Abstract

一种奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置属于畜牧饲养监测设备;在可调开口式柔性项圈底部中间部位上开设安装孔,无线监测器安装保护壳体通过安装孔配装在可调开口式柔性项圈底部上,可调卡扣配装在可调开口式柔性项圈上部开口部位上,将可调开口式柔性项圈开口部位的两端连接,在可调开口式柔性项圈上侧外部上、位于可调卡扣的左、右侧部位处分别配装可调柔性耳环;本装置可将无线监测器准确、稳定、可靠的配置在奶牛颈部靠近反刍行为声音信号源处,不受奶牛生理动作的影响,具有结构简单、配戴安装简易方便、配戴位置稳定、准确、舒适性好、适用能力强、检测信息精准及时的特点。

奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置
技术领域
本发明创造属于畜牧饲养监测设备,主要涉及奶牛反刍行为监测器的配戴装置。
背景技术
反刍是奶牛重要的物理消化过程,是评价奶牛健康及发情状况的重要指标。因此,实时精确监测奶牛的反刍行为,以对其健康状况做出及时评价在奶牛饲养中非常重要。目前,奶牛反刍行为监测设备主要是通过奶牛的声音和活动量,利用传感器完成对奶牛反刍行为数据的采集,再通过无线收发模块及信号处理电路实现数据的收发和处理。上述奶牛反刍行为监测设备使用时,需要长期配戴在奶牛的脖子部位上,尤其是需要将奶牛反刍行为监测设备配置在靠近奶牛下颌的颈部部位处,以准确获取奶牛的反刍声音和行为。但是,由于结构设计方面的问题,现有的配戴奶牛反刍行为监测设备的装置不能适应奶牛的频繁摇头、走动、爬跨、站立、爬卧等行为,极大地影响了监测设备配戴位置的稳定性、检测信息的准确性和灵敏度。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,结合奶牛饲养生产作业使用的实际需求,设计一种奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置,达到结构简单、配戴使用方便、适用能力强、不受奶牛生理活动影响、配戴位置准确稳定的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在可调开口式柔性项圈底部中间部位上开设安装孔,无线监测器安装保护壳体通过安装孔配装在可调开口式柔性项圈底部上,可调卡扣配装在可调开口式柔性项圈上部开口部位上,将可调开口式柔性项圈开口部位的两端连接,在所述可调开口式柔性项圈上侧外部上、位于可调卡扣的左、右侧部位处分别配装可调柔性耳环,至此构成一种奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置。
本发明创造可将无线监测器准确、稳定、可靠的配置在奶牛颈部靠近反刍行为声音信号源处,不受奶牛生理行为的摇头、走动、爬跨、站立、爬卧等状况改变其配置位置,具有结构简单,配戴安装简易方便、配戴位置稳定、准确、舒适性好、适用能力强、检测信息精准及时的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置,在可调开口式柔性项圈2底部中间部位上开设安装孔3,无线监测器安装保护壳体1通过安装孔3配装在可调开口式柔性项圈2底部上,可调卡扣5配装在可调开口式柔性项圈2上部开口部位上,将可调开口式柔性项圈2开口部位的两端连接,在所述可调开口式柔性项圈2上侧外部上、位于可调卡扣5的左、右侧部位处分别配装可调柔性耳环4。
监测配戴使用时,首先将奶牛反刍行为监测器配装在无线监测器安装保护壳体1内后,利用可调开口式柔性项圈2将本装置整体卡扣在奶牛颈部上,使无线监测器安装保护壳体1对准奶牛颈部反刍信号源位置处,通过可调卡扣5调节可调开口式柔性项圈2适合奶牛颈围尺寸,在保证准确的信号监测位置的同时,还要保证奶牛的舒适度,然后用可调卡扣5锁定可调开口式柔性项圈2,此后,将一对可调柔性耳环4配挂在奶牛双耳上,根据奶牛头部及耳部结构实际尺寸,调节可调柔性耳环4后固定,用于限制因奶牛头部摇动对监测器配置位置的影响。

1.一种奶牛反刍行为监测器配戴装置,其特征在于:在可调开口式柔性项圈(2)底部中间部位上开设安装孔(3),无线监测器安装保护壳体(1)通过安装孔(3)配装在可调开口式柔性项圈(2)底部上,可调卡扣(5)配装在可调开口式柔性项圈(2)上部开口部位上,将可调开口式柔性项圈(2)开口部位的两端连接,在所述可调开口式柔性项圈(2)上侧外部上、位于可调卡扣(5)的左、右侧部位处分别配装可调柔性耳环(4)。
