All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the elements and operations/steps, nor do they necessarily have to be performed in the order depicted. For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a communication method of a home terminal according to the present application, where the method is applied to a terminal in a home. Terminals in the home include, but are not limited to: refrigerators, televisions, on-screen devices, and the like. It should be noted that the terminals in this embodiment have a call function, and can communicate with each other as long as the terminals are networked.
The method comprises the following steps: step S101, step S102, and step S103.
Step S101: and acquiring a target terminal from the household online terminal, and acquiring the identity information of the target terminal stored locally.
Step S102: and acquiring voice information according to the detected speaking operation of the user aiming at the target terminal.
Step S103: and sending the voice information to the target terminal according to the identity information of the target terminal so that the target terminal plays the voice information.
It should be noted that there is no obvious precedence relationship between the above steps S101 and S102, and the steps S101 and S102 may occur simultaneously.
The identity information of the terminal may be information for identifying and distinguishing different terminals, and the identity information of the terminal includes but is not limited to: a unique identification code, a device identification code, an IP address, etc. The identity information of the terminal is stored in the local terminal in advance. The terminal can determine the current online terminal, and if the terminal is provided with a display screen, the online terminal can be displayed on the display screen, so that a user can know the current online terminal conveniently.
There are many ways to trigger the acquisition of the target terminal from the on-line terminal of the home, for example: binding a target terminal in advance, and automatically acquiring the identity information of the target terminal as long as a user speaks; or, through key triggering, when the user needs to talk, key operation is carried out, then the identity information of the target terminal is obtained, and when the user speaks, voice information is obtained; or, the user selects and triggers on the display screen, the online terminal is displayed on the display screen, and the user directly selects the target terminal and then acquires the identity information of the target terminal.
When the user speaking is detected, voice information is collected and acquired, then the voice information is sent to the target terminal according to the identity information of the target terminal, and the voice information is played after the target terminal receives the voice information, so that if the user is near the target terminal, the user can hear the voice information immediately, and the purpose of using the family terminal to communicate nearby can be achieved.
The method comprises the steps that a target terminal is obtained from a family online terminal, and locally stored identity information of the target terminal is obtained; acquiring voice information according to the detected speaking operation of the user aiming at the target terminal; and sending the voice information to the target terminal according to the identity information of the target terminal so that the target terminal plays the voice information. The method can enable the user at home to utilize the nearby terminal to directly talk with the other terminal at home, and enable the user to utilize the nearby terminal to directly talk at home anytime and anywhere.
The details of step S101 are described in detail below.
In an embodiment, a button is disposed on the terminal for triggering a call. The key may be a physical key or a key disposed on the touch screen. When the user needs to talk, the button is clicked to trigger the talk. For example, the old or the child usually cannot use the terminal, when the old or the child needs to communicate with other people at home in a room, the old or the child can directly click the key to trigger the communication, and the method is simple and convenient.
That is, before step S101, the method may further include: receiving a key triggering instruction (in order to distinguish the key triggering instruction of all terminals capable of calling later, the key triggering instruction can be called as a first key triggering instruction); at this time, referring to fig. 2, step S101 may specifically include: sub-step S1011 and sub-step S1012.
Substep S1011: and responding to the key triggering instruction (namely the first key triggering instruction), and determining a target terminal closest to the local terminal from the on-line terminals of the family.
Sub-step S1012: and acquiring the identity information of the target terminal stored locally.
When the old or the child needs to communicate with other people at home in a room, the old or the child asks for help from the people at home in most cases. For example: the old people feel uncomfortable and cannot move and bounce; or, the old people are asleep and need to help family members to take other things; or the child nightmare is frightened; or the child suddenly feels fear; and so on. In this case, the old or the child generally does not actively select the target terminal, but the terminal automatically determines the target terminal, and usually determines the terminal closest to the local terminal as the target terminal.
Specifically, in the sub-step S1011, the target terminal closest to the local terminal is determined from the online terminals of the home, and there may be two ways that are practical for the home:
the first mode is as follows: the positioning modules are attached or installed in some frequently-moving spaces in a home, short-distance communication signals can be transmitted by the positioning modules, the terminal can sense the short-distance communication signals, and the strength of the short-distance communication signals sensed by the terminal is related to the distance between the terminal and the positioning modules. Generally, the closer the distance between the terminal and the positioning module is, the stronger the short-distance communication signal sensed by the terminal is, and the farther the distance between the terminal and the positioning module is, the weaker the short-distance communication signal sensed by the terminal is.
Referring to fig. 3, the determining a target terminal closest to the local terminal from the on-line terminals of the home in sub-step S1011 may include: substep S1011a1, substep S1011a2, and substep S1011 A3.
Sub-step S1011a 1: and determining a positioning module with the strongest short-distance communication signal sensed by the local terminal from the home online terminal, wherein the positioning module can transmit the short-distance communication signal.
Sub-step S1011a 2: and determining the terminal closest to the positioning module.
For example, the identity information of each positioning module and the nearest terminal information around each positioning module are pre-stored in the terminal, so that the terminal closest to the positioning module can be determined.
Or, the identity information of each positioning module, the position information of each positioning module and the terminal information in each independent space are prestored in the terminal, and the independent space where the positioning module is located is determined according to the position information of the positioning module, so that the terminal closest to the positioning module can be determined.
Or, the terminal pre-stores the distance information between the terminal and other terminals, and the terminal firstly determines the distance between the terminal and the positioning module according to the strength of the short-distance communication signal, so as to determine the terminal closest to the positioning module.
Sub-step S1011a 3: and taking the terminal closest to the positioning module as a target terminal closest to the local terminal.
Usually, the user goes home and then changes the slippers, and where the user goes, the slippers also follow, so that it is practical to install the positioning module on the slippers, position the slippers and basically position the user. In one application, the positioning module is disposed on the slipper. A commonly used positioning module is a bluetooth module that transmits bluetooth signals.
For example: referring to fig. 4, a head of a bed in a child's room 10 is equipped with a terminal 11 of a relatively cartoon shape capable of supporting the communication method of the embodiment of the present application, and the terminal 11 also has the name "small V" of the cartoon; the bathroom 20 is also equipped with a mirror-shaped and waterproof terminal 21 capable of supporting the communication method of the embodiment of the present application, and the terminal 21 also has the cartoon name "magic mirror"; a Bluetooth module is arranged on the slippers 22 of the mother. At night a child at home sleeps in his room 10 and a mother bathes in the bathroom 20. The children are frightened and waken up by nightmare, click the button of the small V11 on the bed head, and say with the small V11: "mama me nightmare"; the small V11 determines that the magic mirror 21 is the terminal closest to the Bluetooth module on the slipper 22 by locating the Bluetooth module on the slipper 22 with the strongest Bluetooth signal, and sends the voice message of 'mare doing nightmare' to the magic mirror 21, and the magic mirror 21 plays the voice message of 'mare doing nightmare'. After the mother in the bathroom 20 hears, he can answer with a "magic mirror" 21: "baby is afraid of this, so is it for mother. The lamp 12 of the child room 10 can be controlled by sending a control instruction on the magic mirror 21, the lamplight of the child room 10 is adjusted to be in the fairy tale mode, the lamplight is soft, warm and comfortable sounds in the fairy tale are emitted, the child feels warm and comfortable as much as possible, attention is transferred, and therefore the fear of the child can be relieved.
The second way is: mobile terminals (e.g., mobile phones, tablet computers, smartwatches, etc.) are generally terminals with which users most contact, and most of existing mobile terminals are attached with modules capable of transmitting short-distance communication signals, for example, a bluetooth module capable of transmitting bluetooth signals is a standard of a mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 5, determining a target terminal closest to the local terminal from the on-line terminals of the home in sub-step S1011 may further include: substeps S1011B1 and substep S1011B 2.
Sub-step S1011B 1: and determining the mobile terminal with the strongest short-distance communication signal sensed by the local terminal from the home online terminals.
Sub-step S1011B 2: and taking the mobile terminal with the strongest short-distance communication signal as a target terminal closest to the local terminal.
By the mode, the communication between the family members can be very convenient at any time and any place.
In another embodiment, an online terminal is displayed on the terminal, and a target terminal is determined by user selection. That is, before step S101, the method may further include: and displaying the on-line terminal in the home on a display screen of the local terminal. In this case, step S101 may specifically include: and acquiring the identity information of the locally stored target terminal according to the detected target terminal selection operation of the user, wherein the target terminal selection operation of the user is operated by the user based on the displayed online terminal. In this way, the user can communicate with the other specified person by using the specified terminal. For example, the user can clearly know which independent space of the call destination in the home and which terminal the independent space corresponds to, and at this time, the user can call by clicking the target terminal on the touch screen.
If the on-line terminal is displayed on the terminal, other controllable terminals which cannot be used for communication can be further displayed, and a user can conveniently select and control the terminals at any time and any place. Referring to fig. 6, the method may further include: step S201 and step S202.
Step S201: and acquiring a control instruction according to the detected control operation of the user for the target terminal.
Step S202: and sending the control instruction to the target terminal to enable the target terminal to execute the control instruction so as to change the current running state of the target terminal.
For example, in the above application scene, a mother can select a lamp in a child room from an online terminal displayed on a magic mirror, send a control instruction to the lamp in the child room, adjust the light in the child room to a fairy tale mode, soften the light, send out warm and comfortable sounds in the fairy tale, enable the child to feel warm and comfortable as much as possible, and transfer attention, so that the fear of the child can be relieved.
The terminal can actively send the voice information, passively receive the voice information of other terminals and play the voice information. If there is a user nearby, when the user hears the voice message, the conversation can be performed, and the method may specifically further include: acquiring feedback voice information according to the detected call back operation of the user for other terminals; and sending the feedback voice information to other terminals according to the identity information of other terminals so that the other terminals play the feedback voice information.
If the user does not actively send voice information to the target terminal in a targeted manner at the beginning, for example, the user does not know the specific position of the call object, at this time, the user can call all terminals capable of calling at home to determine that the call object can call back. Referring to fig. 7, the method may further include: step S301 and step S302.
Step S301: and acquiring calling voice information according to the detected calling operation of the user.
Step S302: and sending the calling voice information to all terminals capable of playing the voice information according to the identity information of all terminals capable of playing the voice information in the household online terminals, so that all terminals capable of playing the voice information play the calling voice information.
According to the call operation of the detected user, the call voice information is obtained; and sending the calling voice information to all terminals capable of playing the voice information according to the identity information of all terminals capable of playing the voice information in the household online terminals, so that all the terminals capable of playing the voice information play the calling voice information. Because the calling voice information is obtained according to the calling operation of the user, and the calling voice information is sent to all the terminals capable of playing the voice information according to the identity information of all the terminals capable of playing the voice information, the instant point-to-multipoint call can be realized by the method, and the user can also communicate with the opposite side as soon as possible without knowing the position of the opposite side.
If the terminal actively sends voice information to the target terminal, there are two possibilities: one is to receive the feedback voice information of the target terminal and play the voice information. And the other is that the feedback voice information of the target terminal is not received. The user actively sends the voice information to the target terminal through the terminal, obviously, the user hopes that the call object attached to the target terminal can return, and if the feedback voice information of the target terminal is not received within the preset time range, the user does not know the specific position of the call object, and at the moment, the user can call all terminals capable of calling at home to determine that the call object can return. In this case, step S301 may specifically include: and if the feedback voice information of the target terminal is not received within the preset time range, acquiring the calling voice information according to the detected calling operation of the user.
Before step S301, the method may further include: receiving a second key triggering instruction; in this case, step S301 may specifically include: responding to a second key triggering instruction, and acquiring calling voice information according to the detected calling operation of the user; before step S302, the method may further include: and responding to the second key triggering instruction, and acquiring the identity information of all terminals capable of playing the voice information in the family online terminals.
Of course, when the user does not perform any operation other than the calling operation, the acquired calling voice information may be directly sent to all terminals capable of playing the voice information by default.
If there are other people in the home near at least one of all terminals capable of playing voice information, and the other people in the home usually feed back the call, in this case, the method further comprises: and receiving feedback voice information of at least one terminal in all terminals capable of playing the voice information, and playing the feedback voice information.
For example, referring to fig. 8, a mother has a meal in a kitchen 30, wants to call a child to prepare for eating, and in order for the child to be in his own bedroom 10, the mother selects an online terminal "small V" 11 of a child room 10 through a large-screen refrigerator 31 of the kitchen 30, and says "baby washes hands to prepare for eating", but the child room 10 does not respond. After a mother clicks a button for a whole-house call on the refrigerator 31, the refrigerator 31 calls all terminals capable of talking at home, that is, baby washes hands and prepares to eat a meal, and at this time, the child in the living room 40 hears that baby washes hands and prepares to eat a meal, and then answers 'cheer' against the smart screen 41 in the living room 40.
If the family is sleeping, no feedback is given. Especially, if the child sleeps and the mother is anxious to know the child, and the child has the target positioning terminal, the position of the child can be known by positioning the position of the target positioning terminal. The object localization terminal has a module (e.g. a bluetooth module) that can be used for localization, for example: this target terminal includes the intelligent wrist-watch, and the attached module that can launch short distance communication signal of intelligent wrist-watch, and the intelligent wrist-watch is nearer apart from local terminal, and short distance communication signal is stronger, and the intelligent wrist-watch is farther apart from local terminal, and short distance communication signal is weaker, and local terminal can show the size of the short distance communication signal of intelligent wrist-watch. For another example: the target positioning terminal is provided with a GPS module, and when the target positioning terminal is required, the target positioning terminal can send own position information to the local terminal.
Referring to fig. 9, the method may further include: step S303, step S304, step S305, step S306, and step S307.
Step S303: and if the feedback voice information of any one terminal in all the terminals capable of playing the voice information is not received within the preset time range, determining the position of the target positioning terminal, and putting the target positioning terminal on the child.
The local terminal can sense the short-distance communication signal, and accordingly the position of the target positioning terminal can be determined. Or the target positioning terminal is provided with a GPS module, and the local terminal sends a control instruction to the target positioning terminal, so that the target positioning terminal sends own position information to the local terminal, and the local terminal determines the position of the target positioning terminal.
Step S304: and determining and displaying the target camera closest to the position of the target positioning terminal.
Step S305: and acquiring a video transmission control instruction according to the detected video transmission control operation of the user aiming at the target camera.
Step S306: and sending the video transmission control instruction to the target camera so that the target camera transmits the current video image.
Step S307: and receiving a video image transmitted by the target camera, and displaying the video image on a display screen of the local terminal so that a user can view the current state of the child.
Through the mode, the user can check the current state of the child in the current space, such as whether the child is sleeping or not.
If the target camera is in the bedroom, the method further comprises the following steps: according to the detected closing control operation of the user for the lamps in the child room, a closing control instruction is obtained; and sending a closing control instruction to the lamp according to the identity information of the lamp, so that the lamp executes the closing control instruction to close the light of the lamp. Thereby enabling the sleeping environment of the child to be more comfortable.
The communication between the terminals in the family can be realized directly through a local area network or can be realized through the Internet. One is to communicate via a local area network, and any one terminal can determine which terminals are online in the current local area network, which terminals are products of a certain brand, and which terminals are products supporting communication. Namely, the terminals in the family communicate with each other through the local area network, and before acquiring the identity information of the target terminal from the online terminal of the family, the method further comprises the following steps: and acquiring the online terminal in the local area network, and taking the online terminal in the local area network as the online terminal of the family.
The other is that the terminal can be directly connected to the internet, and is associated with a user account, that is, a plurality of terminals in a family and identity information of the terminals are bound under the same account, and the terminal can also be used as a list for communication between the terminals. Namely, the terminals in the family communicate with each other through the internet, and before acquiring the identity information of the target terminal from the online terminal of the family, the method further comprises the following steps: and acquiring a terminal bound with a preset account, and taking the terminal bound with the preset account as an online terminal of a family.
