本发明属于日用精细化工领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防污环保油污净及其制备方法。
背景技术
油污一直是厨房里令人烦恼的东西之一,即难清洗,又容易滋生细菌。而中国人的饮食烹饪方式又高温高油,厨房环境很快会沾满油烟,现代人的生活节奏很快,用于清洁的时间更是少之又少,而厨房油污一般较重,难于清理,清洁厨房油污通常比较费时间,目前市面多数厨房油污清洁剂含有易挥发溶剂,使用时产生难闻刺鼻的气味,所以很多人对于厨房清洁很烦恼,也不愿意花更多时间去清理,这就造成了厨房油污清洁周期变长,清洁时油污重难清洁的恶性循环。例如CN201810238828.9中,虽然配方具有较强的清洁力和一定的杀菌作用,但是配方中含有易挥发的溶剂和漂白剂,易造成环境污染和被清洗物表面的腐蚀;其中CN201810417062.0中,介绍的一种多功能植物油污清洗剂,天然植物成分,安全环保,但是在清洁过后并不能有效阻止污垢再沉积,不利于二次清洗。
基于以上情况,本发明提供了一种抗菌防污环保油污净及其制备方法,其具有长效抗菌、清洁去污、抗油污沉积,易于再次清洁等功效,生产工艺简单、成本低,并且使用方便。

本发明涉一种抗菌防污环保油污净及其制备方法,为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种抗菌防污环保油污净,由以下原料按重量份组成,阴离子表面活性剂1-10份,非离子表面活性剂1-10份,松油醇0.2-5份,增溶剂0.5-5份,螯合剂0.2-2份,表面改性剂0.5-5份,有机碱0.5-5份,抗菌剂0.1-2份,余量为软化水,总计100份。
进一步的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种;
进一步的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的烷基链长度为C8-C18,EO数为2-6,所述α-烯基磺酸钠的烷基链长度为C12-C18,所述烷基苯磺酸钠的烷基链长度为C8-C18;
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂选自异构醇聚氧乙烯醚,优选烷基链长度为C8-C10,EO数为6-10;
