Description

医用液体恒温加热装置、输液设备和配方奶调制设备
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种医用液体恒温加热装置、具有所述医用液体恒温加热装置的输液设备和具有所述医用液体恒温加热装置的配方奶调制设备。
背景技术
在医疗系统中,对病人或特定人群进行补充液体是常规的治疗手段之一。补充液体的手段有直接静脉输液,口服液体等。一般用于补液的液体,如生理盐水、葡萄糖等溶剂,存放的条件为室温。在给病人进行静脉输液的时候,一般直接将存储的液体通过注射器输入到人体内。在气候较为寒冷的时候,当病人接收到大量低于体温的注射液,会产生不适感,甚至影响病人病情。
在新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU),为了避免感染,一般禁止父母进入。通常采用奶瓶对新生儿进行喂养,一般是利用温水将配方奶粉冲配为奶液。对于奶液的温度有着严格的要求,一般要求配制成的液态奶的温度在人体温度的附近:38-40度的范围。具体地,是先将冷水注入奶瓶,然后加入热水,测试好水温之后,再加入配方奶粉。这种方式很难快速、大量、即时地冲配好奶粉,特别是手工作业的时候。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种医用液体恒温加热装置,该医用液体恒温加热装置能够实现液体的恒温加热,从而用于给病人补液,或配置有温度要求的溶液。
本发明还提出一种具有所述医用液体恒温加热装置的输液设备。
本发明还提出一种具有所述医用液体恒温加热装置的配方奶调制设备。
根据本发明的第一方面的实施例提出一种医用液体恒温加热装置,所述医用液体恒温加热装置包括:加热装置,所述加热装置具有加热腔室,所述加热腔室具有进液口和出液口;进液管,所述进液管与所述加热装置的进液口相连;出液管,所述出液管与所述加热装置的出液口相连;单向阀,所述单向阀设在所述进液管上且沿所述进液管朝向所述进液口的方向单向导通;缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置设在所述出液管上;温度传感器,所述温度传感器设在所述出液管上且与所述加热装置通讯。

根据本发明的第三方面的实施例提出一种配方奶调制设备,所述配方奶调制设备包括:储存容器;根据本发明的第一方面的实施例所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,所述进液管的远离所述加热装置的一端和所述出液管的远离所述加热装置的一端伸入所述储存容器内;辅助温度传感器,所述辅助温度传感器设在所述进液管上;控制器,所述控制器与所述温度传感器和所述辅助温度传感器通讯,当所述温度传感器和所述辅助温度传感器的检测值的差小于预定阈值时,判断符合要求,否则,判断不符合要求。

医用液体恒温加热装置20工作时,液体从进液管200进入,依次经过单向阀400、加热装置100、缓冲装置500和温度传感器600,最后从出液管300流出。
其中,单向阀400用于控制液体的流动方向,避免液体回流导致污染,且当医用液体恒温加热装置20用于输液设备时,能够避免静脉血回流。加热装置100可以为封闭的腔体,用于对其内的加热腔室110内的液体进行加热。缓冲装置500用于防止液体的温升过快,从而起到缓冲作用。温度传感器600用于检测加热后液体的温度,同时将检测结果反馈至加热装置100,以便对加热参数、例如时间、功率等进行控制,从而实现对液体加热温度的有效控制,进而进行恒温加热。
因此,根据本发明实施例的医用液体恒温加热装置20能够实现液体的恒温加热,从而用于给病人补液,或配置有温度要求的溶液。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的医用液体恒温加热装置20。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的医用液体恒温加热装置20包括加热装置100、进液管200、出液管300、单向阀400、缓冲装置500和温度传感器600。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1所示,医用液体恒温加热装置20还包括限流阀700,限流阀700设在进液管200上,通过设置限流阀700,能够避免进液管200内的液体流速过快,保证加热装置100能够充分加热加热腔室110内的液体。
进一步地,如图1所示,限流阀700在进液管200的长度方向上位于单向阀400和加热装置100的进液口111之间。这样一方面限流阀700更加邻近加热装置100的进液口111,能够更好地限制进入加热腔室110的液体的流速,另一方面可以进一步提高单向阀400的防回流效果。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,缓冲装置500为伸缩管,出液管300具有断口310,即断口310在出液管300的长度方向上切断出液管300,伸缩管(缓冲装置500)的两端分别与出液管300的断口310处的两端相连。液体在流经出液管300的过程中,会经过伸缩管,从而对液体进行缓冲,避免液体的温升过快。
进一步地,如图1所示,伸缩管(缓冲装置500)的长度大于出液管300的断口310处的两端之间的距离。换言之,伸缩管的沿其长度方向的长度,大于断口310沿出液管300的长度方向的长度,伸缩管可以构造成圆弧形结构。由此可以进一步提高伸缩管对液体的缓冲效果。
其中,出液管300与伸缩管可以为一体件,从而可以简化装配工艺,消除两者连接处的泄漏风险。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1所示,单向阀400位于进液管200的远离加热装置100的一端,温度传感器600位于出液管300的远离加热装置100的一端,从而进一步提高防回流效果以及对出液温度检测的准确性。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,进液口111和出液口112分别位于加热装置100的相对两侧壁上,由此不仅可以使流经加热腔室110的液体被充分加热,而且便于进液管200和出液管300与加热装置100的连接,避免进液管200和出液管300发生干涉。
下面描述根据本发明实施例的输液设备。
根据本发明实施例的输液设备包括医用液体恒温加热装置20和截导管(图中未示出)。
所述截导管与出液管300相连且与温度传感器600通讯,所述截导管根据温度传感器600的检测结果选择是否截断流通的液体。
例如,当温度传感器600检测到温升异常时,所述截导管立即截断流经其的液体,避免温升异常的液体注入人体内,而造成不适。
根据本发明实施例的输液设备,通过利用根据本发明上述实施例的医用液体恒温加热装置20,能够提供适于人体的注射液,避免出现不适感而影响病人病情。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的配方奶调制设备1。
如图2所示,根据本发明实施例的配方奶调制设备1包括储存容器10、辅助温度传感器(图中未示出)和控制器(图中未示出)。该配方奶调制设备1可以用于给NICU的婴儿调制配方奶。
进液管200的远离加热装置100的一端和出液管300的远离加热装置100的一端伸入储存容器10内。所述辅助温度传感器设在进液管200上。所述控制器与温度传感器600和所述辅助温度传感器通讯,当温度传感器600和所述辅助温度传感器的检测值的差小于预定阈值时,判断符合要求,否则,判断不符合要求。
配方奶调制设备1采用循环加热的方式,进液管200从储存容器10抽取液体至加热装置100进行加热,被加热后的液体从出液管300返回储存容器10。利用辅助温度传感器检测进液温度,且利用温度传感器600检测出液温度,当进液温度和出液温度的温差小于预定阈值时,判断液体的温度符合要求,可供给新生儿。当进液温度和出液温度的温差大于或等于预定阈值时,判断液体的温度不符合要求,不能供给新生儿。
根据本发明实施例的配方奶调制设备1,通过利用根据本发明上述实施例的医用液体恒温加热装置20,液体的整体温升较快,不会出现局部过热的情况,且无需搅拌器对液体进行搅动,降低了液体被污染的可能。

Claims (10)

1.一种医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,包括:
加热装置,所述加热装置具有加热腔室,所述加热腔室具有进液口和出液口;
进液管,所述进液管与所述加热装置的进液口相连;
出液管,所述出液管与所述加热装置的出液口相连;
单向阀,所述单向阀设在所述进液管上且沿所述进液管朝向所述进液口的方向单向导通;
缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置设在所述出液管上;
温度传感器,所述温度传感器设在所述出液管上且与所述加热装置通讯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,还包括:
限流阀,所述限流阀设在所述进液管上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述限流阀在所述进液管的长度方向上位于所述单向阀和所述加热装置的进液口之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲装置为伸缩管,所述出液管具有断口,所述伸缩管的两端分别与所述出液管的断口处的两端相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩管的长度大于所述出液管的断口处的两端之间的距离。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述单向阀位于所述进液管的远离所述加热装置的一端。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述温度传感器位于所述出液管的远离所述加热装置的一端。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,其特征在于,所述进液口和所述出液口分别位于所述加热装置的相对两侧壁上。
9.一种输液设备,其特征在于,包括:
根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的医用液体恒温加热装置;
截导管,所述截导管与所述出液管相连且与所述温度传感器通讯,所述截导管根据所述温度传感器的检测结果选择是否截断流通的液体。
10.一种配方奶调制设备,其特征在于,包括:
储存容器;
根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的医用液体恒温加热装置,所述进液管的远离所述加热装置的一端和所述出液管的远离所述加热装置的一端伸入所述储存容器内;
辅助温度传感器,所述辅助温度传感器设在所述进液管上;
控制器,所述控制器与所述温度传感器和所述辅助温度传感器通讯,当所述温度传感器和所述辅助温度传感器的检测值的差小于预定阈值时,判断符合要求,否则,判断不符合要求。
