技术领域
本发明涉及海绵生产加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种切棉机。
背景技术
目前,市面上常见的切棉机一般只有一个剪切刀,只能对大块海绵进行一个方位的剪切,导致剪切后的海绵还是很大块,不能满足生产所需,如果需要的海绵体积过小,还要进行二次剪切,严重影响生产效率。而且现有的切棉机剪切后,海绵到处飞落,使得收集工程庞大,不利于打包和分装。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的上述不足之一,本发明提出一种切棉机,设有竖切机构、横切机构、收集装置和输送装置,能将海绵一次剪切到位,并同步收集和输送,大大提高生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种切棉机,包括支架、剪切装置、动力装置和牵引装置,所述剪切装置包括竖切机构和横切机构,所述动力装置包括滚轴动力电机、竖切动力电机和横切动力电机,所述牵引装置包括进料滚轴、牵引滚轴和出料滚轴;所述进料滚轴、竖切机构、牵引滚轴、出料滚轴和横切机构的轴线相互平行设置,依次排列在所述支架上,并且均能绕自身转动;所述滚轴动力电机和竖切动力电机分别固设在所述支架两侧;所述横切动力电机设置在所述支架下方;所述滚轴动力电机与进料滚轴、牵引滚轴和出料滚轴驱动连接,所述竖切动力电机与竖切机构驱动连接,所述横切动力电机与横切机构驱动连接。
进一步的,所述支架顶面上平行于长边方向竖立设置两个相对的挡板。
进一步的,所述进料滚轴、竖切机构、牵引滚轴和出料滚轴均水平横贯在两个所述挡板之间。

本发明提供一种切棉机,通过加入竖切机构和横切机构,可以将大块海绵依次经过竖切和横切加工成小块,还加入进料滚轴、牵引滚轴和出料滚轴,可以压稳海绵并维持进料方向,为剪切提供固定的作用,还加入收集装置和输送装置,能将剪切飞散的海绵收纳到一个小范围的收集装置中,并统一回收到输送装置,输送至下一步的分装和打包工序中,使切棉机的功能更完善,进一步提高生产效率。该设备设计简单合理,易操作,功能齐全,满足生产所需。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
如图1-5所示,本发明提供一种切棉机,包括支架11、剪切装置、动力装置和牵引装置,所述切棉机的剪切对象为海绵10,主要功能是将大块的所述海绵10连续分条切块,一次加工完成。所述剪切装置包括竖切机构3和横切机构6,所述竖切机构3用于将所述海绵10剪切成条,所述横切机构6的作用是将剪切成条的所述海绵10再横切成块状体。所述动力装置包括滚轴动力电机7、竖切动力电机8和横切动力电机9,所述牵引装置包括进料滚轴2、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5;所述动力装置就为所述竖切机构3、横切机构6和牵引装置提供动力,主要是旋转力,给它们提供围绕自身转动的原动力。所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴4、出料滚轴5和横切机构6的轴线相互平行设置,依次排列在所述支架11上,并且均能绕自身转动,即从所述切棉机的进口到出口,依次平行设置着所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴4、出料滚轴5和横切机构6,除了所述横切机构6的旋转方向可以是顺时针或逆时针,其他部件与所述海绵10接触的切线转动方向为由进口指向出口,这样是为了将所述海绵10不断从进口牵引、推拉至出口,在此过程完成剪切,这里一来,所述海绵10就能源源不断地被进料、剪切、出料,不断推进生产进程。所述进料滚轴2的作用是推动所述海绵10的移动并且将它们稳住压牢、不跑偏。所述竖切机构3是将所述海绵10沿纵向剪切成条,所述牵引滚轴4是将剪切成条的所述海绵10继续稳住往前输送,起到牵引作用。所述出料滚轴5是将所述海绵10继续保持牵引状态输送至出料口,等待横切。所述横切机构6就将输送至出料口的所述海绵10进行横切,将条状的所述海绵10变成块状。所述滚轴动力电机7和竖切动力电机8分别固设在所述支架11两侧,所述横切动力电机9设置在所述支架11下方。所述滚轴动力电机7与进料滚轴2、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5驱动连接,所述支架11的一个长边中部开设有一个凹口,供所述滚轴动力电机7竖直固定放置,所述滚轴动力电机7的输出轴朝上设置,通过传动装置改变输出力的方向,变竖直转动为水平转动,将输出力传递到所述进料滚轴2、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5。所述传动装置的输出轴的齿轮通过若干个辅助齿轮分别与所述进料滚轴2、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5啮合。所述竖切动力电机8固设在所述支架11的另一个长边侧面上,其输出轴与所述竖切机构3的轴心正对,并与所述竖切机构3正对的这一端连接,为所述竖切机构3提供动力,也就是所述竖切动力电机8与竖切机构3驱动连接。所述横切动力电机9与横切机构6驱动连接,具体为皮带传动。为了将剪切完的所述海棉10收集起来,所述支架11靠近所述横切机构6的一侧设有收集装置15,所述收集装置15的收纳范围主要覆盖以所述横切机构6为中心的四周。所述收集装置15远离所述支架11的一侧设有输送装置16,所述输送装置16主要用于输送剪切好的所述海绵10,方便分装打包。
所述支架11顶面上平行于长边方向竖立设置两个相对的挡板,即两个所述挡板相对竖立设置在所述支架11顶面上,两个所述挡板之间的通道就是进料剪切通道,中间依次布置有所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴3和出料滚轴4。所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴3和出料滚轴4均水平横贯在两个所述挡板之间,具体为两个所述挡板对应的地方分别设有通孔,所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴3和出料滚轴4这些部件的两端均对应分别插入对应的两个所述通孔中。所述进料滚轴2、竖切机构3、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5均成对设置。成对设置的所述进料滚轴2上下对应,中间留有一条缝隙,供所述海绵10穿过,两个所述进料滚轴2与所述海绵10接触的切线转动方向均为由进口指向出口,这样的转动设计能让所述海绵10不断从进口输送至出口。所述竖切机构3、牵引滚轴4和出料滚轴5的设计也类似所述进料滚轴2的设计,均能使所述海绵10不断从进口输送至出口。在另一个实施例中,成对的所述出料滚轴4设有两组,两组成对的所述出料滚轴4并排设置,在同一水平高度上,这样更有利于抓取所述海绵10,方便所述横切机构6横切。
所述竖切机构3包括转轴3a和环形刀片3b,所述环形刀片3b镶嵌在所述转轴3a上,并垂直于所述转轴3a的轴线。所述环形刀片3b设有若干个,并且相互平行,即所述环形刀片3b沿所述转轴3a径向分布,并且所述环形刀片3b的直径大于所述转轴3a的直径。若干个所述环形刀片3b沿所述转轴3a的延伸方向均匀分布。当所述海绵10在不断从进口输送至出口的过程中,所述环形刀片3b随着所述转轴3a旋转形成切割刀,将所述海绵10剪切成条,并向前输送。所述牵引滚轴4的轴线上均匀设有若干圈避让槽一,并且所述避让槽一的位置正对所述环形刀片3b,并与各所述环形刀片3b一一对应,且所述避让槽一的槽口到所述转轴3a的轴心的距离小于所述环形刀片3b的半径,而避让槽一的槽底到所述转轴3a的轴心的距离大于所述环形刀片3b的半径,这样一来,当所述竖切机构3在转动时,所述环形刀片3b的边缘将插置在避让槽一中并在其中旋转,其不会触碰到所述牵引滚轴4,又能让所述牵引滚轴4与所述竖切机构3相互挨的很近,平稳将所述海绵牵引过渡到所述出料轴5,避免竖切后的所述海绵10由于重力作用而下落。成对设置的所述竖切机构3的环形刀片3b可以一一对应或者错位设置。在另一个实施例中,成对设置的所述竖切机构3中设置在下方的所述竖切机构3不加设所述环形刀片3b,同时在轴线上均匀设有若干圈避让槽二,刚好正对设置在上方的所述竖切机构3的环形刀片3b的外周,并且一一对应,所述避让槽二的槽口到其上方的所述竖切机构3的轴心的距离小于该所述环形刀片3b的半径,而所述避让槽二的槽底到其上方的所述竖切机构3的轴心的距离大于该所述环形刀片3b的半径,因此同样地,上方的所述竖切机构3的环形刀片3b能在下方的所述竖切机构3的避让槽二中转动,即下方的所述竖切机构3不会干涉到上方的所述竖切机构3的剪切,又能让两者靠近,既可以节省所述环形刀片3b的材料,又能达到剪切的目的。
所述横切机构6包括刀座6a和横切刀6b,所述刀座6a上设有多个插刀缝,供所述横切刀6b插设固定。优选地所述刀座6a上设有两个插刀缝,两个插刀缝关于所述刀座6a的中心对称。所述横切刀6b的刀刃平行于所述横切机构6的轴线,并露出所述刀座6a。所述插刀缝的长度与所述刀座6a、横切刀6b同长,宽度短于所述横切刀6b的宽度,也就是说所述横切刀6b插在所述插刀缝内,还留有一部分在外面,这一部分就是刀刃,当所述横切机构6在转动时,能横切已经竖切成条后的所述海绵10。所述刀刃的横截面为弯钩尖锐状,并且尖锐的一侧根据转动方向指向所述海绵10经过的地方,即当所述海绵需要从右往左移动出料时,所述横切机构6顺时针旋转,所述刀刃尖锐的一侧就布置在顺时针方向的下游,方便剪切。
所述切棉机还包括进料口1,所述进料口1为斜坡结构,坡顶位置靠近并平行于所述支架11宽边,坡底位置靠近并平行于所述进料滚轴2。所述进料口1的斜坡结构可以方便所述海绵10进料,并且进料后不易后退,确保进料、剪切的平稳。
所述支架11还设有出料口,所述出料口位于所述横切机构6的正下方。所述支架11设有四个支脚,分别是支脚一12a、支脚二12b、支脚三12c和支脚四12d,其中支脚一12a和支脚二12b靠近所述横切机构6。所述支脚一12a、支脚二12b、支脚三12c和支脚四12d同高,均是一端支撑起所述支架11,另一端立在地面上。所述收集装置15由一个弧形顶板和两个相对设置的侧板拼装形成,所述侧板竖立固定在所述支架11的长边上,与长边侧面平齐,所述弧形顶板的两侧连接两个所述侧板,形成一体,即所述收集装置15立在所述支架11的上方,将所述竖切机构和横切机构覆盖起来,避免剪切时海绵飞落出去。为了不影响所述竖切动力电机8的工作,与其在同一侧的侧板设有圆孔,供所述竖切动力电机8穿过,所述圆孔直径大于所述竖切动力电机8直径。为了将剪切完的所述海棉10收集起来,所述出料口的下方设有收纳口14,所述收纳口14为斜坡结构,斜坡两侧加设扶板,防止下落的出料滑落出斜坡两侧范围。所述收纳口14的坡度方向由靠近支脚一12a和支脚二12b的一侧爬升至另一侧。所述收纳口14的坡度设计是为了将收集到的所述海绵10统一回收滑落到所述输送装置16,再由所述输送装置16输送给打包和封装。
所述输送装置16采用皮带传动,传送的首端位于所述收纳口14的下方,方便接收滑落的所述海绵10,传送的尾端可以设置分装、打包结构。因为所述海绵10用于的抱枕、沙发和公仔等物品都需要保证海绵的干燥度,所以可以在所述环形刀片3b上靠近刀刃的地方设置湿度检测器,在所述输送装置16内部设置加热器,具体被夹至在上、下的皮带之间,且更靠近在上面的皮带,由此对被传送的海绵10高效加热。所述输送装置16和加热器均连接到控制单元,当检测所述湿度检测器到被切割的海绵10湿度超过预定值时,会将信号反馈给所述控制单元,由所述控制单元发出加热指令给所述加热器,让其加热一段预定时间后停止,直至再下一次检测到湿度超过预定值。所述湿度检测器优选分布式光纤湿度传感器,其为条带状结构,能在整个条带上每个点对湿度进行检测及检测结果的传输。所述湿度检测器在所述环形刀片3b上同轴地呈一圈布置,当所述环形刀片3b的刀刃切割插入到海绵10中时,所述湿度检测器也随之插入并与海绵10的内部接触,进行湿度检测,由此可准确判断被切割并即将完成切割送入到输送装置16上的海绵10的湿度情况,若太湿即能自动开启加热器,对切割后的海绵10进行干燥。
本发明提供一种切棉机,通过加入竖切机构和横切机构,可以将大块海绵沿竖横方向剪切成小块,还加入进料滚轴、牵引滚轴和出料滚轴,可以压稳海绵并维持进料方向,为剪切提供固定的作用,还加入收集装置和输送装置,能将剪切飞散的海绵收纳到一个小范围的收集装置中,并统一回收到输送装置,输送至下一步的分装和打包工序中,使切棉机的功能更完善,进一步提高生产效率。该设备设计简单合理,易操作,功能齐全,满足生产所需。

Claims (10)

1.一种切棉机,包括支架(11)、剪切装置、动力装置和牵引装置,其特征在于,所述剪切装置包括竖切机构(3)和横切机构(6),所述动力装置包括滚轴动力电机(7)、竖切动力电机(8)和横切动力电机(9),所述牵引装置包括进料滚轴(2)、牵引滚轴(4)和出料滚轴(5);所述进料滚轴(2)、竖切机构(3)、牵引滚轴(4)、出料滚轴(5)和横切机构(6)的轴线相互平行设置,依次排列在所述支架(11)上,并且均能绕自身转动;所述滚轴动力电机(7)和竖切动力电机(8)分别固设在所述支架(11)两侧;所述横切动力电机(9)设置在所述支架(11)下方;所述滚轴动力电机(7)与进料滚轴(2)、牵引滚轴(4)和出料滚轴(5)驱动连接,所述竖切动力电机(8)与竖切机构(3)驱动连接,所述横切动力电机(9)与横切机构(6)驱动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述支架(11)顶面上平行于长边方向竖立设置两个相对的挡板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述进料滚轴(2)、竖切机构(3)、牵引滚轴(4)和出料滚轴(5)均水平横贯在两个所述挡板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述进料滚轴(2)、竖切机构(3)、牵引滚轴(4)和出料滚轴(5)均成对设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述竖切机构(3)包括转轴(3a)和环形刀片(3b),所述环形刀片(3b)镶嵌在所述转轴(3a)上,并垂直于所述转轴(3a)的轴线。
6.根据权利要求5所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述环形刀片(3b)设有若干个,并且相互平行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述横切机构(6)包括刀座(6a)和横切刀(6b),所述刀座(6a)上设有多个插刀缝,供所述横切刀(6b)插设固定。
8.根据权利要求7所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述横切刀(6b)的刀刃平行于出料滚轴(5)的轴线,并露出所述刀座(6a)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述切棉机还包括进料口(1),所述进料口(1)为斜坡结构,坡顶位置靠近并平行于所述支架(11)宽边,坡底位置靠近并平行于所述进料滚轴(2)。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的切棉机,其特征在于,所述支架(11)还设有出料口,所述出料口位于所述横切机构(6)的正下方。
