背景技术
中暑称为日射病、热射病。本病的发生，多因畜体正气不足、暑热或者湿秽浊之邪乘虚侵袭而致。最初暑热郁于肌表，因汗出不畅，热不得外泄而发热眩晕，而后暑邪炽盛，由表入里，侵犯心包，而见神志不清、高热现象，热极生风而见抽搐，发为中暑重症。
家禽在高温环境下，由于体温调节及生理机能趋于紊乱而发生的一系列的异常反应，并伴随生产性能下降，甚至出现热休克和死亡。中暑多发生于夏季高温季节，特别多见于集约化饲养的种鸡、肉鸡和蛋鸡，每年夏季都会给养殖业带来很大损失。当外界环境潮湿闷热，气温升高，热量积聚在体内，家禽体温急剧升高，呼吸频率加快，张口气喘，心跳加快，食欲下降，饮水增多。当环境温度进一步升高，出现食欲废绝，饮欲亢进，可见家禽痉挛倒地，出现神经症状。剖检症状表现在肝脏淤血，肺水肿，胸膜、心包膜、肠粘膜都有淤血，肝脏表面有明显出血点或出血斑，脑及脑膜出血水肿。

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗家禽中暑的中药及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用技术方案为：
一种治疗家禽中暑的中药，由以下重量份数的原料制成：知母10-20份、藿香15-25份、薄荷10-20份、黄芩10-20份、黄连8-15份、石膏30-45份、甘草10-20份、粳米15-35份、人参8-15份、天花粉10-20份。
优选的，由以下重量份数的原料制成：知母15份、藿香20份、薄荷15份、黄芩15份、黄连10份、石膏40份、甘草15份、粳米20份、人参10份、天花粉15份。
所述的治疗家禽中暑的中药的制备方法，将上述中药投入中药提取罐中，加水煎煮、回流提取两次，合并两次煎液后过滤，滤液浓缩后冷却至室温，得到中药液。
所述回流提取两次的具体步骤为，第一次煮沸后回流提取2小时，第二次煮沸后回流提取1小时，煮沸条件为常压下100℃，第一次加水量为总药材质量的8倍，第二次加水量为总药材质量的6倍。
所述滤液浓缩过程中温度为60-70℃，真空度为-0.06MPa，浓缩液相对密度为1.10-1.20。
本发明的回流提取的制备方法可以使中药的有效成分充分释放，增强药物疗效。
不同的药物互相配伍，其中有效成分不相同，有效成分间相互作用也不相同，应该从整体上考量中药组合物的治疗效果。同时，各药物的用量不同，药物用量的不同会对整体药效有很大的影响。中药的药味加减、药量增减都会对其功用产生不同影响，会改变其君、臣的配伍关系，从而改变作用部位和药物性能，导致其功能与主治则迥然有别。
本发明中药由知母、藿香、薄荷、黄芩、黄连、石膏、甘草、粳米、天花粉、人参组成。本病主要由于暑热之邪侵袭机体导致津液虚衰，津液生成由胃而来，因此本病应以滋阴健脾，祛除内热之邪为治疗原则。藿香、薄荷发表解暑，黄芩、黄连、知母、石膏清热解毒，甘草、粳米、人参、天花粉健胃生津，诸药合用可快速清除内热，补充津液。

选取1000只具有中暑症状的鸡，相应症状为呼吸困难，张口呼吸，精神萎靡，活动减少，使用本发明实施例1所述的中药，具体的用法用量为250ml中兽药液加入250kg水稀释，每天一次，集中饮药时间为3小时，喂养量为每只成鸡0.25mL，雏鸡0.05mL中药原液，连续用药4-5天，症状消失，体温恢复正常。本发明中药由知母、藿香、薄荷、黄芩、黄连、石膏、甘草、粳米、天花粉、人参通过特定的用量配伍使用，具有滋阴健脾，祛除内热之邪的功效，可以有效治疗病鸡体温过高，生产性能下降，热休克和死亡等症状。

4.按权利要求3所述的治疗家禽中暑的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：所述回流提取两次的具体步骤为，第一次煮沸后回流提取2小时，第二次煮沸后回流提取1小时，煮沸条件为常压下100℃，第一次加水量为总药材质量的8倍，第二次加水量为总药材质量的6倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的治疗家禽中暑的中药，其特征在于，所述滤液浓缩过程中温度为60-70℃，真空度为-0.06MPa，浓缩液相对密度为1.10-1.20。
