技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,具体为一种空气净化器灯饰。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。
一般在家庭中,会安装空气净化器灯饰,以便于净化室内空气,目前现有的空气净化器灯饰,净化效果不佳,容易导致空气净化不彻底,而残留在空气中的有害气体,容易对人们的身体健康带来危害,从而降低了空气净化器灯饰的实用性。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种空气净化器灯饰,具备净化效果好的优点,解决了现有的空气净化器灯饰净化效果不佳的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种空气净化器灯饰,包括安装板,所述安装板顶部的四角均开设有安装孔,所述安装板的底部固定连接有箱体,所述箱体的底部固定连接有固定柱,所述固定柱的底部固定连接有照明灯,所述箱体左侧的顶部和底部均连通有出风管,所述出风管远离箱体的一端连通有微型抽风机,所述微型抽风机的左侧连通有抽风管,所述箱体内壁的左侧固定连接有过滤箱,所述过滤箱内壁的左侧固定连接有灰尘吸附网,所述过滤箱的内壁并位于灰尘吸附网的右侧固定连接有活性炭过滤吸附网,所述过滤箱的内壁并位于活性炭过滤吸附网的右侧固定连接有光触媒过滤吸附网,所述过滤箱的内壁并位于光触媒过滤吸附网的右侧固定连接有合成纤维过滤吸附网,所述过滤箱的内壁并位于合成纤维过滤吸附网的右侧固定连接有过滤棉吸附网,所述过滤箱的右侧开设有出风槽,所述箱体内壁顶部和底部的中心处均固定连接有正负离子发生器,所述箱体内壁顶部和底部的右侧均固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的内侧固定连接有灯座,所述灯座的内侧固定连接有紫外线杀菌灯管,所述箱体的右侧开设有出气孔。
优选的,所述微型抽风机右侧的顶部和底部均固定连接有安装架,所述安装架的右侧通过螺栓与箱体的左侧固定连接。
优选的,所述灯座的数量为若干个,所述若干个灯座呈等距离固定在固定板的内侧,所述紫外线杀菌灯管的数量为若干个,且若干个紫外线杀菌灯管呈等距离固定在灯座的内侧。
优选的,所述固定柱的顶部与箱体的底部焊接,所述固定柱的底部与照明灯的顶部通过螺栓固定连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种空气净化器灯饰,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置箱体、出风管、微型抽风机、抽风管、过滤箱、灰尘吸附网、活性炭过滤吸附网、光触媒过滤吸附网、合成纤维过滤吸附网、滤棉吸附网、出风槽、正负离子发生器、固定板、灯座、紫外线杀菌灯管、出气孔和安装架相互配合,达到了净化效果好的优点,解决了现有的空气净化器灯饰净化效果不佳的问题,使空气净化器灯饰能够更好的对空气进行净化,减少了对人们身体健康带来的危害,从而提高了空气净化器灯饰的实用性。
2、本发明通过设置安装孔,对空气净化器灯饰起到便于安装的作用,解决了空气净化器灯饰安装时较为繁琐的问题,通过设置微型抽风机,起到循环抽风的作用,解决了箱体内无法循环空气的问题,通过设置灰尘吸附网、活性炭过滤吸附网、光触媒过滤吸附网、合成纤维过滤吸附网和滤棉吸附网相互配合,达到了过滤空气中灰尘和有害气体的作用,使空气净化器灯饰能够更好的对空气中杂质进行过滤,通过设置正负离子发生器,对空气起到杀菌的作用,使空气净化器灯饰能够更好的空气进行杀菌,通过设置紫外线杀菌灯管,对空气起到二次杀菌的作用,通过设置安装架,对微型抽风机起到便于安装的作用,解决了微型抽风机在安装时较为繁琐的问题。

使用时,使用者首先通过外设控制器打开微型抽风机7、正负离子发生器16和紫外线杀菌灯管19,然后微型抽风机7启动通过出风管8开始对未净化的空气进行抽动,未净化的空气通过出风管6进入过滤箱9内,然后通过灰尘吸附网10、活性炭过滤吸附网11、光触媒过滤吸附网12、合成纤维过滤吸附网13和滤棉吸附网14依次过滤未净化空气中含有的灰尘和有害气体,然后过滤后的空气,通过出风槽15进入箱体3内,然后进入正负离子发生器16进行杀菌,然后通过紫外线杀菌灯管19进行二次杀菌,如此反复使用,使空气净化器灯饰能够更好的对空气进行净化,从而达到了净化效果好的优点。
本申请文件中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,而且根据说明书和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,而且电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再作出具体叙述,同时该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控制器及220V市电电连接,说明书中提到的外设控制器可为本文提到的电器元件起到控制作用,而且该外设控制器为常规的已知设备。
综上所述,该空气净化器灯饰,通过箱体3、出风管6、微型抽风机7、抽风管8、过滤箱9、灰尘吸附网10、活性炭过滤吸附网11、光触媒过滤吸附网12、合成纤维过滤吸附网13、滤棉吸附网14、出风槽15、正负离子发生器16、固定板17、灯座18、紫外线杀菌灯管19、出气孔20和安装架21相互配合,解决了现有的空气净化器灯饰净化效果不佳的问题。
