when the message receiving type of the instant messaging application program is a character type; correspondingly, when the intelligent terminal is in a message receiving interface of the instant messaging application program, the obtaining of the chat information input by the user comprises: when the intelligent terminal is positioned at a message receiving interface of an instant messaging application program, detecting a noise value of the environment where the intelligent terminal is positioned; generating reminding information matched with the noise value according to the noise value; reminding according to the reminding information; when the reminding time length is longer than the preset time length, acquiring voice information input by a user;
when the reminding duration is longer than the preset duration, acquiring the voice information input by the user comprises the following steps: when the reminding time is longer than the preset time, detecting the noise value of the environment where the intelligent terminal is located; if the noise value of the environment where the intelligent terminal is located is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, acquiring voice information input by a user; if the noise value of the environment where the intelligent terminal is located is larger than a first threshold value, acquiring voice information input by a user, and performing noise reduction processing on the voice information; correspondingly, converting the chat information input by the user according to the message receiving type of the instant messaging application program to obtain target chat information, and the method comprises the following steps: converting the chat information subjected to noise reduction processing according to the message receiving type of the instant messaging application program to obtain target chat information;
