本发明涉及一种办公桌垫及其制备方法,属于办公用品技术领域。解决了现有技术中办公桌垫背面防渗透性差的技术问题。本发明的办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;所述防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇、15‑25重量份异氰酸酯、2‑3重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、4‑5重量份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、3‑3.5重量份冰晶石、3‑6重量份小分子扩链剂、1‑3重量份的亲水扩链剂,2‑3重量份聚硅氧烷、1‑2重量份偶氮二异丁腈、1‑8重量份中和剂、1‑2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、4‑5重量份3,4‑二羟苯丙氨酸和助剂组成。该办公桌垫的同时具备防滑性和防渗透性。

本发明属于办公用品技术领域,具体涉及一种办公桌垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
办公桌多为木质或硬质塑料,在办公桌前工作时,手臂与桌边直接接触,容易带来不舒服的感觉。且大部分上班族中午的休息时间不太长,没有充足的时间回家休息,只能在办公室休息一会,又因为办公室空间有限,并没有充足的空间让上班族都能躺在摊开的沙滩椅或午睡椅上休息,虽然趴在办公桌上休息不是最佳的休息方式,会胳膊酸痛,四肢发麻,但为了下午的工作效率和受办公空间的限制,很多人还是选择趴在办公桌上休息,但办公桌又硬又凉。随着人们生活水平的提高,对生活的舒适度更加关注,因此办公桌垫应运而生。
如图1所示,现有最常用的办公桌垫表面为PVC材料,背面为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)橡胶,它无毒环保,没有异味,且既具备缓冲隔凉的性能,又十分贴桌,鼠标灵敏度很高。但是这种桌垫的背面虽然与桌面的贴合力很好,可防渗透性极差,由于办公桌空间有限,有时候会将比较容易被遗忘的文件、票据压在办公桌垫下,但纸张上的墨迹非常容易渗入办公桌垫的背面,拿走票据后,办公桌垫压在办公桌上,印记又会在办工作上留下痕迹,造成办公桌垫的背面和办工桌面都很脏的状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中办公桌垫背面防渗透性差的技术问题,提供一种办公桌垫及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案如下。
本发明提供一种办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;所述防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇、15-25重量份异氰酸酯、2-3重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、4-5重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、3-3.5重量份冰晶石、3-6重量份小分子扩链剂、1-3重量份的亲水扩链剂,2-3重量份聚硅氧烷、1-2重量份偶氮二异丁腈、1-8重量份中和剂、1-2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、4-5重量份3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸、2-3.5重量份硅烷偶联剂、1-2重量份水性流平剂、2-4重量份水性分散剂和1-2重量份水性消泡剂组成。
优选的是,所述多元醇为聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇或聚乙二醇。
优选的是,所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性1,5-萘二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、多聚异氰酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
优选的是,所述的亲水扩链剂为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸或2,2-二羟甲基丁酸。
优选的是,所述小分子扩链剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二乙烯三胺中的一种或几种的混合物。

步骤一、按组成和重量份称取各原料,并取150-250重量份的水;
步骤二、将二元醇和异氰酸酯于80-95℃反应2-4h,得到聚氨酯预聚物;
步骤三、将聚氨酯预聚物、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、偶氮二异丁腈、3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸和水混合,于70-80℃反应2-5h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚体;
步骤四、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、冰晶石、聚硅氧烷、硅烷偶联剂、水性流平剂、水性分散剂和水性消泡剂,加入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系;
步骤五、向混合体系中加入中和剂和十二烷基硫酸钠,500-1000rpm搅拌2-5min,15s内涂刷至热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的背面,固化成型,得到办公桌垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明的办公桌垫的背面覆盖同时具备防滑性和防渗透性的弹性涂层,经实验检测,其不染油墨,拉动力在15N以上。
本发明的办公桌垫的制备方法简单,便于操作,适合大规模生产,只要在现有办公桌垫的背面涂刷涂料,固化形成涂层即可。

具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例中所采用的背面为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的办公桌垫为现有技术中的办公桌垫,可经商购买获得,如创意电脑办公桌垫(网店商家,二月集有情怀的文具)
实施例1
办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、15重量份异氰酸酯甲苯二异氰酸酯、2重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、4重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、3重量份冰晶石、3重量份小分子扩链剂乙二醇、1重量份的亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,2重量份聚硅氧烷、1重量份偶氮二异丁腈、1重量份中和剂三乙胺、1重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、4重量份3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸、2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH550、1重量份水性流平剂BYK-333、2重量份水性分散剂BYK-163和1重量份水性消泡剂BYK-008组成。
上述办公桌垫的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、按组成和重量份称取各原料,并取150重量份的水;
步骤二、将二元醇和异氰酸酯于80℃反应4h,得到聚氨酯预聚物;
步骤三、将聚氨酯预聚物、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、偶氮二异丁腈、3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸和水混合,于80℃反应2h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚体;
步骤四、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、冰晶石、聚硅氧烷、硅烷偶联剂、水性流平剂、水性分散剂和水性消泡剂,加入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系;
步骤五、向混合体系中加入中和剂和十二烷基硫酸钠,500rpm搅拌5min,15s内涂刷至热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的背面,固化成型,得到办公桌垫。
实施例2
办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇聚己内酯二醇、25重量份异氰酸酯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、3重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、5重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、3.5重量份冰晶石、6重量份小分子扩链剂乙二醇、3重量份的亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,3重量份聚硅氧烷、2重量份偶氮二异丁腈、8重量份中和剂三乙胺、2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、5重量份3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸、3.5重量份硅烷偶联剂KH550、2重量份水性流平剂BYK-333、4重量份水性分散剂BYK-163和2重量份水性消泡剂BYK-008组成。
上述办公桌垫的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、按组成和重量份称取各原料,并取250重量份的水;
步骤二、将二元醇和异氰酸酯于95℃反应3h,得到聚氨酯预聚物;
步骤三、将聚氨酯预聚物、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、偶氮二异丁腈、3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸和水混合,于70℃反应5h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚体;
步骤四、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、冰晶石、聚硅氧烷、硅烷偶联剂、水性流平剂、水性分散剂和水性消泡剂,加入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系;
步骤五、向混合体系中加入中和剂和十二烷基硫酸钠,800rpm搅拌4min,15s内涂刷至热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的背面,固化成型,得到办公桌垫。
实施例3
办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇聚乙二醇、20重量份异氰酸酯异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2.5重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、4.5重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、3重量份冰晶石、5重量份小分子扩链剂乙二醇、2重量份的亲水扩链剂2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,3重量份聚硅氧烷、2重量份偶氮二异丁腈、4重量份中和剂三乙胺、1.5重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、5重量份3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸、2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH550、1.5重量份水性流平剂BYK-333、重量3份水性分散剂BYK-163和2重量份水性消泡剂BYK-008组成。
上述办公桌垫的制备方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、按组成和重量份称取各原料,并取200重量份的水;
步骤二、将二元醇和异氰酸酯于90℃反应3h,得到聚氨酯预聚物;
步骤三、将聚氨酯预聚物、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、偶氮二异丁腈、3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸和水混合,于75℃反应4h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚体;
步骤四、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、冰晶石、聚硅氧烷、硅烷偶联剂、水性流平剂、水性分散剂和水性消泡剂,加入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系;
步骤五、向混合体系中加入中和剂和十二烷基硫酸钠,1000rpm搅拌2min,15s内涂刷至热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的背面,固化成型,得到办公桌垫。
对实施例1-3得到的办公桌垫和现有技术中的TPU桌垫的防滑和防渗透性进行检测。防滑性检测方法为:采用大号燕尾夹夹持桌垫右侧中间位置,将测力器的挂钩挂在燕尾夹上,施加外力,以拉动力表征防滑性。防渗透性检测方法,取布满文字的新打印的A4,放在桌垫下,桌垫表面不放置任何东西,每十天观察桌垫背面情况,直至60天结束,检测结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.办公桌垫,包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,其特征在于,还包括覆盖在热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层背面的防滑防渗透涂层;所述防滑防渗透涂层由50重量份多元醇、15-25重量份异氰酸酯、2-3重量份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、4-5重量份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、3-3.5重量份冰晶石、3-6重量份小分子扩链剂、1-3重量份的亲水扩链剂,2-3重量份聚硅氧烷、1-2重量份偶氮二异丁腈、1-8重量份中和剂、1-2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、4-5重量份3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸、2-3.5重量份硅烷偶联剂、1-2重量份水性流平剂、2-4重量份水性分散剂和1-2重量份水性消泡剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述多元醇为聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇、聚己内酯二醇或聚乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、碳化二亚胺改性1,5-萘二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、多聚异氰酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述的亲水扩链剂为2,2-二羟甲基丙酸或2,2-二羟甲基丁酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述小分子扩链剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、二丙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二乙烯三胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述中和剂为三乙胺、三乙醇胺、氨水中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH550、KH560、KH570和KH792中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述水性流平剂为BYK-333。
9.根据权利要求1所述的办公桌垫,其特征在于,所述水性消泡剂为BYK-008、BYK-070、BYK-141、中的一种或几种的混合物;所述水性分散剂为BYK-163、BYK-110、BYK-9076、BYK-1138、中的一种或几种的混合物。
10.权利要求1-9任何一项所述的办公桌垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
步骤一、按组成和重量份称取各原料,并取150-250重量份的水;
步骤二、将二元醇和异氰酸酯于80-95℃反应2-4h,得到聚氨酯预聚物;
步骤三、将聚氨酯预聚物、小分子扩链剂、亲水扩链剂、偶氮二异丁腈、3,4-二羟苯丙氨酸和水混合,于70-80℃反应2-5h,得到水性聚氨酯预聚体;
步骤四、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、冰晶石、聚硅氧烷、硅烷偶联剂、水性流平剂、水性分散剂和水性消泡剂,加入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合体系;
步骤五、向混合体系中加入中和剂和十二烷基硫酸钠,500-1000rpm搅拌2-5min,15s内涂刷至热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层的背面,固化成型,得到办公桌垫。
