本发明提供一种建筑膜结构材料,包括:聚酯纤维层、PVC涂层、PVDF表面处理层,所述聚酯纤维层下侧设有发热保温层,所述PVC涂层包括PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯、己内酰胺、防蛀剂,所述聚酯纤维层包括聚酯纤维、阻燃树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯,其质量配比为:聚酯纤维30‑50份、阻燃树脂5‑20份、聚氯乙烯10‑35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯15‑30份、聚异氰酸酯5‑10份。本发明提高了最外层表面柔韧性、耐热性和印刷性能,因而,可以大规模适用于建筑外面表面,而且,具有最强韧性、低摩擦系数、耐腐蚀性强、耐老化性、耐气候,耐辐照性能好等特点,使用非常方便。

背景技术
建筑膜,也称作张力或张拉结构体,正越来越多地用于建造机场、储存设施、竞技场、活动中心、运动或集会场地、穹顶、博物馆、房屋等。建筑膜在屋顶(roofing)、天棚、悬挑(overhang)和其它围护(envelope)结构体中提供了极大的设计灵活性。它们可常规地制成各种形状。还可利用预组装的模块。引入了建筑膜的现有设计的实例包括加拿大卡尔加里的TalismanCenter、英国的Millennium Dome、丹佛国际机场、气承式屋顶例如在印第安纳波利斯RCA dome中使用的屋顶、以及许多其它实例。可以使用已知的技术、规范和工业标准,例如由美国测试和材料协会(ASTM)提出的那些来表征建筑膜的照明、能量、耐久性或声学性质、以及耐火性能。例如,可使用ASTM E424确定透光率和光谱反射率;可使用ASTME-90确定声学性质;且可使用ASTM E-108或ASTM E-84确定防火性能。

本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种建筑膜结构材料,包括:聚酯纤维层、PVC涂层、PVDF表面处理层,所述聚酯纤维层下侧设有发热保温层,所述PVC涂层包括PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯、己内酰胺、防蛀剂,所述聚酯纤维层包括聚酯纤维、阻燃树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯,其质量配比为:聚酯纤维30-50份、阻燃树脂5-20份、聚氯乙烯10-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯15-30份、;聚异氰酸酯5-10份。
所述PVC涂层其质量配比为PVC树脂20-80份、聚氯乙烯22-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯11-18份、聚异氰酸酯5-10份、己内酰胺33-45份、防蛀剂10-20份。
所述防蛀剂包括将苦参、百部、鱼腥草、吴茱萸、公丁香、细辛用水煎煮2次,合并煎液,过滤后使用;质量配比为苦参20-30份、百部10-20份、鱼腥草5-15份、吴茱萸10-20份、公丁香10-20份、细辛10-30份。
所述发热保温层包括上热塑性弹性体、下热塑性弹性体、电极,所述上热塑性弹性体与下热塑性弹性体之间设有PET膜层,PET膜层与上热塑性弹性体之间设有粘合层,所述上热塑性弹性体内镶嵌有PET无纺布层。
所述PET膜层与上热塑性弹性体之间的粘合层内设有第二导电性粘合体层,第二导电性粘合体层上侧设有第一导电性粘合体层,第一导电性粘合体层与第二导电性粘合体层之间两侧设有电极,电极延伸到粘合层外侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提高了最外层表面柔韧性、耐热性和印刷性能,因而,可以大规模适用于建筑外面表面,而且,具有最强韧性、低摩擦系数、耐腐蚀性强、耐老化性、耐气候,耐辐照性能好等特点,使用非常方便。

为了使本发明的实现技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种建筑膜结构材料,包括:聚酯纤维层2、PVC涂层3、PVDF表面处理层4,所述聚酯纤维层2下侧设有发热保温层1,所述PVC涂层3包括PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯、己内酰胺、防蛀剂,所述聚酯纤维层2包括聚酯纤维、阻燃树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯,其质量配比为:聚酯纤维30-50份、阻燃树脂5-20份、聚氯乙烯10-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯15-30份、;聚异氰酸酯5-10份。
所述PVC涂层3其质量配比为PVC树脂20-80份、聚氯乙烯22-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯11-18份、聚异氰酸酯5-10份、己内酰胺33-45份、防蛀剂10-20份。
所述防蛀剂包括将苦参、百部、鱼腥草、吴茱萸、公丁香、细辛用水煎煮2次,合并煎液,过滤后使用;质量配比为苦参20-30份、百部10-20份、鱼腥草5-15份、吴茱萸10-20份、公丁香10-20份、细辛10-30份。
所述发热保温层1包括上热塑性弹性体11、下热塑性弹性体18、电极15,所述上热塑性弹性体11与下热塑性弹性体18之间设有PET膜层12,PET膜层12与上热塑性弹性体11之间设有粘合层17,所述上热塑性弹性体11内镶嵌有PET无纺布层13。
所述PET膜层12与上热塑性弹性体11之间的粘合层17内设有第二导电性粘合体层14,第二导电性粘合体层14上侧设有第一导电性粘合体层16,第一导电性粘合体层16与第二导电性粘合体层14之间两侧设有电极15,电极15延伸到粘合层17外侧。
本发明发热保温层采用烯烃系列的热塑性弹性体材料,弥补了以往主要使用PET或LDPE的缺陷,提高了最外层表面柔韧性、耐热性和印刷性能,因而,可以大规模适用于建筑外面表面,而且,PVDF表面处理层具有最强韧性、低摩擦系数、耐腐蚀性强、耐老化性、耐气候,耐辐照性能好等特点,使用非常方便。

1.一种建筑膜结构材料,包括:聚酯纤维层、PVC涂层、PVDF表面处理层,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维层下侧设有发热保温层,所述PVC涂层包括PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯、己内酰胺、防蛀剂,所述聚酯纤维层包括聚酯纤维、阻燃树脂、聚氯乙烯、二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异氰酸酯,其质量配比为:聚酯纤维30-50份、阻燃树脂5-20份、聚氯乙烯10-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯15-30份、;聚异氰酸酯5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述PVC涂层其质量配比为PVC树脂20-80份、聚氯乙烯22-35份、二硫代氨基甲酸酯11-18份、聚异氰酸酯5-10份、己内酰胺33-45份、防蛀剂10-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述防蛀剂包括将苦参、百部、鱼腥草、吴茱萸、公丁香、细辛用水煎煮2次,合并煎液,过滤后使用;质量配比为苦参20-30份、百部10-20份、鱼腥草5-15份、吴茱萸10-20份、公丁香10-20份、细辛10-30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述发热保温层包括上热塑性弹性体、下热塑性弹性体、电极,所述上热塑性弹性体与下热塑性弹性体之间设有PET膜层,PET膜层与上热塑性弹性体之间设有粘合层,所述上热塑性弹性体内镶嵌有PET无纺布层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述PET膜层与上热塑性弹性体之间的粘合层内设有第二导电性粘合体层,第二导电性粘合体层上侧设有第一导电性粘合体层,第一导电性粘合体层与第二导电性粘合体层之间两侧设有电极,电极延伸到粘合层外侧。
