基于以上情况,本发明提供了一种抗菌防污环保油污净及其制备方法,其具有长效抗菌、清洁去污、抗油污沉积,易于再次清洁等功效,生产工艺简单、成本低,并且使用方便。

本发明涉一种抗菌防污环保油污净及其制备方法,为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种抗菌防污环保油污净,由以下原料按重量份组成,阴离子表面活性剂1-10份,非离子表面活性剂1-10份,松油醇0.2-5份,增溶剂0.5-5份,螯合剂0.2-2份,表面改性剂0.5-5份,有机碱0.5-5份,抗菌剂0.1-2份,余量为软化水,总计100份。
进一步的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种;
进一步的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的烷基链长度为C8-C18,EO数为2-6,所述α-烯基磺酸钠的烷基链长度为C12-C18,所述烷基苯磺酸钠的烷基链长度为C8-C18
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂选自异构醇聚氧乙烯醚,优选烷基链长度为C8-C10,EO数为6-10;

所述抗菌防污环保油污净由以下重量份组成:阴离子表面活性剂1-10份,非离子表面活性剂1-10份,松油醇0.2-5份,增溶剂0.5-5份,螯合剂0.2-2份,表面改性剂0.5-5份,有机碱0.5-5份,抗菌剂0.1-2份,余量为软化水,总计100份。首先向反应釜加软化水,搅拌下依次加入阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,松油醇,增溶剂,螯合剂,表面改性剂,有机碱,抗菌剂,香精,搅拌均匀即成。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防污环保油污净,其特征在于,所述表面改性剂选自但不限于氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟改性有机硅、聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物、聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基丙氧基化物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防污环保油污净,其特征在于,所述有机碱选择单乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防污环保油污净,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂选择聚六亚甲基双胍、十二烷基二亚丙三胺中的一种或两种组合。
10.一种制备权利要求1-9任意一项所述的抗菌防污环保油污净的方法,其特征在于,所述方法按以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照权利要求1所述的重量份称量配料,总计100份;
步骤2、反应釜加软化水,搅拌下依次加入阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,松油醇,增溶剂,螯合剂,表面改性剂,有机碱,抗菌剂,香精,搅拌均匀即成。
