Example 7
The effervescent shaving tablet of the embodiment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass, and the total mass is 100 g:
30g of soap powder, 4g of lauryl sodium sulfate, 5g of xanthan gum powder, 1g of sodium chloride and 60g of gas propellant; wherein:
the gas pushing agent comprises sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, wherein the mass of the sodium bicarbonate is 34.3g, and the mass of the citric acid is 25.7 g;
the soap powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass, wherein the total mass is 100 g:
20g of myristic acid, 10g of palmitic acid, 30g of coconut oil, 22g of deionized water, 8g of potassium hydroxide and 10g of sodium hydroxide.
The preparation method of the effervescent shaving tablet in this example is substantially the same as that of example 1, except that the contents of the raw materials of the components are different.
Example 8
The effervescent shaving tablet of the embodiment is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass, and the total mass is 100 g:
10g of soap powder, 20g of lauryl sodium sulfate, 5g of xanthan gum powder, 3g of sodium chloride and 62g of gas propellant; wherein:
the gas pushing agent comprises sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, wherein the mass of the sodium bicarbonate is 35.5g, and the mass of the citric acid is 26.5 g;
the soap powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass, wherein the total mass is 100 g:
14.25g of myristic acid, 17.75g of palmitic acid, 20g of coconut oil, 32g of deionized water, 5g of potassium hydroxide and 11g of sodium hydroxide.
The preparation method of the effervescent shaving tablet in this example is substantially the same as that of example 1, except that the contents of the raw materials of the components are different.
The effervescent shaving tablets prepared in the above embodiments 1 to 8 of the present invention were subjected to quality evaluation, including product pH, foamability, foam fineness and stability, lubrication effect, hair softening degree, and other indicators.
The following evaluation results were based on the evaluation of the effect of foams obtained by placing 10g of the effervescent shaving sheets (samples) in 150mL of warm water.
(1) According to 'shaving cream, shaving gel' GB/T30941-2014, the pH value of the foam of the product is detected, and the specific test result is shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 3 above, the effervescent shaving tablets of the present application perform well in terms of foamability, foam quality, lubrication effect and softness of hair compared to the matured products on the market, and the overall performance is optimal among several control products.
(3) Satisfaction survey
Compared with 4 products with high market share, popularity and maturity, the effervescent shaving tablet product is subjected to actual use satisfaction survey, the survey samples are 30 men needing shaving daily, wherein the number of the men is 18-25 years old and 10, the number of the men is 26-35 years old and 10, the number of the men is 36-50 years old and the average value of each age group (10 people) is obtained, the scoring standard is shown in table 4, and the test result is shown in table 5.

6. A process for preparing an effervescent shaving tablet as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the normal temperature condition in the step (1) is specifically as follows: the indoor temperature is 18-25 ℃, and the indoor humidity is lower than 30%.
7. A process for preparing an effervescent shaving tablet as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the soap powder is prepared by the following method, and comprises the following steps:
(a) preparing an oil phase: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, placing the myristic acid, the palmitic acid and the coconut oil in a beaker, stirring and melting in a water bath at the temperature of 60-90 ℃, and then cooling to room temperature;
(b) preparing an aqueous phase: adding the deionized water in the other beaker in parts by mass, slowly adding the inorganic strong base in parts by mass into the deionized water, stirring, mixing, dissolving, and cooling to room temperature;
(c) quickly pouring the water phase cooled to room temperature into the oil phase, quickly stirring, pouring the colloidal liquid into a grinding tool when the mixed liquid becomes colloidal, then placing the colloidal solution and the mould into a constant temperature box for deep saponification and solidification forming, controlling the temperature of the constant temperature box to be 20-40 ℃ and the solidification time to be 36-72 hours, and obtaining a formed soap body;
(d) cutting the formed soap body prepared in the step (c) into slices and placing the slices on the surface of filter paper at normal temperature, then placing the soap body slices and the filter paper in a blast drying oven until the soap body is completely dried, finally grinding the dried soap body slices into fine powder, sieving the fine powder by a 80-mesh sieve, wherein the part under the sieve is the soap powder, and the normal temperature condition is specifically as follows: the indoor temperature is 18-25 ℃, and the indoor humidity is lower than 30%.
