(2) when the filter cover 10 is pushed to the upper end of the feed chute 5, as the guide plate 39 enters the positioning groove 38 through the feed chute 5, the feed plate 14 pushes the transmission plate 18 forward while the feed plate 14 is pushed, the transmission plate 18 drives the adjusting plate 3 to rotate, so that the adjusting plate 3 rotates counterclockwise and downwards, and the second adjusting rod 44 is in contact with the upper surface of the filter cover 10;
(3) then, the first adjusting motor 43 is started through the controller 86, the adjusting disc 40 is driven to rotate leftwards and rightwards by the same angle, so that the filter cover 10 in the positioning groove 38 rotates leftwards and rightwards through the friction force of rubber, the second adjusting rod 44 can be better aligned with the fixing hole 66 on the filter cover 10, when the second adjusting rod 44 enters the corresponding fixing hole 66, due to the existence of the spring 26, the second adjusting rod 44 can effectively enter the fixing hole 66 and fix the filter cover 10, and when the second adjusting rod 44 completely enters the corresponding fixing hole 66, the adjusting plate 3 stops on the second positioning rod 71 and is in a horizontal state;
(4) then the second adjusting motor 31 is started through the controller 86, so that the striker plate 34 is quickly contracted, the outlet at the bottom of the positioning groove 38 is opened, the filter cover 10 slides downwards along the second adjusting rod 44 due to gravity, the striker plate 34 is very thin, the second adjusting rod 44 and the corresponding transfer rod 68 are on the same vertical straight line, therefore, the filter cover 10 inevitably slides to the corresponding transfer rod 68 along the second adjusting rod 44, and the vibrator 70 is started through the controller 86, so that the transfer rod 68 slightly vibrates, the sliding speed of the filter cover 10 is accelerated, and the filter cover 10 is prevented from being clamped on the second adjusting rod 44 or the transfer rod 68;
(5) after the filter cover 10 is completely fixed by the transferring rod 68, the controller 86 starts the second electric hydraulic driving device 85 to make the transferring rod 68 move downwards and contract, so that the transferring rod 68 can not touch the bottom of the diversion trench 6 during subsequent rotation, thereby ensuring the integral stability,
(6) after the transferring rod 68 moves downwards to a set distance, the controller 86 closes the second electro-hydraulic driving device 85, simultaneously starts the transferring motor 22, rotates the transferring shaft 23 clockwise by a set angle, makes the transferring rod 68 on the transferring disc 21 butted with the tapping fixing clamping seat 30 on the automatic tapping machine 28, makes the filter cover 10 on the transferring rod 68 slide to the tapping fixing clamping seat 30 through the transferring rod 68, simultaneously starts the vibrator 70 through the controller 86, makes the transferring rod 68 vibrate slightly, accelerates the sliding speed of the filter cover 10, prevents the filter cover 10 from being clamped on the tapping fixing clamping seat 30 or the transferring rod 68, and finishes feeding when the filter cover 10 completely enters the tapping fixing clamping seat 30;
(7) when the transferring disc 21 rotates, the driving rod 78 is pushed to rotate, the horizontal movement of the second rack 81 is driven by the lever principle of the driving rod 78, so that the rotating shaft 17 is driven to rotate by the transmission of the second gear 72, the first adjusting rod is turned upwards from a downward vertical state and can be automatically restored to an initial position, when the transferring disc returns, the transferring disc can automatically return due to the existence of the clamping plate and the third connecting rod without being influenced, and the cycle is repeated, so that the overall efficiency is improved.
