Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: a first terminal device 11, a second terminal device 12 and a server 10. It should be noted that the server 10 in the system may be adapted to the hardware configuration described above with reference to fig. 1. Under the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided an information transmission method implemented by the server 10 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s302: receiving voice chat information sent to a second terminal device from a first terminal device;
s304: detecting whether a second terminal device displays a chat interface for chatting with a user of a first terminal device;
s306: and under the condition that the second terminal equipment is detected not to display the chat interface, converting the voice chat information into text chat information, and sending the text chat information to the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown with reference to fig. 2, the first terminal device 11 transmits a piece of voice chat information to the server 10 to be received by the user 2. After receiving the voice chat message, the server 10 detects the status of the second terminal device 12, and detects whether the chat interface between the user 1 and the user 2 is displayed on the display screen of the second terminal device 12. When detecting that the current display screen of the second terminal device 12 does not display the chat interface between the user 1 and the user 2, the server 10 converts the voice chat message into a text chat message and sends the text chat message to the second terminal device 12. Therefore, the user 2 can display the text chatting information while displaying other interfaces at the terminal, and can acquire the contents in the voice chatting information without switching the interfaces. Rather than obtaining the content of the voice chat information by interrupting the current process, activating the chat interface and clicking to play. According to the scheme, the minimum interference can be provided for the user on the basis that the user acquires the chat content in time, and the user experience comfort level is improved.
The server 10 may receive the voice chat information of the mobile terminal of the general user, or may receive the voice chat information transmitted from another specific apparatus: such as voice chat information sent by customer service robots, automatic answer testing modules and other devices.
Optionally, the method further includes sending voice chat information to the second terminal device in a case that it is detected that the second terminal device does not display the chat interface.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the server 10 detects the status of the second terminal device 12 used by the user 2, and when it is detected that the second terminal device 12 does not display the chat interface with the user 1, sends an inter-language chat signal, so that the user 2 can confirm the information by playing the voice chat information again.
The existing voice conversion technology cannot guarantee that the converted text information is very accurate, a user can confirm doubtful, uncertain and key information through voice playing, and the accuracy of information reading can be guaranteed while the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the method further includes, in a case that it is detected that the second terminal device displays the chat interface, performing the following operations: sending voice chat information to the second terminal equipment; detecting whether the voice chat information is successfully sent to the second terminal equipment within first preset time; and under the condition that the voice chat information is not successfully sent to the second terminal equipment within the first preset time, converting the voice chat information into text chat information, and sending the text chat information to the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, the server 10 detects that the second terminal device 12 displays the current chat interface, and sends the voice chat information to the second terminal device 12. The server 10 detects the transmitted voice chat message from time to time, and if it is not detected that the voice chat message is successfully transmitted within a certain time, the server 10 converts the voice chat message into a text chat message, and transmits the text chat message to the second terminal device 12.
The embodiment provides an effective solution for the condition that the information voice chat information cannot be successfully received. When the voice chat message cannot be timely transmitted to the second terminal device 12 due to the network rate and the like, a situation may occur. Poor network quality and relatively large voice chat message data are important reasons that cannot be successfully transmitted. The voice chat information is converted into the text chat information with smaller data to be sent, so that the sending success rate can be effectively improved, and the user can obtain the content of the voice chat information in time.
Optionally, in a case where the voice chat information is not successfully transmitted to the second terminal device within the first predetermined time, the voice chat information is transmitted to the second terminal device again within the second predetermined time.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the server 10 performs tracking detection on the process of sending the voice chat information by the second terminal device 12. When it is detected that the voice chat information cannot be transmitted to the second terminal apparatus 12 for a certain period of time, the server 10 transmits the voice chat information to the second terminal apparatus 12 again, and continues the operation of transmitting again if the transmission is unsuccessful for a certain period of time. In this way, even if the transmission of the voice chat message to the second terminal device 12 fails, the server 10 will still transmit again, i.e., transmit again as long as the transmission is not successful, thereby ensuring that the voice chat message is successfully transmitted. So that the user 2 can confirm the text chatting message by receiving the voice chatting message later even if the signal is poor.
Optionally, in a case that it is detected that the second terminal device displays a chat interface, the following operations are performed: sending voice chat information to the second terminal equipment; detecting whether the second terminal equipment plays the voice chat information within a third preset time; and converting the voice chat information into text chat information and sending the text chat information to the second terminal equipment under the condition that the second terminal equipment is detected not to play the voice chat information within a third preset time.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the server 10 successfully sends the voice chat information to the second terminal device 12 and the current interface of the second terminal device 12 is the chat interface with the user 1, and the server 10 detects whether the voice chat information is played. When it is detected that the voice chat message is not played within a predetermined time after the successful transmission, the server 10 converts the voice chat message into a text chat message and transmits the text chat message to the second terminal device 12, so that the user 2 can quickly obtain the information contained in the content of the voice chat message. If the user 2 has a question and is uncertain about the text chatting information, the user can confirm the text chatting information by listening to the voice chatting information. The scheme solves the problem that the more unread voice chat messages need to be listened for a longer time, and improves the efficiency.
Nowadays, in work and life, electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers and tablets are numerous, and sometimes a plurality of devices need to be monitored simultaneously. When the information of one electronic device is processed, the other electronic device is found to receive a plurality of voice chat messages. If the users listen to the content one by one, a long time is needed, and the content can be quickly acquired by converting the content into characters. If there is question, uncertainty and key important information, it can be confirmed by listening to the voice chat information, and the efficiency can be greatly improved.
Optionally, the method further includes, in a case that it is detected that the second terminal device displays the chat interface, performing the following operations: setting information is received from the second terminal device, wherein the setting information indicates a condition for converting the voice chat information into the text chat information. And determining whether the conditions for converting the voice chat information into the text chat information are met according to the setting information, and converting the voice chat information into the text chat information under the condition that the conditions are met.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the user 2 can make a setting of a condition for converting the voice chat information into the text chat information on the second terminal device 12. The second terminal device 12 then transmits the setting information to the server 10. The server 10 receives the setting information and saves the setting information. For personal privacy protection and information security considerations, a user may not wish to have voice-to-text conversion for certain periods of time or while chatting with certain important objects. The set conditions may be whether or not to perform voice chat information conversion, in which time slot to perform voice chat information conversion, and in which chat objects to perform voice chat information conversion, etc. The server 10 detects the operating state of the second terminal device 12 based on the stored setting information. When detecting that the working state of the second terminal device 12 meets the condition of converting the voice into the text, the operation of converting the voice chat information into the text chat information is performed. And when the condition of converting the voice into the text is not met, stopping converting the voice chat information into the text chat information. Therefore, the user can select and use the function of converting the voice chat information into the text chat information more flexibly, and the user experience satisfaction is further improved.
Further, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a storage medium. The storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Thus, according to the embodiment, the server 10 sets the operating status of the second terminal device 12, and the server 10 detects the operating status of the second terminal device 12 to detect whether the user is in a state in which it is inconvenient to listen to the voice chat message, whether the user is in a state in which it does not have a condition to listen to the voice chat message, and whether the user is in a state in which it is not too late to listen to the voice chat message. When the preset standard is met, the server 10 converts the voice chat message into a text chat message and transmits the text chat message to the user. The user can acquire the contents in the voice chat information when the user is not convenient to answer, does not have answering conditions and is not in time to answer. Therefore, the technical problems that other processes need to be interrupted, the receiving time is delayed and the content in the voice chat information can be obtained only by long time of hearing supplement in the prior art are solved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention.
