Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a system of a method for making a voice call according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: server 210, first terminal device 220 and second terminal device 230. The first terminal device 220 issues a voice call request to the second terminal device 230, and the server 210 can receive the voice call request and send the voice call request to the second terminal device 230. In particular, server 210 is a server of a social networking platform. Users may engage in business collaboration through the social networking platform. For example, a user may place his own business requirements on the social network platform, and other users as business providers may communicate with the user through the social network platform. The first terminal device 220 and the second terminal device 230 are terminal devices of users of the social network platform. So that the user can do a corner with the second terminal device 230 through the first terminal device 220. It should be noted that the server 210 in the system may be adapted to the hardware structure described in fig. 1 above.
In the operating environment described above, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, a method for performing a voice call is provided, and the method is implemented by the server 210 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s310: receiving a voice call request sent by a first terminal device to a second terminal device;
s320: judging whether the first terminal equipment is a service demand side in a supply and demand relationship and whether the second terminal equipment is a service provider in the supply and demand relationship; and
s330: and under the condition that the first terminal equipment is a service demand party and the second terminal equipment is a service provider, sending the voice call request to the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the server 210 receives a voice call request from the first terminal device 220 to the second terminal device 230. Then, the server 210 determines whether the first terminal device 220 is a service demander in the supply and demand relationship and the second terminal device 230 is a service provider in the supply and demand relationship. If the server 210 determines that the first terminal device 220 is a demander of the service and the second terminal device 230 is a provider of the service, a voice call request is sent to the second terminal device 230.
In a social networking platform, particularly a social networking platform based on business collaboration, a user may post some messages via the platform. For example, a user may publish some requirements on the platform to seek a provider of the requirements; or the user may publish some services that may be provided on the platform to seek the demander. The users can carry out voice call through the social network platform without limitation. However, in the case of over supply and over demand, after a user as a demand side issues a demand, the user often receives network harassing calls of many providers or other users, which brings much trouble to the demand side. This is because in the existing social networking platform, the platform does not distinguish whether the user is a provider or a demander in the business cooperation, and does not protect the demander.
In view of the above technical problem, in this embodiment, after receiving the voice call request sent by the first terminal device 220, the server 210 first determines whether the first terminal device 220 sending the voice call request is a service demander, and determines whether the second terminal device 230 receiving the voice call request is a service provider. When the above conditions are met, the server 210 sends the voice call request to the second terminal device 230, and the service demander and the service provider implement the voice call. If the server 210 determines that the user of the first terminal device 220 is not the service demander, that is to say that the user is the service provider. The server 210 rejects the transmission of the voice call request to the second terminal apparatus 230. Therefore, the phenomenon that a service provider makes harassing calls to service demanders along with the intention is avoided.
The server 210 judges whether the terminal device of the user is a service demander or a service provider by discriminating the type of the user. The server 210 ensures that the voice call request is sent by the terminal device of the service demander and answered by the terminal device of the service provider, thereby protecting the service demander. The voice call request sent by the service provider by only the service demander in the network telephone platform can be connected. The frequency of harassing calls in the network telephone is avoided, and the benefits of the service demanders are protected.
Optionally, the method further comprises: in case the first terminal device is not a service demander and/or in case the second terminal device is not a service provider, the following is performed: judging whether the second terminal equipment opens a call authority, wherein the call authority is used for allowing voice call to be received; and under the condition that the second terminal equipment opens the call authority, sending the voice call request to the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, if the server 210 determines that the first terminal device 220 that issued the voice call request is not the demanding party, the second terminal device 230 that is the recipient of the voice call request is the demanding party. The server determines whether the second terminal device 230 opens the call authority. If the second terminal device 230 opens the call authority indicating that the demander is willing to answer the voice call request, the server sends the voice call request to the second terminal device 230.
Since it is considered that in practice, the service demander is willing to accept more messages from the service provider, this permission is set, and the service demander can choose to turn on the permission to receive the call. In this case, even if the service provider actively sends a voice call request to the service demander, the server 210 can provide more convenience and selection for the demander according to the call permission opened by the service demander.
Specifically, the service demander may select a time period for opening the call permission. For example, a drop-down list for opening the call authority may be set on the user interface of the first terminal device 220. And setting a plurality of time periods for opening the call authority in the drop-down list so as to select. For example, the following forms can be adopted to select the time period for opening the call authority: according to the selection of days, such as the day of work or the day of rest; and on a time by time basis, such as morning or afternoon turn-on.
Further, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the second terminal equipment does not open the call authority, refusing to send the voice call request to the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, the server 210 refuses to send the voice call request to the second terminal device 230 when determining that the second terminal device 230 as the service demander does not open the call authority. That is, if the service demander does not open the call authority, it indicates that the service demander is not willing to receive the disturbance of the active voice call request of the service provider, so the server 210 refuses to send the voice call to the second terminal device 230. In this way, the voice call request from the provider to the demander is rejected. Further avoiding the disturbance of the service provider to the service demander.
Optionally, the operation of determining whether the first terminal device is a service demander includes: acquiring input audio information of first terminal equipment; and judging whether the first terminal equipment is a service demand party or not according to the audio information input by the first terminal equipment.
Specifically, the server 210 acquires audio information input by the first terminal device 220, wherein the audio information includes voice information or voice call content input by the user. The server 210 determines whether the first terminal device 220 is a service demander or not according to the audio information. For example, a user inputs audio information of "want to rent a house" on the first terminal device 220. When the user uses the first terminal device 220 to make a voice call request, the server 210 acquires audio information of "want to rent a house" sent by the first terminal device 220. The server 210 determines that the user of the first terminal device 220 is a service demander who wishes to rent a house according to the audio information. Therefore, by the method, the server 210 can judge whether the user is the service demander or the service provider through the past voice call record of the user, so that the behavior that the user harasses the service demander by inputting false identity information can be effectively prevented. So that it can be confirmed more accurately that the first terminal device 220 is a service demander or a service provider.
Optionally, the operation of determining whether the second terminal device is a service provider includes: acquiring audio information input by second terminal equipment; and judging whether the second terminal equipment is a service provider or not according to the audio information input by the second terminal equipment.
Specifically, the server 210 acquires the audio information input by the second terminal device 230, wherein the audio information includes the voice information or the voice call content input by the user. The server 210 determines whether the second terminal device 230 is a service provider based on the audio information. For example, a user inputs audio information "provide house source" on the second terminal device 230. When the user makes a voice call request using the second terminal device 210, the server 210 acquires the audio information of "providing a house source" made by the second terminal device 230. The server 210 determines that the user of the second terminal device 230 is a service provider that can provide rental information based on the audio information. Therefore, by the method, the server 210 can judge whether the user is the service demander or the service provider through the past voice call record of the user, so that the behavior that the user harasses the service demander by inputting false identity information can be effectively prevented. So that it can be confirmed more accurately that the second terminal device is the service demander or the service provider.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, first, the server 210 receives a voice call request from the first terminal device 220 to the second terminal device 230. The server 210 then acquires the audio information input by the first terminal device 220 and the second terminal device 230. The server 210 determines whether the first terminal device 220 is a demander of the service and determines whether the second terminal device 230 is a provider of the service based on the acquired audio information. When the first terminal device 220 is a demander of the service and the second terminal device 230 is a provider of the service, the server 210 transmits a call request to the second terminal device 230.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
Example 2
Fig. 4 shows an apparatus 400 for conducting a voice call according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, the apparatus 400 corresponding to the method according to the first aspect of embodiment 1. Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus 400 includes: the receiving module 410 is configured to receive a voice call request sent by a first terminal device to a second terminal device. The determining module 420 is configured to determine whether the first terminal device is a service demander in a supply-demand relationship and whether the second terminal device is a service provider in a supply-demand relationship. And a sending module 430, configured to send the voice call request to the second terminal device when the first terminal device is a service demander and the second terminal device is a service provider.
Optionally, the determining module 420 is configured to, in a case that the first terminal device is not a service demander and/or the second terminal device is not a service provider, include: and the judging submodule is used for judging whether the second terminal equipment opens the communication authority, and the communication authority is used for allowing the voice communication to be received. And the sending submodule is used for sending the voice call request to the second terminal equipment under the condition that the second terminal equipment opens the call authority.
Optionally, the system further includes a rejecting module, configured to reject sending the voice call request to the second terminal device when the second terminal device does not have the call permission opened.
Optionally, the determining sub-module includes: the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the audio information input by the first terminal equipment. And the first determining unit is used for judging whether the first terminal equipment is a service demand party or not according to the audio information input by the first terminal equipment.
Optionally, the determining sub-module further includes: and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the audio information input by the second terminal equipment. And the second determining unit is used for judging whether the second terminal equipment is the service provider or not according to the audio information input by the second terminal equipment.
In the social network platform in the prior art, especially the social network platform based on business cooperation, a user can publish some messages by the aid of the platform.
Specifically, the receiving module 410 receives a voice call request sent by a first terminal device. The determining module 420 then determines whether the first terminal device that sent the voice call request is a service provider and whether the second terminal device that received the voice call request is a service provider. If the above condition is satisfied, the sending module 430 sends the voice call request to the second terminal device. By distinguishing the types of the users, the voice call request sent by only a demand party to a service party in the network telephone platform can be connected. The frequency of harassing calls in the network telephone is avoided, and the interests of the demander are protected.

In the prior art, network telephones are bidirectional, and the users can communicate with each other without limitation. But the type of the user is not distinguished, and the privacy of the user is not protected according to the requirement of the user. In the network telephone platform, a demand party sends out demand information, and many providers can see the demand information sent out by the demand party. The demander often receives various telephones from the provider that are sometimes not required by the demander or that are annoying to the demander's normal life. However, in the prior art, there is no method for protecting the privacy of the demand side and realizing one-way communication.
The invention firstly receives a voice call request sent by first terminal equipment by a server. Then, it is determined whether the first terminal device that issued the voice call request is a demanding party, and it is determined whether the second terminal device that received the voice call request is a providing party. When the conditions are met, the service sends the voice call request to the second terminal equipment, so that the demander and the provider realize the voice call. By distinguishing the types of the users, the voice call request sent by only a demand party to a service party in the network telephone platform can be connected. The frequency of harassing calls in the network telephone is avoided, and the interests of the demander are protected.
