Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a call scene prompting method and a mobile terminal, which adopt a mode of identifying field environment information to receive a use scene of a second mobile terminal, so that a first mobile terminal can prompt a user holding the first mobile terminal for the call scene of an opposite side based on the use scene of the second mobile terminal, and the user can know the current call scene of the opposite side so as to adaptively adjust call tone and volume.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, an intercom, etc., and taking the mobile phone as an example, the method for prompting a call scene provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to an application scene as shown in fig. 1, where fig. 1 includes a first mobile terminal, a second mobile terminal, and a base station. In fig. 1, a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal are in a call through a base station, where the first mobile terminal may be: an outgoing party or an answering party; correspondingly, the second mobile terminal is: the method comprises the steps that a call party or a calling party receives a use scene identified by a second mobile terminal in a mode of identifying field environment information through the call scene prompting method and the mobile terminal, so that the first mobile terminal can prompt a user with the first mobile terminal for the call scene of the other party based on the use scene of the second mobile terminal, and the user can know the current call scene of the other party so as to adjust the call tone and the volume adaptively.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for prompting a call scenario according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by the first mobile terminal in fig. 1, and particularly executed by a program module disposed in the first mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring a second use scene sent by a second mobile terminal, wherein the second use scene is obtained by identifying the field environment information of the second mobile terminal;
s202, judging whether a call scene prompt is required to be executed at the first mobile terminal based on the acquired second use scene, wherein the call scene prompt is used for indicating the current use scene of the second mobile terminal;
if yes, S203 executes a corresponding call scene prompt at the first mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the use scene of the second mobile terminal is received by identifying the site environment information, so that the first mobile terminal can prompt the user with the first mobile terminal to the call scene of the other party based on the use scene of the second mobile terminal, and the user can acquire the current call scene of the other party so as to adjust the call tone and the volume adaptively.
Further, in order to perform a call scene prompt more specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the determining, in S202, based on the acquired second usage scene, whether the first mobile terminal needs to perform the call scene prompt further includes:
s204, acquiring a first use scene of the first mobile terminal, wherein the first use scene is obtained by identifying the field environment information of the first mobile terminal;
correspondingly, the step S202 of determining, based on the obtained second usage scenario, whether the call scenario prompt needs to be executed at the first mobile terminal includes:
s2021, determining whether the first mobile terminal needs to perform the call scenario prompt based on the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario. Namely, the first mobile terminal not only receives the second use scene sent by the second mobile terminal, but also obtains the first use scene of the first mobile terminal, and then the first mobile terminal refers to the current use scene of the second mobile terminal and the current use scene of the first mobile terminal in the process of determining whether to execute the call scene prompt, so that the call scene prompt has higher pertinence.
Specifically, (1) for the case that the first mobile terminal is the calling party, the specific process is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that when a first mobile terminal initiates a call request to a second mobile terminal, a first use scene of the first mobile terminal is obtained; sending the first usage scenario to the second mobile terminal to trigger the second mobile terminal to acquire a second usage scenario of the second mobile terminal and send the second usage scenario to the first mobile terminal, that is, the acquisition of the first usage scenario of the first mobile terminal in S204 occurs before the acquisition of the second usage scenario sent by the second mobile terminal in S201;
the first mobile terminal receives a second use scene sent by the second mobile terminal;
the first mobile terminal judges whether the first mobile terminal needs to execute the call scene prompt or not based on the first use scene and the second use scene.
(2) Aiming at the condition that the first mobile terminal is the receiver, the specific process is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a first mobile terminal receives a second use scene sent by a second mobile terminal, wherein the second use scene is automatically acquired when the second mobile terminal initiates a call request to the first mobile terminal;
when receiving the second usage scenario and the call request, the first mobile terminal acquires its own first usage scenario, that is, the acquisition of the first usage scenario of the first mobile terminal in S204 occurs after the second usage scenario sent by the second mobile terminal is acquired in S201;
the first mobile terminal judges whether the first mobile terminal needs to execute the call scene prompt or not based on the first use scene and the second use scene.
It should be noted that the sequence of S204 and S201 is not limited in fig. 3, and fig. 3 only illustrates a case where the first mobile terminal is an outgoing party.
Further, after the first mobile terminal acquires the first usage scenario of itself, on one hand, based on the first usage scenario of itself and the second usage scenario of the second mobile terminal, it is determined whether the first mobile terminal needs to perform the call scenario prompt, on the other hand, the first usage scenario also needs to be sent to the second mobile terminal, so that the second mobile terminal performs the call scenario prompt, and based on this, after the S204 acquires the first usage scenario of the first mobile terminal, the method further includes:
and sending the first use scene to the second mobile terminal so that the second mobile terminal judges whether the second mobile terminal needs to execute the call scene prompt or not based on the first use scene.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the step S2021 of determining, based on the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario, whether the call scenario prompt needs to be executed at the first mobile terminal specifically includes:
s20211, judging whether a preset condition is met between the first use scene and the second use scene;
if yes, the process goes to step S20212, where it is determined that the call scenario prompt needs to be executed at the first mobile terminal.
For the situation that the usage scenario is divided into two types, namely low noise and high noise, the current usage scenario will have a corresponding influence on the speech tone and the volume to some extent, for example, when the user is in a high noise scenario, the speech volume will be relatively large, and when the user is in a low noise scenario, the user will consciously turn down the speech volume, and the speech volume will be relatively small. Considering that the use scenes of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are the same, and the influence of the current use scene on the conversation tone and the volume of the two parties is the same, the conversation scene prompt can be omitted, for example, when the first use scene and the second use scene are both low-noise, the conversation sound of the two parties is small, and therefore the negative influence on the other party is avoided; in contrast, when the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario have a relatively large contrast, a call scenario prompt is required, for example, the first usage scenario is low noise and the second usage scenario is high noise. Therefore, the preset conditions may be: the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario are different.
In addition, considering that the one usage scenario is high noise, and the other usage scenario is low noise, the high noise side needs to control the call volume, so the preset conditions may be: when the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario are different, the second usage scenario is low noise, and the first usage scenario is high noise, the S20211 determines whether the preset condition is satisfied between the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario, specifically including:
judging whether the first use scene and the second use scene are the same or belong to the same category;
if not, judging whether the first use scene is high noise;
if so, determining that the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario meet preset conditions.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the preset condition is satisfied between the first usage scenario and the second usage scenario, a corresponding call scenario prompt is executed on the first mobile terminal, for example, in the form of a prompt box, a message "the opposite party is in a quiet environment, please note the call tone and volume! The method can remind the user with the first mobile to have a thought preparation, know that the current use scene of the other side is quite in advance, and control the communication emotion, tone and volume of the user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the acquiring, by the S204, a first usage scenario of the first mobile terminal specifically includes:
s2041, acquiring the current environment type of the first mobile terminal;
s2042, determining a first usage scenario corresponding to the current environment type, where the first usage scenario at least includes: high noise scenes or low noise scenes.
Specifically, a database is established in advance, the usage scenarios corresponding to each environment type are stored in the database, and the database is continuously updated subsequently; for example, high noise scenes corresponding to environmental types include: outdoor sports grounds, parks, stations, bathing beach, etc., and low noise scenes corresponding to the types of environments include: indoor conference rooms, movie theaters, libraries, and the like.
The obtaining, by the S2041, the current environment type of the first mobile terminal specifically includes:
acquiring field environment information of a first mobile terminal, wherein the field environment information comprises: at least one of voice information, position information and image information of the environment;
and determining the current environment type of the first mobile terminal according to the acquired field environment information.
For example, the obtained field environment information of the first mobile terminal indicates that the current environment type of the first mobile terminal is a certain outdoor park and the pedestrian volume of the outdoor park is large; at this time, based on the corresponding relationship between the environment type and the usage scenario, it is determined that the first usage scenario corresponding to the current environment type is high noise.
For the second mobile terminal, the second usage scenario may also be obtained in the same manner as the first mobile terminal, which is not described herein again.
Further, the information for the field environment includes: the image information of the environment, the first mobile terminal is the receiver, and the second mobile terminal is the calling party; at this moment, based on the image information of the environment where the first mobile terminal is located, whether a user is near the first mobile terminal is judged, so that the reason that the first mobile terminal does not answer the call is determined, and then the reason prompt of the call failure is carried out on the second mobile terminal, so that the user holding the second mobile terminal can know the reason that the other party does not answer the call, and therefore the prompt information at the second mobile terminal is richer, and the user experience is further improved, on the basis of the method, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the call is successful within a preset time;
if the call fails, the reason for the call failure can be prompted in any one of the following two ways, specifically:
(1) identifying the reason of the call failure according to the image information; sending the identification result to the second mobile terminal so that the second mobile terminal can prompt the reason of the call failure according to the identification result;
(2) and sending the image information to the second mobile terminal so that the second mobile terminal identifies and prompts the reason of the call failure according to the image information.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the reason why the first mobile terminal does not answer the call is identified based on the image information of the first mobile terminal, the identification can be carried out on the first mobile terminal, and the first mobile terminal sends the identification result to the second mobile terminal; or the identification can be carried out at the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal directly sends the image information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal, and the second mobile terminal obtains the identification result based on the image information.
Correspondingly, when the call fails, the call failure reason prompt can be performed in any one of the following two ways, specifically:
(1) the second mobile terminal acquires image information of the second mobile terminal, identifies the reason of the call failure and sends a second identification result to the first mobile terminal; and the first mobile terminal receives a second identification result sent by the second mobile terminal and prompts the reason of the call failure according to the second identification result.
(2) The second mobile terminal acquires image information of the second mobile terminal and sends the image information to the first mobile terminal; and the first mobile terminal receives second image information sent by the second mobile terminal, and identifies and prompts the reason of the call failure based on the second image information.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, whether a user is near the second mobile terminal is judged based on the image information of the environment where the second mobile terminal is located, so that the reason why the second mobile terminal does not answer the call is determined, and then the reason why the call fails is prompted at the first mobile terminal, so that the user holding the first mobile terminal knows the reason why the other party does not answer the call, the prompting information at the first mobile terminal is ensured to be richer, and the user experience is further improved.
