate in the processing tasks comprising the production line codes, the plan numbers, the products, the start-up time, the quantity and the priority. acquiring the information of the remaining available working time of the flexible wire which can be assisted by a pipeline worker on the current day, wherein the information comprises personnel, earliest processable time and deadline time; acquiring the current work and rest time information of the assembly line workers, wherein the current work and rest time information comprises a date, a serial number and a starting work time point, and finishing the work time point; the available operation time of the pipeline workers is obtained according to the remaining work time and the work and rest time and comprises a date, a serial number, personnel, an initial operation time point and an end operation time point, wherein the initial operation time point is more than or equal to the earliest processable time, and the end operation time point is less than or equal to the ending time. Acquiring task information of the selected assembly line worker for assisting flexible line processing, wherein the task information comprises production line codes, plan numbers, products, priorities, plan starting time and plan ending time; acquiring process working hour information of the selected task, wherein the process working hour information comprises products, working procedures, execution sequence and working hours; and acquiring a production plan for assisting flexible line processing by the assembly line worker according to the operable time and task information of the assembly line worker and the process working hour information of the task, wherein the production plan comprises a plan number, a product, a procedure, personnel, a plan starting time and a plan ending time.

Claims (7)

1. The double-line plan scheduling method based on the limited human resources is characterized in that: aiming at the two-line planning and scheduling of a production line and a flexible line with multi-process operation skills of limited personnel, the method comprises the following steps:
the assembly line production tracking system collects the on-site plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the assembly line in real time, loads the real-time task state of the assembly line and displays the real-time plan task information issued by the assembly line;
the flexible line production tracking system collects the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the flexible line in real time, loads the real-time task state of the flexible line and displays the real-time plan task information issued by the flexible line;
the double-line linkage scheduling system acquires real-time task states of the flexible line and the assembly line, respectively formulates an assembly line production plan and a flexible line production plan based on the assembly line and the flexible line operation tasks, and displays a newly issued production plan in real time through task displays of the assembly line and the flexible line; in the actual production process, if the pipelining worker has the remaining working hours, triggering a task linkage real-time scheduler through a task linkage trigger, calculating the remaining working hours of the pipelining worker based on the real-time task state of the pipelining and the resource allocation condition, newly issuing or issuing unallocated tasks to the flexible line, and performing flexible line planning rescheduling by using the remaining working hours of the pipelining worker to form a task work order to issue a flexible production site and guide the pipelining worker to work on the flexible line;
the double-wire linkage scheduling system executes the following steps:
the plan receiver is used for respectively receiving the assembly line and flexible line operation tasks issued by the ERP system or manually input and sending the assembly line and flexible line operation tasks to the plan manager;
the plan manager is used for acquiring the assembly line work tasks received by the plan receiver, loading the on-site real-time task state of the assembly line, carrying out plan scheduling based on assembly line beats, process paths and work and rest time to complete the assembly line work plan, and forming a task display which is used for transmitting each process production plan to the assembly line;
acquiring a flexible line operation task received by a plan receiver, loading the on-site real-time task state of the flexible line, and forming a task display which is assigned to the flexible line by a production plan of each procedure based on the basic resource data setting of the process working hours, the work rest time and the staff dispatching information of the flexible line product;
the task linkage real-time scheduler receives a trigger signal of the task linkage trigger, firstly calls the plan manager to obtain production plans of all processes of the production line, further can obtain the completion time of the last task of a pipeline worker, and can obtain the remaining available working hours of the pipeline worker on the same day by combining the work and rest time;
then, a plan manager is called to obtain newly issued or issued unallocated tasks of the flexible line, and the remaining labor hour of the assembly line is utilized to carry out flexible line plan rescheduling to form a task work order for the assembly line workers to assist flexible line processing;
the task linkage real-time scheduler executes the following steps:
receiving a trigger signal of a task linkage trigger, firstly calling a plan manager to carry out pipeline operation plan scheduling to generate production plans of all processes of a pipeline, acquiring the completion time of the last task of a pipeline worker, and acquiring the remaining available working hours of the pipeline worker on the current day, including personnel, the earliest processable time and the deadline time by combining the work and rest time, wherein the earliest processable time is the completion time of the last task of the worker, and the deadline time is the work and rest end time of the worker on the current day;
and then loading a flexible line operation task in real time by a plan manager, acquiring a task which is not distributed or is newly issued by the flexible line, selecting a production line worker to participate in the processing task of the flexible line, acquiring a production plan for assisting the flexible line processing by the production line worker based on the process working hours and the personnel work and rest time of the selected task, wherein the production plan comprises a plan number, a product, a process, personnel, a plan starting time and a plan finishing time, and issuing a task display to a flexible line production tracking system through a flexible line plan scheduler for guiding the worker to produce.
2. The limited human resource-based two-wire scheduling method according to claim 1, wherein the scheduling based on pipeline beat, process path and work and rest time to complete the pipeline job scheduling comprises the following steps:
firstly, setting a planned starting processing time ST of a production line for scheduling a job task, and acquiring a to-be-processed task issued by the production line, wherein the to-be-processed task comprises a production line code, a plan number, a product, a quantity, a planned starting time, a planned completion time and a priority;
secondly, loading the real-time task state of the first process of the assembly line site according to the requirement, wherein the real-time task state comprises production line codes, plan numbers, processes, products and remaining working hours, and calculating the planned completion time SE of the first process of real-time processing according to the work and rest time and the beat of the assembly line, namely setting the processing starting time ST of the assembly line, the remaining working hours and the spanning rest time period;
sequentially obtaining the start time and the completion time of a first procedure of a plurality of tasks to be processed according to the received operation tasks, the priority and the production rhythm, wherein the start time MT is the completion time of a previous product; the completion time ME is the start time + the beat + the spanning rest time period;
obtaining the planned start time and the planned completion time of the subsequent processes of all the tasks according to the start time and completion time, production tempo and rest time of the first process of each task to generate a production line operation plan; wherein, the next procedure start time MT of the same product is the completion time of the previous procedure of the same product; and the finishing time ME of the next procedure of the same product is the starting time MT + beat + spanning rest time period of the next procedure of the same product.
3. The limited human resource based two-wire planning method according to claim 1, wherein the pipeline production plan or flexible line production plan comprises: production line code, plan number, plan start date, plan finish date, product, process, personnel, priority.
4. The limited human resource based two-wire planning and scheduling method of claim 1, wherein the pipeline production tracking system performs the following steps:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the assembly line, and sending the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions to the real-time loader for storage;
the real-time loader is used for loading the real-time task state obtained by the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the assembly line in real time, and sending the real-time task state of the assembly line to the plan manager for storage;
and the task display displays real-time planning task information of the production line.
5. The limited human resources based two-wire planning and scheduling method of claim 1, wherein the flexible wire production tracking system performs the following steps:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the flexible wire, and sending the conditions to the real-time loader for storage;
the real-time loader loads the site plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the flexible wire in real time to obtain a real-time task state, and sends the real-time task state of the flexible wire to the plan manager for storage;
and the task display displays real-time planning task information of the flexible line.
6. The two-line planning and scheduling system based on limited human resources is characterized in that: the double-line planning and scheduling of the assembly line and the flexible line aiming at limited personnel with multi-process operation skills comprises the following steps:
the assembly line production tracking system is used for acquiring the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the assembly line in real time, loading the real-time task state of the assembly line and displaying the real-time plan task information issued by the assembly line;
the flexible line production tracking system is used for acquiring the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the flexible line in real time, loading the real-time task state of the flexible line and displaying the real-time plan task information issued by the flexible line;
the double-line linkage scheduling system acquires real-time task states of the flexible line and the assembly line, is used for respectively making an assembly line production plan and a flexible line production plan based on the assembly line and the flexible line operation tasks, and displays a newly issued production plan in real time through task displays of the assembly line and the flexible line; in the actual production process, if the pipelining worker has the remaining working hours, triggering a task linkage real-time scheduler through a task linkage trigger, calculating the remaining working hours of the pipelining worker based on the real-time task state of the pipelining and the resource allocation condition, newly issuing or issuing unallocated tasks to the flexible line, and performing flexible line planning rescheduling by using the remaining working hours of the pipelining worker to form a task work order to issue a flexible production site and guide the pipelining worker to work on the flexible line;
the double-wire linkage scheduling system comprises:
the plan receiver is used for respectively receiving the assembly line and flexible line operation tasks issued by the ERP system or manually input and sending the assembly line and flexible line operation tasks to the plan manager;
the plan manager is used for acquiring the assembly line work tasks received by the plan receiver, loading the on-site real-time task state of the assembly line, carrying out plan scheduling based on assembly line beats, process paths and work and rest time to complete the assembly line work plan, and forming a task display which sends the production plan of each process to the assembly line;
the flexible line work task display device is used for acquiring flexible line work tasks received by a plan receiver, loading the on-site real-time task state of the flexible line, and forming a task display device which is issued to the flexible line by each process production plan based on the basic resource data setting of the flexible line product process working hours, work and rest time and personnel dispatching information;
the task linkage real-time scheduler is used for receiving a trigger signal of the task linkage trigger, firstly calling the plan manager to obtain production plans of all processes of the production line, further obtaining the completion time of the last task of a pipeline worker, and obtaining the remaining available working hours of the pipeline worker on the same day by combining the work and rest time;
and then calling a plan manager to obtain newly issued or issued unallocated tasks of the flexible line, and utilizing the remaining labor hour of the assembly line to carry out flexible line plan rescheduling to form a task work order for the assembly line workers to assist flexible line processing.

the task display is used for displaying real-time planning task information of the production line;
the flexible line production tracking system includes:
the data collector is used for collecting the field plan execution and personnel operation conditions of the flexible wire, sending the conditions to the real-time loader and storing the conditions;
the real-time loader is used for loading the flexible wire field plan execution and personnel operation conditions in real time to obtain a real-time task state, and sending the flexible wire real-time task state to the plan manager for storage;
and the task display is used for displaying the real-time planning task information of the flexible line.
