Abstract
本发明是新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其结构是帘子布经过浸胶槽内的浸胶辊后经过过渡辊并与过渡辊旁的刮刀机构接触,刮刀机构包括主刮刀和边缘刮刀,主刮刀固定在安装支架下端,安装支架上端与安装在顶支架上的固定杆下端的转轴转动连接,传动杆下端通过转轴与安装支架传动连接,传动杆上端通过A连接件与A液压缸的自由端连接,A液压缸设置在顶支架上,边缘刮刀设置在安装支架两侧。本发明的优点:主刮刀可刮平帘子布表面胶液,边缘刮刀则可刮平帘子布两端多余胶液,可通过A液压缸调节主刮刀的位置,带动主刮刀的位置调整,提高了使用的灵活性,而优选的B液压缸则可以控制边缘刮刀的位置,进一步提高使用灵活性。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置。
背景技术
在化纤行业中,需要对在纺织机上纺丝织成的帘子布经过上胶、热处理烘干等后处理,最后收卷成最终产品。上胶过程中,主要有放卷辊、浸胶辊、收卷辊等组成,将帘子布在浸胶槽中经过浸胶辊进行浸胶。
现有技术中,浸胶过程中难以确保帘子布表面胶液涂覆均匀,会影响产品质量。现有技术虽然也有设置刮胶装置对帘子布表面胶液进行均匀化处理,但是一般都结构简单,刮胶效果较差,使用不灵活,无法满足生产需要。
发明内容
本发明提出的是新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其目的旨在克服现有技术存在的上述不足,实现在保证帘子布表面胶液均匀、提高帘子布浸胶质量的前提下提高使用的灵活性。
本发明的技术解决方案:新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其结构包括过渡辊和刮刀机构,其中过渡辊设置在浸胶槽的出口处,浸胶槽内设浸胶辊,帘子布经过浸胶槽内的浸胶辊后经过过渡辊并与过渡辊旁的刮刀机构接触,刮刀机构包括主刮刀和边缘刮刀,主刮刀与过渡辊平行,主刮刀固定在安装支架下端,安装支架上端与安装在顶支架上的固定杆下端的转轴转动连接,传动杆下端通过转轴与安装支架传动连接,传动杆上端通过A连接件与A液压缸的自由端连接,A液压缸设置在顶支架上,边缘刮刀设置在安装支架两侧。
所述的边缘刮刀设置在安装座上,安装座通过B连接件与连臂转动连接,连臂通过C连接件与安装支架侧面转动连接,安装支架两端分别设一个B液压缸,B液压缸的自由端通过D连接件与安装座连接。
本发明的优点:结构简单有效,主刮刀可刮平帘子布表面胶液,边缘刮刀则可刮平帘子布两端多余胶液,可通过A液压缸调节主刮刀的位置,具体是A液压缸自由端可控制传动杆运动,进而使安装支架运动,带动主刮刀的位置调整,提高了使用的灵活性,而优选的B液压缸则可以控制边缘刮刀的位置,进一步提高使用灵活性,具体的,B液压缸自由端可控制安装座在连臂的辅助下调节角度和位置。本装置提高了刮胶效果和使用的灵活性,可满足日益增长的生产需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其结构包括过渡辊3和刮刀机构,其中过渡辊3设置在浸胶槽1的出口处,浸胶槽1内设浸胶辊2,帘子布4经过浸胶槽1内的浸胶辊3后经过过渡辊3并与过渡辊3旁的刮刀机构接触,刮刀机构包括主刮刀5和边缘刮刀6,主刮刀5与过渡辊3平行,主刮刀5固定在安装支架7下端,安装支架7上端与安装在顶支架11上的固定杆10下端的转轴9转动连接,传动杆12下端通过转轴9与安装支架7传动连接,传动杆12上端通过A连接件13与A液压缸14的自由端连接,A液压缸14设置在顶支架11上,边缘刮刀6设置在安装支架7两侧。
所述的边缘刮刀6设置在安装座8上,安装座8通过B连接件16与连臂18转动连接,连臂18通过C连接件17与安装支架7侧面转动连接,安装支架7两端分别设一个B液压缸15,B液压缸15的自由端通过D连接件19与安装座8连接。
以上所述各部件均为现有技术,可使用任意可实现其对应功能的型号结构的现有设计。
根据以上结构,使用时,主刮刀可刮平帘子布表面胶液,边缘刮刀则可刮平帘子布两端多余胶液,可通过A液压缸调节主刮刀的位置,具体是A液压缸自由端可控制传动杆运动,进而使安装支架运动,带动主刮刀的位置调整,提高了使用的灵活性,而优选的B液压缸则可以控制边缘刮刀的位置,进一步提高使用灵活性,具体的,B液压缸自由端可控制安装座在连臂的辅助下调节角度和位置。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其特征包括过渡辊(3)和刮刀机构,其中过渡辊(3)设置在浸胶槽(1)的出口处,浸胶槽(1)内设浸胶辊(2),帘子布(4)经过浸胶槽(1)内的浸胶辊(3)后经过过渡辊(3)并与过渡辊(3)旁的刮刀机构接触,刮刀机构包括主刮刀(5)和边缘刮刀(6),主刮刀(5)与过渡辊(3)平行,主刮刀(5)固定在安装支架(7)下端,安装支架(7)上端与安装在顶支架(11)上的固定杆(10)下端的转轴(9)转动连接,传动杆(12)下端通过转轴(9)与安装支架(7)传动连接,传动杆(12)上端通过A连接件(13)与A液压缸(14)的自由端连接,A液压缸(14)设置在顶支架(11)上,边缘刮刀(6)设置在安装支架(7)两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型浸胶帘子布刮胶装置,其特征是所述的边缘刮刀(6)设置在安装座(8)上,安装座(8)通过B连接件(16)与连臂(18)转动连接,连臂(18)通过C连接件(17)与安装支架(7)侧面转动连接,安装支架(7)两端分别设一个B液压缸(15),B液压缸(15)的自由端通过D连接件(19)与安装座(8)连接。
