Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an operation control method, where an execution main body of the method may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile terminal of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the mobile terminal may be a mobile terminal used by a user. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in step 101, state information of the mobile terminal and environmental information in the vehicle are acquired while the mobile terminal is in a vehicle-mounted state.
The mobile terminal may be in a state where the mobile terminal is connected to an onboard system of the vehicle in a wired or wireless (e.g., bluetooth) manner in the onboard state, the state information of the mobile terminal may be a use state (e.g., a standby state or a use state) of the mobile terminal, a networking state of the mobile terminal, an application use state (e.g., whether a navigation application is turned on or not, whether a music application is being used or not) of the mobile terminal, and the like, and the environment information in the vehicle may be sound information detected by the mobile terminal, such as a talking sound of a user, a music playing sound, and the like.
In implementation, with the rapid development of automobile industry in China and the improvement of living standard of people, the quantity of automobiles owned by families of residents is rapidly increased, and meanwhile, the continuous development of computer technology also enables the use demand of people on mobile terminals to be continuously increased in the driving process. In the driving process, people can connect the mobile terminal with the sound equipment in the automobile in a wired or wireless (such as Bluetooth) mode, play music stored in the mobile terminal through the sound equipment in the automobile, or start other services, such as starting navigation service, starting radio station service and the like, by using the mobile terminal.
However, in the driving process, when a user needs to use the mobile terminal to start a certain service, the user needs to manually operate the mobile terminal, for example, when the user is driving, the user wants to open a music application through the mobile terminal to play music, and the user needs to manually start the mobile terminal to find the music application and then select the music to be played for playing. Therefore, an embodiment of the present invention provides a technical solution capable of solving the above problems, which may specifically include the following:
in a vehicle-mounted environment, the mobile terminal may be connected to a vehicle-mounted device in the vehicle in a bluetooth manner, and after the connection is successful, that is, the mobile terminal is in a vehicle-mounted state, at this time, the mobile terminal may acquire state information of a current state, for example, the acquired state information of the mobile terminal may be that the mobile terminal is in a standby state and does not open a music application, or the mobile terminal is in a use state and has opened a navigation application and is providing a navigation service for a user.
In addition, the environmental information in the vehicle may also be detected by the mobile terminal, for example, a sound collecting component (such as a microphone) may be configured in the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may detect the sound information in the vehicle by the sound collecting component, where the obtained sound information in the vehicle may be conversation sound of a user in the vehicle or music sound played in the vehicle.
In step 102, when the state information and the environment information satisfy the target alert condition, target prompt information is output.
For example, for convenience of expression, the above-mentioned service is described as the target service, and if the target service is the audio playing service, for the state information and the environment information under the audio playing service, the preset target reminding condition may be: the mobile terminal does not start the music application to play audio, and no conversation sound and no audio playing sound exist in the vehicle. The target prompt information may be prompt information set according to the target prompt condition, for example, if the target service corresponding to the target prompt condition is a control service for a predetermined device outside the vehicle, if the distance from the vehicle to the home is less than a predetermined distance threshold, the air conditioner at home may be remotely turned on through the mobile terminal, and for the target service, the target prompt information may be set as: the playing content is the audio of 'coming home and turning on the air conditioner'.
In implementation, the type of the target service corresponding to the target reminding condition may be determined according to the state information of the mobile terminal and the environment information detected by the mobile terminal, for example, the obtained state information of the mobile terminal includes location information, when the location information shows that the distance between the current location and the stored home location is less than a predetermined distance range, current environment information, such as, the distance between the current position and the stored home position is less than 500 m, the environment information detected by the mobile terminal comprises the voice information of the user, when the keywords such as 'home' are obtained by performing semantic analysis on the sound data in the sound information, it may be determined that the target service corresponding to the satisfied target alert condition is a control service for a predetermined device in the home, the correspondingly output target prompt message can be a prompt message containing a voice prompt of whether to start the air conditioning equipment at home.
In step 103, a first input of target prompt information is received.
The first input may be any received input of the target prompt information by the user, and may be a voice input, a text input, or an input of a touch operation such as clicking, double-clicking, or pressing.
In an implementation, after the mobile terminal outputs the target prompt information to the user, a first input of the target prompt information by the user may be received, for example, when the target prompt information is a voice message containing "about to arrive at home, and whether to turn on an air conditioner", and after the mobile terminal outputs the voice message, the mobile terminal may obtain a first input of the target prompt information by the user through a configured sound collection component, such as "turn on the air conditioner" or "do not turn on the air conditioner", or, after the target prompt information is output, a prompt box containing two tags of "yes" and "no" may be displayed at the mobile terminal, and then, a click operation of the user on the two prompt boxes of "yes" and "no" may be received as the first input of the target prompt information by the user.
In step 104, in response to the first input, a target control operation associated with the target prompt information is performed.
The target control operation may be any operation associated with the target prompt message, and may be to open or close a service provided by the mobile terminal, or to remotely open or close a service provided by the connection device through the mobile terminal.
In implementation, after receiving a first input of a user according to target prompt information, a corresponding target control operation may be executed according to the first input, for example, when the target service is to remotely turn on an air conditioner at home through a mobile terminal, the target prompt information that is correspondingly output may be "whether to turn on the air conditioner at home", where the output of the target prompt information may be output in a voice playing manner, or may be displayed on a display screen of the mobile terminal in a text display manner. After the target prompt information is output, a first input of the user for the target prompt information can be acquired through a sound acquisition component configured in the mobile terminal or through a touch screen, and a target control operation associated with the target prompt information is executed, for example, when the acquired first input of the user is a voice instruction of 'turning on an air conditioner', air conditioning equipment at home can be turned on remotely through the mobile terminal.
In the above embodiment, the target service to the predetermined device outside the vehicle is taken as an example, in practical application, for the target service corresponding to different target reminding conditions, a plurality of different target output information and a plurality of associated target control operations may be provided, and may be different according to different practical application scenarios.
The embodiment of the invention provides an operation control method, which is used for acquiring the state information of a mobile terminal and the environment information in a vehicle under the condition that the mobile terminal is in a vehicle-mounted state, outputting target prompt information under the condition that the state information and the environment information meet the target prompt condition, and receives a first input of the target prompt information, and in response to the first input, performs a target control operation associated with the target prompt information, such that, when a user needs to start a certain service through the mobile terminal in the driving process, the mobile terminal can output target prompt information according to the state information and the environmental information in the vehicle and can receive the corresponding input of the user to the target prompt information, and executes the corresponding target control operation, the user does not need to perform manual operation any more, the use efficiency of the mobile terminal in the vehicle-mounted state is improved, meanwhile, the traffic safety risk caused by manual operation of the mobile terminal in the driving process of the user is reduced.
The following detailed descriptions of the specific processing procedures of the above steps 101 to 104 are provided, and the following related contents can be specifically referred to:
the specific processing manner of the step 102 may be various, and an optional processing manner is provided below, which may specifically include the following steps 201 to 204.
In step 201, according to the state information of the mobile terminal, it is determined whether the number of music resources in the mobile terminal is greater than a preset resource threshold and whether the current playing state information of the mobile terminal is not played.
The preset resource threshold may be any value greater than or equal to 1, such as 5 or 10, and the current playing state information of the mobile terminal may be whether the mobile terminal is playing music resources or whether audio data is played through a radio station.
In implementation, the state information of the mobile terminal obtained in step 201 may include the number of music resources and the current playing state information of the mobile terminal, and it may be determined whether the number of music resources included in the mobile terminal is greater than a preset resource threshold, and whether the current playing state information of the mobile terminal is not played, for example, if the preset resource threshold is 5, the number of music resources in the mobile terminal needs to be greater than 5, and the playing state information of the mobile terminal in the current scene is not played.
In step 202, when the number of music resources is greater than the preset resource threshold and the playing status information is not played, it is determined whether the sound intensity detected by the mobile terminal is less than the preset intensity threshold.
The sound detected by the mobile terminal may be, besides the audio played by the mobile terminal, the sound of the audio played by other devices included in the environment where the mobile terminal is located, the conversation sound of the user, and the like.
In implementation, a sound collection component may be configured in the mobile terminal, and when the number of music resources included in the mobile terminal is greater than a preset resource threshold and the playing state information is not played, the sound collection component may acquire sound information in the current environment, determine the sound intensity of the acquired sound, and determine whether the detected sound intensity in the current environment is smaller than a preset intensity threshold, for example, the preset intensity threshold may be 100 db, and acquire the sound intensity of the sound detected by the mobile terminal, and determine whether the sound intensity is smaller than 100 db.
By judging the number of music resources in the mobile terminal and the current playing state information of the mobile terminal, music playing with a certain duration can be provided when music playing service is provided for a user.
In step 203, when the detected sound intensity is smaller than the preset intensity threshold, the target prompt information corresponding to the target prompt condition is obtained based on the corresponding relationship between the preset prompt condition and the prompt information.
In implementation, when the detected sound intensity is smaller than the preset intensity threshold, the preset reminding condition in the scene and the corresponding prompt information may be obtained, and then the corresponding target service reminding policy is determined, for example, the state information of the mobile terminal is: the mobile terminal is connected with a vehicle-mounted component (the connection time is 3 minutes), the mobile terminal is in a standby state (the screen is not lightened), the navigation service is not started, the mobile terminal does not play audio through a music application or a radio station, and the detected environmental information can be as follows: the detected sound information includes a sound for opening and closing the door, and does not include a conversation sound of the user and a sound for playing the audio. Through the state information and the environment information, the current environment can be judged to enter the automobile for the user, the automobile is prepared to be driven, the preset reminding condition is met, the target prompting information corresponding to the target reminding condition can be obtained based on the corresponding relation between the reminding condition and the prompting information, the target prompting information can be prompting information containing voice of whether audio is played or not, or if the target service corresponding to the preset reminding condition is the audio playing service in the process of traffic congestion, the corresponding target prompting information can be 'the current traffic congestion is slightly blocked, whether music is released or not', and before the target prompting information is played, the user can be reminded in a ringing or vibrating mode.
In the same target service, different prompting conditions may correspond to different prompting information, taking an audio playing service before driving as an example, after determining that the target service is the audio playing service before driving, corresponding voice prompts may be played according to time information under a current scene, as shown in fig. 3, the played voice prompts may be "good morning/good noon/good afternoon/good evening, whether music is associated with the trip, before playing the voice prompts, a prompt may be displayed on a screen of the mobile terminal, and the voice prompt may be played after a certain time (e.g., 3 seconds or 5 seconds), and the safety of driving a vehicle by a user is improved. Different prompt messages can be set according to different reminding conditions, the embodiment provides an optional and realizable corresponding mode, and the specific prompt message corresponding to the reminding condition can be different according to different practical applications.
By the method for judging the sound intensity, if the obtained judgment result is that the sound intensity in the environment is larger and exceeds the preset intensity threshold value, the user can be considered to be in conversation at the moment, or the user is playing audio by using other equipment at the moment, and the user can be considered not to need the mobile terminal to provide music playing service at the moment, so that the current work of the user can be avoided being disturbed.
In step 204, the target prompt is played.
Through the processing of the steps 201 to 204, whether the user needs a certain service is judged according to various different judgment conditions, and when the user needs a certain service, the user is automatically reminded in a voice reminding and voice interaction mode, so that the safety of driving a vehicle by the user is improved.
Further, after step 104 is performed, when the target prompt information is used to indicate whether to start the target service, step 205 may be performed.
In step 205, a first input is whether the execution of the start-inhibited target service is prohibited.
When the first input received by the mobile terminal is used to indicate that the target service is prohibited from being started for judgment, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the following processing procedure may be further performed, and specifically, the following steps 206 to 210 may be included.
In step 206, if yes, it is determined whether the number of times the first input was received reaches a first predetermined number of times.
Wherein the first predetermined number of times may be any number of times, such as 2 or 5 times.
In practice, if the first input is received less than the first predetermined number of times, execution continues with step 207.
In step 207, after receiving the first input preset time period and when the mobile terminal is in the vehicle-mounted state, the state information of the mobile terminal and the environmental information in the vehicle are acquired.
In implementation, after receiving a first input that a user does not start a target service, when the preset time length is reached and the mobile terminal is still in the vehicle-mounted state, the state information of the mobile terminal and the environment information in the vehicle may be acquired, for example, after receiving a first input that the user does not start the target service for 30 minutes (the predetermined time length is 15 minutes), it is detected that the mobile terminal is still in the vehicle-mounted state, and the state information of the mobile terminal and the environment information in the vehicle may be acquired again.
After step 207, steps 101 to 104 may be continued, and when the number of times of receiving the first input reaches a first predetermined number of times, steps 208 to 210 may be performed.
In step 208, in the case that the number of times the first input is received reaches a first predetermined number of times, the target guidance information is set to an output prohibition state to prohibit output of the target guidance information.
In an implementation, when the number of times of receiving the first input reaches a first predetermined number, the target prompt information may be set to the output disabled state, for example, the first predetermined number may be 2 times, the target prompt information is "whether to turn on music", after the target prompt information is output twice consecutively, the received first output is "not turn on music", and the target prompt information may be set to the output disabled state.
If the user issues the instruction of prohibiting starting the target service for many times, it may be considered that the user does not need the mobile terminal to provide the target service within a certain period of time, the target prompt information of the target service may be temporarily closed, and if it is detected that the mobile terminal is in the vehicle-mounted state after the target prompt information is set to the output prohibition state, the processing may be performed through step 209.
In step 209, the number of times of activation of the target service is detected in the case where the mobile terminal is in the in-vehicle state after the target presentation information is set to the output disabled state.
The number of times of starting the target service may be the number of times of starting the target service by the user in a manual manner.
In implementation, after the target prompt message is set to the output prohibition state, when the user needs to start the target service again, the target service may be started manually, for example, the mobile terminal starts the audio playing service, and the number of times that the user starts the target service manually may be detected.
In step 210, in the case that it is detected that the number of times of starting the target service exceeds a second predetermined number of times, the target prompt information is set to the output permitted state, and the state information of the mobile terminal and the environmental information in the vehicle are acquired.
The second predetermined number of times may be any preset number of times, such as 2 times, 5 times, and the like.
In implementation, after the target prompt message is stopped being output, if it is detected that the user uses the target service again and the number of times of use exceeds a second predetermined number of times while the mobile terminal is still in the vehicle-mounted state, the target prompt message may be set to the output-allowed state, and the state information of the mobile terminal and the environment information in the vehicle may be acquired. For example, the target service is an audio playing service, the second predetermined number of times is 1, after the target prompt information of the target service is stopped to be output, it is detected that the user continuously plays audio by opening a music application through the mobile terminal for 2 times in the vehicle-mounted state, and meanwhile, under the current environment, the mobile terminal is still in the vehicle-mounted state, the state of the target prompt information may be set to be an output-allowed state, and the state information of the mobile terminal and the environment information in the vehicle are acquired.
Through the processing of the above steps 209 and 210, when the target prompt information is in the output prohibited state, considering that the user may desire a certain service (for example, the user always requests a music playing service during the last two days during work) in some time intervals or some scenes, in order to reduce frequent manual operations by the user and improve service efficiency, the state of the target prompt information may be set from the output prohibited state to the output permitted state, so that the mobile terminal may perform the processing of the above steps 101 to 104.
In addition, for the above processing procedure, when the user is in a congested road segment, it may be determined whether the user needs to be provided with a relevant service by acquiring the current motion information of the mobile terminal, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, after the processing of the above step 101, the following processing procedure may be further performed, and specifically, the following steps 401 to 403 may be included.
In step 401, motion information of the mobile terminal within a unit time period is acquired.
The motion state information of the mobile terminal may include displacement information and positioning information of the mobile terminal.
In implementation, a displacement sensor may be configured in the mobile terminal, and displacement information of the mobile terminal is obtained through the displacement sensor, where the displacement information may include a direction, a speed, and a moving distance of the mobile terminal.
In addition, the mobile terminal may also obtain the positioning information by means of satellite positioning, as shown in fig. 5, after obtaining the positioning information and the displacement information, the displacement information and the positioning information constitute motion state information of the mobile terminal.
In step 402, it is determined whether a motion index corresponding to the motion information of the mobile terminal in a unit time period is smaller than a preset motion threshold.
The motion index may be a displacement distance, a moving speed, a stationary time length, and the like of the mobile terminal in a unit time period, and the preset motion threshold may be a threshold corresponding to the motion index, for example, the preset motion threshold corresponding to the displacement distance in the unit time period is 5 meters, the displacement speed is 5 meters/minute, and the stationary time length is 30 minutes.
In implementation, whether the motion index corresponding to the motion information of the mobile terminal in the unit time period is smaller than a preset motion threshold may be determined, for example, the motion information of the mobile terminal in the unit time period is: the displacement distance is 5 meters within 1 hour, the preset motion threshold value is 1 hour, the displacement distance is 60 meters, at the moment, the motion index corresponding to the motion information of the mobile terminal in the unit time period is smaller than the preset motion threshold value, and the scene can be considered as a traffic jam scene.
In addition, the motion operation included in the mobile terminal may correspond to a plurality of motion indexes, and it may be determined whether the plurality of motion indexes are smaller than a preset threshold, and when the number of the motion indexes smaller than the preset motion threshold is larger than a preset number threshold, the mobile terminal may be considered to be in a traffic congestion scene, where the preset number threshold may be 1 or more, and specific setting may be performed according to different specific application scenarios, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In step 403, under the condition that the motion index corresponding to the motion information of the mobile terminal in the unit time period is smaller than the preset motion threshold, according to the state information of the mobile terminal, it is determined whether the number of music resources in the mobile terminal is greater than the preset resource threshold, and whether the current playing state information of the mobile terminal is not played.
In implementation, when the motion index corresponding to the motion information of the mobile terminal in the unit time period is smaller than the preset motion threshold, the state information acquired by the mobile terminal may be determined, that is, the number of music resources and the playing state information in the mobile terminal are determined, and the specific determination processing process may refer to the related content of step 202, which is not described herein again.
The motion information acquired by the mobile terminal can be used for judging whether the mobile terminal is in a static state or in a traffic jam scene, and considering that the user may very hope to relax the mood in the traffic jam scene, the corresponding service can be provided for the user when the mobile terminal is determined to be in the static state or in the traffic jam scene.
