Description

本发明涉及对电信和数据通信的光波导进行连接和分支用的一种盒式装置。
在诸如电话系统、联机系统等一类的现代化信号传输技术领域中，光波导已在很长的一段时间以来得到了广泛的应用。
所谓的终端头通常采用盒件。
这种终端头业已在本专利申请人的欧洲专利申请0，474，091中介绍过。该终端头的外壳是一个盒件，盒件由可在一个平面内彼此相对位移地连接起来的两个壳体组成，盒件中至少有一根工作备用或连接备用的玻纤光缆，被卷成圈配置，使用时可沿光缆沟道敷设。这使盒件可以彼此毗邻地竖向堆置在一个架子上，尽管如此，特别是在连接高度敏感的引线时，也还是可以进行各种操作，从而在连接玻纤光缆时可以交叉进行而不致在玻纤光缆中产生光或机械上的干扰因素。
在本专利申请人的欧洲专利申请0，288，808的终端头装置的另一个实施例中，外壳由至少两个形成一平面、可拆卸地连接着的外壳部分组成，一个外壳平面的内腔用以容纳传输光缆的工作备用光缆，另一个外壳平面的内腔用以容纳传输光缆的连接备用光缆和/或插头连接引线的连接备用线和/或用作连接空间。这样，传输光缆和插头的引线端就可以在完全不受拉力的情况下在终端头外壳中彼此连接起来，也可以分开后再进行连接，以便进行检修和更换。
在目前周知的这种盒式装置的情况下不可能提供一种能满足目前所有要求的模件式装置。
因此本发明的目的是提供上述那种类型的盒式装置，该盒式装置可一个个单独地构制成，易于操作，可靠，而且能发挥应有的功能。
按照本发明，上述目的是通过多个模件和盒件达到的，盒件取可堆积和连接成一个单元的连接盒件和/或耦合盒件和/或过长盒件的形式，这样，各盒件就可以可旋转地、彼此可锁定地连接起来，和/或通过合页与盖件组合，而且各盒件还可用以容纳耦合模件和/或连接模件，并分别利用过长盒件来容纳可插接的半径限制器件，此外，成束的引线和开关引线基本上与内部卷成圈的工作备用光缆相切延伸，且各开关引线可在内部或外部从一个盒件引到另一盒件。
现在参看附图更详细地说明本发明主题的一些实施例。附图中：
图1    示出了本发明盒式装置的示意展示图;
图2、3和4以示意的顶视图和侧视图示出了应用本发明的盒式装置的一些实施例。
根据图中所示，对光波导进行连接和分支用的盒式装置包括多个模件式盒件和盒件1、2和3，这些盒件呈连接盒件1和/或耦合盒件2（图3和4）和/或过长盒件的形式，可以连接并堆置成单元。各盒件可旋转或彼此可锁定地连接起来和/或借助于合页5与盖件4组合连接起来。
合页5可以取任何可能的形式。但为了使外壳部分不仅可以铰链连接而且可以随意而快速地分开来，这里采用了连接元件5，它既用作铰链也用作可转动的外壳和盖件的锁定掣，同时还可用作彼此搭接的外壳部分的连接桥件。
这种铰链装置在本专利申请人的所述欧洲专利0，288，808中有详细介绍。
根据各相应的要求，耦合模件2′和/或连接模件1′接收装置的盒件或过长模件可以用来容纳可插接的半径限制器件。
此外，盒件边缘附近和盒件底板上都开了孔，这些孔开设得使成束的引线7和开关引线8基本上与卷成圈的内部工作备用引线相切，且使开关引线8可在内部（图3）或外部（图4）从一个盒件引入另一个盒件。
本发明盒式装置的好处是显而易见的。特别是，必要时可以将许多盒件（甚至是不同配置方式的盒件）组合起来，这最好是通过插入供成束引线和开关引线两者用的过长盒件来实现。在这方面，过长盒件连同半径限制器件使我们可以将引线抽出大约30厘米的长度，从而可以顺利地扩展盒式装置结构。过长盒件上的孔使我们可以将整个备用光缆取出，并将盒式装置转移到远处的装配台。同时，在该盒式装置内的任何位置，不可能有小于最小半径的情况。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于对电信和数据通信的光波导进行连接和分支的盒式装置，其特征在于多个模件式盒件和盒件(1，2，3)，这些盒件呈连接模件(1)和/或耦合模件(2)和/或过长模件(3)的形式，可按模件的形式连接并堆置成单元，从而所述盒件可旋转地且彼此可锁定地连接在一起，和/或通过合页装置(5)与盖件(4)组合连接；所述盒件用以容纳耦合模件(2′)和/或连接模件(1′)，过长盒件则分别用以容纳可插入的半径限制器件(6)；并且成束引线(7)和开关引线(8)基本上与卷成圈的内部工作备用引线相切延伸，而且开关引线(8)可在外部或内部从一个盒件转移到另一个盒件中。
