Description

Intelligent calling method and system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of electronic technologies, and in particular, to an intelligent calling method and system.
Background
In the existing communication system, taking the use of a fixed telephone by a user as an example, the user may make a registration request at an operator, and the operator assigns a network port and a corresponding telephone number to the user after the audit is passed and registers the user. The user can then place or receive calls using the telephone connected to the network port. Others contact the user by dialing the assigned telephone number.
As a called party, since the physical port of the fixed telephone is fixed, if the user is not at the location of the fixed telephone (e.g., changing office location, or going home from work, etc.), the other person dialing the telephone number will not be able to find him. Or, if the user needs to re-apply for the number after changing the address and needs to notify the new number to other people, and other people want to find the user through the fixed telephone, the user often needs to record a plurality of fixed telephone numbers (new numbers such as office telephone and home telephone), which is very inconvenient.
In addition, when a physical port and a telephone number are assigned to a user, the telephone port corresponding to the telephone number can only be used by the user. That is, someone else can only dial a call with this phone number, but the port can only receive the called phone of the user, and to a certain extent, it is a waste of resources to have to allocate a port and a corresponding phone number for each user.
The same problem exists for mobile terminals and network phones, for example, for a mobile terminal, when a user applies for a number at an operator, the operator gives the user a SIM card and a phone number bound to the SIM card, the SIM card is installed on the mobile terminal, and if the user forgets to bring the mobile terminal or the mobile terminal is not nearby, the user cannot take the phone or borrows another person to dial the phone.

In the intelligent paging method and system provided in this embodiment, the bluetooth device of the user may periodically broadcast the bluetooth broadcast signal, and the terminal scans the bluetooth broadcast signal within its signal receiving range. A plurality of users can exist near the terminal at the same time, and the terminal can scan a plurality of target Bluetooth broadcast signals and respectively acquire user identification information carried in the plurality of target Bluetooth broadcast signals. Each time a target bluetooth broadcast signal terminal is scanned, a registration request is initiated to the server, where the registration request carries the user identification information and the address information of the terminal carried in the corresponding target bluetooth broadcast signal, and the user identification information may include a corresponding user name and a corresponding call number. The server completes registration respectively for each registration request, that is, the server stores the address information of the terminal and the user identification information carried in the registration request in association every time the server receives a registration request, and finally the server can store the address information of the terminal and a plurality of user identification information respectively in correspondence. Therefore, the user identification information of one terminal and a plurality of users is associated and bound, so that the purpose that the plurality of users can share one terminal is achieved, and the utilization rate of the terminal is improved.
In the intelligent calling method and system provided in this embodiment, after the server completes registration and also receives a call from a calling party to a certain user, the server completes a process of call prompting and establishing a call connection between the calling party and the terminal for the terminal. Further, since a terminal registers a plurality of users, the server prompts that a call of a user is incoming on the terminal as long as the server receives a call of a user in the plurality of users associated with the terminal. The user who is answering can select to hang up the current conversation, and other users who are prompted to have the call incoming call answer. Therefore, one terminal can be used for a plurality of users to answer calls, and the fact that the plurality of users share one terminal is really achieved.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an intelligent calling method.
As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent calling method provided in this embodiment may mainly include the following steps (S101 to S1065).
S101, a terminal scans Bluetooth broadcast signals in a signal receiving range;
in this embodiment, the bluetooth device of the user may periodically broadcast the bluetooth broadcast signal, and the bluetooth device of the user may be a mobile terminal, a smart card, a usb key, or the like, and may continuously broadcast the bluetooth signal. The bluetooth function of the terminal is set to be on, and periodically scans for bluetooth broadcast signals within its signal reception range. The terminal can be a fixed phone or a mobile terminal with a Bluetooth function, and can periodically scan surrounding Bluetooth broadcast signals. If the terminal scans the Bluetooth broadcast signals sent by a plurality of users around, the plurality of users can complete registration on the terminal.
For example, the bluetooth device may be a work card carried by an employee, which has a bluetooth function and is provided with a power supply battery. The bluetooth function of the bluetooth device may be set to be always on; or, when the employee needs to register on a certain terminal, the employee can open the bluetooth function; or, the bluetooth device may be set to be turned on in some time periods of the day and turned off in other time periods, and whichever of the above modes is only to be scanned by the terminal as long as the bluetooth function is turned on at the time of registration, and certainly, the latter two modes can achieve the purpose of saving power.
S102, after scanning a first target Bluetooth broadcast signal, the terminal acquires first user identification information carried in the scanned first target Bluetooth broadcast signal and sends a first registration request to a server; wherein the first user identification information includes: the first registration request carries address information of a terminal and first user identification information;
s103, after scanning a second target Bluetooth broadcast signal, the terminal acquires second user identification information carried in the scanned second target Bluetooth broadcast signal and sends a second registration request to the server; wherein the second user identification information includes: the second registration request carries the address information of the terminal and the second user identification information;
in step S102 and step S103, the address information of the terminal may be an IP address, physical port information, and the like of the terminal. The user identification information comprises a user name, and the terminal has a Text To Speech (TTS) engine function, so that the terminal can broadcast the name of the called user in a voice prompt tone of the calling call and prompt the called user to answer the call. When a plurality of called users exist, the terminal can broadcast the names of the plurality of called users in sequence according to the sequence of incoming calls and prompt the plurality of called users to answer. The calling number is a number distributed to the user by the server and can uniquely identify the user. When receiving a call request, the server can acquire a call number from the call request, and inquire the address information and the user name of the corresponding terminal according to the call number, so that the server can connect the call to the corresponding terminal, and the terminal finishes broadcasting the voice prompt of the user name.
S104, after receiving the first registration request, the server correspondingly stores the address information of the terminal and the first user identification information;
s105, after receiving the second registration request, the server correspondingly stores the address information of the terminal and the second user identification information;
in the above steps S101 to S105, there is no sequence between the steps S102 and S103, and there is no sequence between the steps S104 and S105, so that the server completes registration of multiple users, that is, multiple pieces of user identification information are all associated and bound with the terminal, so that when the server receives a call request of a certain user, the server can obtain a call number from the call request, and query address information and a user name of the corresponding terminal according to the call number, thereby continuing the call to the corresponding terminal, and the terminal completes voice prompt for broadcasting the user name.
In this embodiment, although steps S102 to S105 only describe that the terminal scans the first bluetooth broadcast signal and the second bluetooth broadcast signal, and completes the registration of the first subscriber identity information on the terminal, and the registration of the second subscriber identity information on the terminal, when there are a plurality of bluetooth devices broadcasting bluetooth signals and the terminal scans a plurality of other bluetooth broadcast signals, the registration of the subscriber identity information carried in the other bluetooth broadcast signals on the terminal may be completed in the manner provided in the above steps.
After the registration is completed (steps S101-S105), the server may also receive a first call request initiated by the first calling party. The following will further describe the flow of completing the call prompt and establishing the through connection by the server after receiving the first call request in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, after steps S101-S105, the method further includes: the server performs the following operations when receiving a first call request initiated by a first calling party:
s1061, a server receives a first call request, wherein the first call request carries a first calling number and a first calling number; the first calling number is a calling number of a first calling party;
s1062, the server inquires a first user name corresponding to the first calling number and address information of the terminal;
s1063, the server initiates a second call request to the terminal according to the address information of the terminal, wherein the second call request carries the first user name and the first calling number;
s1064, the terminal receives a second call request initiated by the server, and plays a first prompt tone in voice, wherein the first prompt tone comprises: a first user name and a first calling number;
the terminal has a Text To Speech (TTS) engine function, so that the terminal can broadcast the name of the first user in a voice mode and prompt the first user to answer the call. For example, the following is broadcasted by voice: the call from 13 is answered.
In addition, if the terminal receives a plurality of call requests initiated by the server at the same time, and each call request carries a respective user name, the terminal can broadcast the plurality of user names in sequence by voice to prompt the plurality of users to answer respective calls.
And S1065, monitoring whether the second call request is answered by the terminal by the server, and if the second call request is answered by the terminal, establishing a call connection between the first calling party and the terminal.
Although the above steps S1061-S1065 describe the process of completing the call prompt and establishing the call connection after the server receives the call request only when the first call request carries the first call number, if the first call request carries the second call number, or other called numbers, the above steps S1061-S1065 may also be used to complete the call prompt and establish the call connection with the terminal.
As an optional implementation manner in this embodiment, after the registration is completed (steps S101 to S105), the server may also receive calls from other calling parties to the first call number, and a call flow of completing call alerting and establishing a call connection after receiving another call request initiated for the first call number by the server in this embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 2, after steps S101-S105, the method further includes: the server performs the following operations when receiving a third call request initiated by a second calling party:
s1071, the server receives a third call request initiated by a second calling party, wherein the third call request carries a second calling number and a first calling number; the second calling number is a calling number of a second calling party;
s1072, the server inquires the first user name corresponding to the first calling number and the address information of the terminal;
s1073, the server initiates a fourth call request to the terminal according to the address information of the terminal, wherein the fourth call request carries the first user name and the second calling number;
s1074, the terminal receives a fourth call request initiated by the server and plays a second prompt tone by voice, wherein the second prompt tone comprises: a first user name and a second calling number.
Therefore, when other calling parties initiate calls to the first user, the server can connect the calls to the terminal and play a prompt tone to prompt the first user that other calling parties initiate calls to the first user, so that the first user can take corresponding operations.
In this alternative embodiment, the above steps S1071-S1074 may occur before or after the server monitors that the second call request is answered by the terminal, and establishes a call connection between the first calling party and the terminal.
If the first calling number and the second calling number are not the same as the first calling number, the prompt tone of the terminal can broadcast the call initiated by the first calling number and the second calling number to the first user name in a voice mode, and when the user selects the first calling number to answer, the call connection between the first calling party and the terminal is established. As an optional manner, the method provided in this embodiment further includes: and if the user selects the second calling number to answer, establishing the call connection between the second calling party and the terminal. Therefore, the terminal prompts the first user that a plurality of calling parties initiate calls to the first user, and the first user can actively select which calling party to answer the call.
If so, as an optional implementation manner, the method provided in this embodiment further includes: and the server monitors whether the terminal hangs up, and if the terminal hangs up, the server establishes the call connection between the second calling party and the terminal. Therefore, after the first user answers the call of the first calling party and when other calling parties initiate calls to the first user, the server can connect the call to the terminal and play a prompt tone to prompt that the first user has other calling parties to initiate calls to the first user, and if the user selects to hang up the current call (namely, the call with the first calling party), the server can answer the calls initiated by other calling parties to the first user without delaying answering important calls.
In the alternative embodiment shown in fig. 2, although the flow of completing the call prompting and establishing the through connection after receiving another call request is described only for the case where the first call number is carried in the first call request, the above alternative embodiment is also applicable to the case where the second call number or other called numbers are carried in the first call request.
As an optional implementation manner in this embodiment, after the registration is completed (steps S101 to S105), in a case that the server receives the first call request carrying the first call number, the server may also receive calls of other calling parties to the second call number, and a process of completing call alerting after the server receives another call request initiated for the second call number in this embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, after steps S101-S105, the method further includes: the server performs the following operations when receiving a fifth call request initiated by a third calling party:
s1081, a server receives a fifth call request initiated by a third calling party, wherein the fifth call request carries a third calling number and a second calling number; the third calling number is the calling number of the third calling party;
as an optional implementation manner, the third calling party and the second calling party may also be the same calling party, and the third calling number and the second calling number are the same number. Of course, different callers are possible.
S1082, the server inquires a second user name corresponding to the second calling number and address information of the terminal;
s1083, the server initiates a sixth call request to the terminal according to the address information of the terminal, wherein the sixth call request carries a second user name and a third calling number;
s1084, the terminal receives a sixth call request initiated by the server, and plays a third prompt tone in voice, where the third prompt tone includes: a second user name and a third calling number.
Therefore, no matter whether the first user answers the first call request or not, after other calling parties initiate calls to the second user, the server can continue the calls to the terminal and play a prompt tone to prompt the second user that other calling parties initiate calls to the second user, so that the first user and the second user can take corresponding operations. In this embodiment, when there is another calling party initiating a call to the second user, even if the first calling party and the first user are in the process of communicating, the terminal still plays a prompt tone to prompt the second user that there is an incoming call of the other calling party.
In this alternative embodiment, the above steps S1071-S1074 may occur before or after the server monitors that the second call request is answered by the terminal, and establishes a call connection between the first calling party and the terminal.
If the call is not initiated, the prompt tone of the terminal can be used for broadcasting the call initiated by the first calling number to the first user name and the call initiated by the third calling number to the second user name in a voice mode, and prompting that the first user and the second user have respective incoming calls. After the first user answers the first call request by the terminal, the call connection between the first calling party and the terminal is established. As an optional manner, the method provided in this embodiment further includes: and if the second user answers the sixth call request, establishing the call connection between the third calling party and the terminal. Therefore, when the terminal prompts that the first user and the second user respectively have incoming calls, the two users can negotiate who answers the calls initiated by the first user and the second user, and important calls cannot be missed.
If so, as an optional implementation manner, the method provided in this embodiment further includes: and the server monitors whether the terminal hangs up, and if the terminal hangs up, the server establishes the call connection between the third calling party and the terminal. Therefore, after the first user answers the first call of the first calling party and when other calling parties initiate calls to the second user, the server can connect the call to the terminal and play a prompt tone to prompt the second user that other calling parties initiate calls to the second user, and if the first user selects to hang up the current call (namely, the call with the first calling party), the second user can answer the calls initiated by other calling parties to the second user, so that the answering of important calls is not delayed.
