本发明公开了一种猪油白瓷的原料配方,其由以下原料按组分制成:二氧化硅47.7~56.8份,三氧化二铝20.8~22.4份,三氧化二铁 0.01~0.086 份,氧化钙 3.2~4份,氧化镁3.03~3.42份,氧化钾3.66~5.66份,氧化钠0.26~1.06份,二氧化钛0.01~0.05份,氧化钡4.1~4.5份,氧化锶1.06~1.96份。本发明改变了现有的只能通过偶尔的窖变而得到猪油白瓷的现状,按照本发明的原料配方,便可通过常规烧制方法制得猪油白瓷,可进行大规模的生产,对陶瓷行业具有重大的历史意义。

一种猪油白瓷的原料配方
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种陶瓷的原料配方,尤其涉及一种猪油白瓷的原料配方。
背景技术:
德化窑以生产白瓷著称于世,其品质精良是古代其他窑口所不能比拟的,其产品备受世人喜爱,而称为“中国白”(Blanc de Chine)。明代是德化窑白瓷生产的又一个高峰期,产品以其品质的绝对优势占领国际市场而大量外销。由于原产地配方的不同,使德化窑白瓷产品的质地和釉面色泽效果也不同。在民间叫法和学术上,明代德化窑白瓷被分为“孩儿红”、“象牙白”、“猪油白”、“葱根白”、“鹅绒白”等,其中“猪油白”是明代德化窑白瓷中的极品,要在一定气氛下才偶然产生,得者甚少,传世就更少。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种猪油白瓷的原料配方,其可通过常规工艺烧制而成,所得的猪油白瓷数量较多、品质精良。本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:二氧化硅25~75份,三氧化二铝10~35份,三氧化二铁 0.005~0.2 份,氧化钙 1~6份,氧化镁1~5份,氧化钾2~8份,氧化钠0.1~2份,二氧化钛0.005~0.1份,氧化钡2~6份,氧化锶0.5~4份。
优选地,所述的二氧化硅47.7~56.8份,三氧化二铝20.8~22.4份,三氧化二铁0.01~0.086 份,氧化钙 3.2~4份,氧化镁3.03~3.42份,氧化钾3.66~5.66份,氧化钠0.26~1.06份,二氧化钛0.01~0.05份,氧化钡4.1~4.5份,氧化锶1.06~1.96份。
本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,改变了现有的只能通过偶尔的窖变而得到猪油白瓷的现状,按照本发明的原料配方便可通过常规烧制方法制得猪油白瓷,可进行大规模的生产,对陶瓷行业具有重大的历史意义。 具体实施方式:
实施例1
本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:
二氧化硅56.8份,三氧化二铝22.4份,三氧化二铁 0.086 份,氧化钙 4份,氧化镁3.42份,氧化钾5.66份,氧化钠1.06份,二氧化钛0.05份,氧化钡4.5份,氧化锶1.96份。
将上述原料混合均匀后按常规烧制方法烧制而成,其烧制过程为:
1)、开始烧制,当温度达到200℃时,烧2个小时;2)、当温度达到200~500℃时,烧2:30小时;3)、当温度达到500~750℃时,烧2小时;4)、当温度达到750~950℃时,烧1:30小时;5)、当温度达到950℃时,保温2个小时;6)、将温度从950℃快速烧到2500℃,烧2:50小时;7)、当温度达到2500℃时,保温2小时,再慢烧到1370℃。

与实施例1不同的是,本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:
二氧化硅47.7份,三氧化二铝20.8份,三氧化二铁 0.01份,氧化钙 3.2份,氧化镁3.03份,氧化钾3.66份,氧化钠0.26份,二氧化钛0.01份,氧化钡4.1份,氧化锶1.06份。实施例3
与实施例1不同的是,本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:
二氧化硅50份,三氧化二铝21份,三氧化二铁 0.05份,氧化钙 3.5份,氧化镁3.2份,氧化钾4份,氧化钠0.5份,二氧化钛0.03份,氧化钡4.3份,氧化锶1.5份。
实施例4
与实施例1不同的是,本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:
二氧化硅75份,三氧化二铝35份,三氧化二铁 0.2 份,氧化钙 6份,氧化镁5份,氧化钾8份,氧化钠2份,二氧化钛0.1份,氧化钡6份,氧化锶4份。
实施例5
与实施例1不同的是,本发明的猪油白瓷的原料配方,由以下原料按组分制成:
二氧化硅25份,三氧化二铝10份,三氧化二铁 0.005份,氧化钙 1份,氧化镁1份,氧化钾2份,氧化钠0.1份,二氧化钛0.005份,氧化钡2份,氧化锶0.5份。

1.一种猪油白瓷的原料配方,其特征在于由以下原料按组分制成:二氧化硅25~75份,三氧化二铝10~35份,三氧化二铁 0.005~0.2 份,氧化钙 1~6份,氧化镁1~5份,氧化钾2~8份,氧化钠0.1~2份,二氧化钛0.005~0.1份,氧化钡2~6份,氧化锶0.5~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种猪油白瓷的原料配方,其特征在于:二氧化硅47.7~56.8份,三氧化二铝20.8~22.4份,三氧化二铁 0.01~0.086 份,氧化钙 3.2~4份,氧化镁3.03~3.42份,氧化钾3.66~5.66份,氧化钠0.26~1.06份,二氧化钛0.01~0.05份,氧化钡4.1~4.5份,氧化锶1.06~1.96份。
