Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑,板栅放置到放置板上,放置板在运输带上运输至干燥箱内,鼓风机鼓风到加热棒上,经过加热棒的风变为热风,热风吹到板栅上从而对其干燥,加热棒的电源连接有变频器,从而可以改变加热棒工作电源的电压和频率,从而调节加热棒的功率,从而调整温度,并且加热棒可通过升降电机升降位置,可以根据需要将加热棒靠近板栅,从而加快干燥,可以很好的适应板栅的表面干燥,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池板栅干燥领域,尤其涉及一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑。
背景技术
蓄电池包括有板栅,板栅在生产制造过程中需要对其进行涂板,涂板需要使用到铅膏,铅膏和膏之后需要下料到涂膏机中对板栅进行涂板,涂膏之后板栅需要对其表面进行干燥。蓄电池板栅的表面干燥装置不能很好的控制温度,造成能源的浪费。因此解决这一问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑,板栅放置到放置板上,放置板在运输带上运输至干燥箱内,鼓风机鼓风到加热棒上,经过加热棒的风变为热风,热风吹到板栅上从而对其干燥,加热棒的电源连接有变频器,从而可以改变加热棒工作电源的电压和频率,从而调节加热棒的功率,从而调整温度,并且加热棒可通过升降电机升降位置,可以根据需要将加热棒靠近板栅,从而加快干燥,可以很好的适应板栅的表面干燥,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑,包括有从右向左运输的运输带,所述运输带顶部中间设置有干燥箱,干燥箱左右两侧开口;干燥箱内顶部设置有加热棒,干燥箱内位于加热棒上方横向分布有鼓风机,鼓风机向下吹风,风经过加热棒加热吹到运输带上;运输带右侧设置有控制箱,控制箱内设置有电源,加热棒连接在电源上,电源连接有变频器;所述运输带上运输有放置板,放置板上放置板栅;所述干燥箱顶部有左右两个升降电机,加热棒连接左右两个升降电机下方,从而加热棒可在干燥箱内调整位置。
进一步改进在于:所述干燥箱内前侧壁横向分布有三个温度传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述干燥箱左右两侧开口处设置有挡帘。
进一步改进在于:所述运输带下方设置有台座。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑,包括有从右向左运输的运输带1,所述运输带1顶部中间设置有干燥箱2,干燥箱2左右两侧开口;干燥箱2内顶部设置有加热棒3,干燥箱2内位于加热棒3上方横向分布有鼓风机4,鼓风机4向下吹风,风经过加热棒3加热吹到运输带1上;运输带1右侧设置有控制箱5,控制箱5内设置有电源6,加热棒3连接在电源6上,电源6连接有变频器7;所述运输带1上运输有放置板8,放置板8上放置板栅;所述干燥箱2顶部有左右两个升降电机9,加热棒3连接左右两个升降电机9下方,从而加热棒3可在干燥箱2内调整位置。所述干燥箱2内前侧壁横向分布有三个温度传感器10。所述干燥箱2左右两侧开口处设置有挡帘11。所述运输带1下方设置有台座12。
板栅放置到放置板8上,放置板8在运输带1上运输至干燥箱2内,鼓风机4鼓风到加热棒3上,经过加热棒3的风变为热风,热风吹到板栅上从而对其干燥,加热棒的电源6连接有变频器7,从而可以改变加热棒3工作电源6的电压和频率,从而调节加热棒3的功率,从而调整温度,并且加热棒3可通过升降电机9升降位置,可以根据需要将加热棒3靠近板栅,从而加快干燥,可以很好的适应板栅的表面干燥,适用于生产中。

1.一种蓄电池板栅表面干燥窑,包括有从右向左运输的运输带(1),其特征在于:所述运输带(1)顶部中间设置有干燥箱(2),干燥箱(2)左右两侧开口;干燥箱(2)内顶部设置有加热棒(3),干燥箱(2)内位于加热棒(3)上方横向分布有鼓风机(4),鼓风机(4)向下吹风,风经过加热棒(3)加热吹到运输带(1)上;运输带(1)右侧设置有控制箱(5),控制箱(5)内设置有电源(6),加热棒(3)连接在电源(6)上,电源(6)连接有变频器(7);所述运输带(1)上运输有放置板(8),放置板(8)上放置板栅;所述干燥箱(2)顶部有左右两个升降电机(9),加热棒(3)连接左右两个升降电机(9)下方,从而加热棒(3)可在干燥箱(2)内调整位置。
